Unsere Villa Liakada liegt direkt am Meer in der Bucht von Kissamos.
Die Villa Liakada wurde vor 4 Jahren gebaut und hat zwei Etagen: In der oberen Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine offene Anordnung von Küche und Wohnzimmer mit allem, was Sie brauchen, und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großer Garten zum Spielen, Grillen und Entspannen. Der Strand befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Liakada verfügt über WLAN und Sat-TV.
Bei Ihrer Ankunft schenken wir Ihnen leckeres Essen und Obst zum Frühstück sowie hausgemachtes Olivenöl, Tsikoudia (Raki) und Wein.

A wonderfully peaceful Villa

The villa is exactly as listed, 40 m from the ocean wonderfully quiet location with some Taverna’s five or six minutes away in the hills, also 2 on the beach within walking distance, Eleni was very helpful and friendly

Family holiday

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in a beautifully clean and well appointed villa. Eleni was a great host, the villa is in a lovely area extremely close to the beach with 2 or 3 good taverna's within walking distance.

Super place to base yourself and take trips out

Just what we needed as a family group. Went out to the water park and many different restaurants recommended by locals. The beach is 1 minute away and great to snorkel in.

Fantastic Villa

Very comfortable and clean villa. Icing on the cake was the private pool. Very close to beach and a couple of taverns within walking distance. Eleni was the perfect host and provided some groceries on arrival so we didn't need to rush out to shop. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to return soon. Thank you Eleni for a wonderful stay!

The perfect relaxing break

Eleni is an amazing host - really attentive and provided a warm welcome. The property was perfect for our family. It is situated in a tranquil location away from the hustle and bustle. You need a car but with a car everything is accessible - excellent tavernas, beautiful beaches and local amenities. We will be booking again.

We have just had a wonderful week in this beautiful villa.Everything was perfect and Eleni was the perfect host.The villa was immaculately clean with everything that we needed for a comfortable week.It was so close to the sea that the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night and the beds were so comfortable that we slept through until the sun woke us up the next morning!Eleni had very generously stocked the fridge and provided us with fresh fruit which was so welcome after a day travelling.The pool was lovely and the outdoor furniture perfect for an afternoon snooze.Only 5 minutes drive into Kissamos and a selection of restaurants and shops but secluded enough to escape from everything - this really was the perfect break.Thank you Eleni for looking after us so well; we would love to return

Great villa and location

I stayed with my husband, mother and two teens for 10 days. On arrival we had a lovely welcome package of essential. We had a lovely welcome from Eleni and she was on hand for any questions. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated, the swimming pool was clean and great fun for the kids. The beach is lovely and quiet, see through waters that ranged between 27 and 29 degrees. I highly recommend that you visit and I will be sure to come back!

Late Summer Holiday

What a fabulous villa and Eleni especially was the perfect host. The Villa was well equipped, super clean and we felt very comfortable. We had a very minor plumbing issue during the stay, Eleni responded to this in 10 mins and all was fixed - great service from a host. Taverna at camping site just 5 mins from the villa excellent as well, we will be back Thank you Eleni for our lovely gifts at the end of our stay, those little touches are very much appreciated and add to the memories.

A lovely Villa and great location for our needs.

The Villa was spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable bed.. Lovely pool and out door area. Rural location although by the sea. Owner very attentive. We went slightly out of season, 7-21st April 2019, so local amenities as in the few bars and the shop in the camp site weren't open although lots of preparation was going on. A taxi to the nearest town, Kissamos was only 8 euros. We also went for the walking and the location was perfect.

Fantastic week

We had a wonderful week at Villa Eleni. As everyone else has said Eleni was very helpful and friendly. The villa was great with one bedroom with en suite downstairs for anyone unable to manage stairs. We were a family group ranging from 9 to 81 in age and it worked for all of us. The boys enjoyed the pool if it was too windy for the sea, which is so close and very warm. We were all sorry to leave after our week’s stay. The sea is so close and so warm! Nice villa with a personal touch

We had a really nice stay at Villa Liakada. The owner, Eleni, was very nice and helpful. Our fridge was already full of nice and fresh food upon on arrival. She stop by every day to make sure everything was ok and we didn't need anything else. We enjoyed so much the pool, the dinner table outside, the beach nearby, the sound of the waves, the fact that this place is quiet and outside the tourist area. The rooms are spacious and confortables. It's a nice place to stay if you want to discover the west coast of Crete and have your own pool! Thanks Eleni for a wonderful stay and a lot of memories for our family!

Amazing stay in Villa Liakads

Wow! Not enough characters to described this amazing property! Eleni the host was the best! Check in was super easy, she left us some olive oil, raki, and essentials to get us going for the first night until we could go to market. The house is amazing, even better than the pictures. Don’t be mislead by some Google pictures that someone posted that are not from the property. This house was amazing, the location is perfect for visiting Balos, Elafonisi, Falasarna. 1000% recommended, I think we will go to Crete next year for the third time and for sure we will be booking with Eleni! Beautiful property. We were a party of 6, 4 adults and 2 teenage kids 17&13. We were very comfortable in the property.

Lovely modern and clean villa

We were looking for a villa in a quiet location for a week of complete relaxation. We got exactly that. Most of the time the only noise you will hear are the waves and the cicadas. Eleni was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to any queries. She also left a lovely assortment of food so we didn’t have to go searching for breakfast material after our day of travel. We ate at the camp site taverna which was good but our favourite two restaurants were a 10 min walk along the beach at Norpigia - Porfina and Taverna Sargos - both were excellent. We have a great week.

Villa Liakada - June Vacation

We have just returned from a wonderful two week stay in Villa Liakada, Drapanias, a sleepy resort ideal for relaxing. Eleni and her husband were perfect hosts and provided a welcome pack on arrival which was much appreciated and also gave us gifts when we left. Eleni kindly picked us up and returned us to the pick up points for the coach travel back to the airport.The villa is beautifully presented and is perfectly located with the sea just 30 feet or so away. The pool area is superb and very relaxing. There are 3 tavernas within walking distance and also a small mini market. Kissamos is a charming little town with lovely restaurants on the sea front and is approx 5 kms away and easily reached by taxi for 10 Euros. We would certainly recommend a stay in Villa Liakada.

FOUR STARS WITH A CHERRY ON THE CAKE

We spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Liakada. The house was just perfect in a quiet and peaceful environment. This is what we were looking for and we really “recharged our batteries”. No car needed to join the nearby blue and warm sea, it is just in front of the house and having breakfast with the music of the waves was just a must. Cherry on the cake: Eleni is the perfect hostess. She was very attentive and offered us home-made cake, olive oil, raki and everything in the fridge to start our stay. Eυχαριστώ πολύ

Es waren 11 wunderschöne Tage. Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Zum Badestrand sind es 30 Meter. Von 2 Balkonen kann man auf das Meer schauen und abends den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Pool ist phantastisch! Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Check-in war ganz unproblematisch. Eleni ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
