Villa Phos is a stunning architectural gem situated in the serene village of Kallergiana Kissamou. The villa spans three levels, each carefully designed to blend elegance and functionality. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats eight guests and a cozy living room with a 55’’ satellite Smart TV and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing evenings with loved ones. On this level, there is also a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a garden view, as well as an additional WC for convenience.

The first floor includes three double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms open onto balconies with stunning sea and mountain views, creating a serene atmosphere for unwinding. The attic offers a beautifully designed bedroom with earthy tones, a wooden rooftop, and a unique glass wall element that enhances the sense of space and connection to the outdoors. This room also features an ensuite bathroom and provides incredible views of the surroundings.

Adding to the villa's charm is an independent studio adjacent to the main house. This studio includes a double bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, and a bathroom with a shower. It also features a mattress suitable for a child, making it an excellent option for families or extra guests.

The outdoor area is a haven of relaxation, highlighted by a private swimming pool that includes a secure section for children. Sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool, offering plenty of space to bask in the Cretan sun. A shaded pergola houses a dining area and a gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco meals while enjoying the natural beauty of the villa's surroundings. The lush lawn and ample parking space for up to four cars add to the convenience and comfort of this exceptional property.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
