Dies ist eine außergewöhnliche 2-Bett-Villa, renoviert im Herbst 2017 zu einem sehr hohen Standard, im Herzen von Coral Bay, so dass der Strand und die Hauptstraße sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Lounge-Bereich mit Kamin und doppelten Terrassentüren zur nach vorne gerichteten Terrasse führt durch den TV-Lounge-Bereich, das Esszimmer und die brandneue Küche. Zwei Schlafzimmer und neues Badezimmer, großes Grundstück mit ausgewachsener Bepflanzung und neu gesäumter Pool mit römischer Treppe für einfachen Zugang. Überdachte Ess- und Lounge-Möbel sowie Balkon im ersten Stock zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Blick auf den Pool und einem weiteren Balkon vom Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Gorgeous Villa

Villa was lovely, everything we needed. The welcome pack on arrival was such a nice touch and perfect after a long journey. A couple of things needed replacing and the owners responded immediately so no hassle at all. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic

Arrived by taxi and got into villa with no problems, they welcome pack was great with the basics and drinks. The pool was everything we hoped it would be and to look at the actual villa was what we actually had. Could not have been happier with everything.

The villa comes with a relaxed, chilled out, peaceful vibe which we both throughly enjoyed and the pool, sunbathing and shady veranda all helped to make our stay so memorable. Lisa and Felix were perfect hosts. We’d love to stay again…..

Well equipped and comfortable villa in a quite neighbourhood a short distance from beach

This beautiful villa is set in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk from the main street in Coral Bay with plenty of great bars and restaurants. It is well equipped and has a great outside covered seating area next to a good sized pool. Thanks to Lisa and Felix for making our stay so enjoyable.

Lovely relaxing villa

We had an incredibly relaxing 2 weeks at the villa. Was all as described - inside very comfortable for our family of 4 and the perfect outdoor space/pool. Main shops and restaurants a leisurely 15 min stroll away so a great area. We got the bus into Paphos harbour one evening which was about 15 mins away. Would highly recommend this villa!

Bayview Villa Coral Bay

Five week stay, hosts Lisa and Felix fixed minor problems promptly. Villa well appointed and great location. It was a shome that the main strip at coral bay had been dug up, closing some of the shops and restaurants . Otherwise we had a great time and look forward to going back next year.

Just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. It was in the perfect location and made me feel like we had our own space. Having our own private pool was perfect and allowed us to feel comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Lovely Property in a perfect location for us

Great communication from Lisa and Felix. Friendly Taxi service at the Airport arranged by Lisa, straightforward access into the Property. Quiet location which was ideal for us, Clean property, Comfortable king size bed, we spent two weeks sitting outside relaxing on the comfortable seating or loungers. Perfect size pool. We didn’t eat in much but kitchen equipment all available. Powerful shower once we realised we’d accidentally turned the pump off.🙄 As described on the site. Very relaxing holiday for us, just what we needed. Coral bay has some lovely restaurants about a 15min walk which we’d recommend you do due to eating too much. Easy walk to the beaches, read Lisa’s notes about shortcuts, it will save you time. We’d recommend Dolce Vita for some lovely meals out. Also try Lekanto, family run, lovely fresh cooked food. Philippos supermarket is about 15min walk but they do offer a complementary free ride home with your shopping.definitely worth it. Thankyou Lisa for the complementary welcome kit, life saver on a late arrival and in the morning. We will definitely visit again

Fantastic/Relaxing Holiday

Many thanks Lisa & Felix for our stay at Bay View Villa, also many thanks for our welcome pack this was a nice gesture. The villa was well presented and clean, with a very comfy bed, lovely power shower, excellent location in a quiet street. We visited in late February and the weather was very kind to us but cold on an evening, the Villa had a powerful a/c unit with good heat. Will love to return next year. Regards Steve & Mary x

Perfect villa

This villa is stunning, the most tastefully decorated and furnished villa we have stayed in. In the style of a boutique hotel. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a very large tv and plenty of space to lounge. Externally there is a lovely enclosed and very private garden with fabulous pool, sunbathing area and covered area with lounge furniture The welcome pack and villa guide are both great touches to get you started and the discounts at local attractions and restaurants were great. The local supermarket is excellent and deliver you and your shopping back to the villa free of charge. We will definitely be back Many thanks

Great villa lovely location

The villa was really nice, decorated too a high standard without. The welcome pack was a great and was welcomed after a long day. The villa was relaxing and inviting and had everything you needed for our holiday, the only thing that let it down was that the pool was never cleaned in the 2 weeks stayed, even though it was stated in the villa information that it would be cleaned at least twice a week, the pool man did turn up twice did a test on the water and added chemicals but the bottom of the pool was never cleaned, by the end of the 2 weeks the water was murky with lots of grit and bugs in the pool, we had to use the pool net to get the bugs out every day for at least 30 mins a day.

Lovely

Great villa in a great location. Very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay in this villa again. Welcome pack is great to get you started. Phillipos supermarket just up the road has everything you need. Comfortable beds and kitchen very well equipped. Great to have english channels on the tv to watch, if you choose to. Pool area lovely and private. Very very hot when we were there so air con was much appreciated and is ice cold. We had a little issue with the outside lighting which was quickly resolved. All in all a great villa. Would definitely have booked to go back next year, but unfortunately its already booked for the time of year we want it. Definitely be back in the near future though.

Week stay - Easter

Week stay at the villa April 2023 for a family wedding held at a nearby hotel. Very spacious villa, we stayed with our 15 year old and 9 year old who were happy to share a room. Very quiet street, 15-20 minute walk to coral bay strip of restaurants etc. (use path to the right of the villa, path is on the left hand side). Great welcome pack provided with milk, bread etc and a booklet with loads of relevant information. Lisa arranged our transfers to and from the airport and we used same taxi to visit a few restaurants including Oniro’s, which I highly recommend especially at sunset. If you like shopping the 615 bus will take you to King’s Avenue shopping centre and also to Paphos harbour (last stop). Thanks Lisa! Michelle & Eddie

Relaxing and brilliant holiday

Lisa was great to communicate with from start to the end of the holiday especially when we were originally meant to come last year but due to the covid situation allowed us to change the holiday dates to this year. Always felt If any concerns or issues (which there weren’t) either Lisa or Felix were contactable. The Villa is as described in a lovely quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need! The pool is a good size. Everything in Coral Bay from the Bus stop to and from Paphos, the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants are all within 15/20 minute walk at most. All in all we have had a lovely relaxing week and for our first attempt at a self catering holiday we are considering it a great success and are already considering returning to Coral Bay next year and would be more than happy to stay in one of Lisa’s and Felix’s villas again if available.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
