HI We are so pleased you had a great stay with us and loved the villa, its location and grounds. we are delighted you had a great stay and would highly recommend. We hope you choose to stay with us again and thank you for looking after the villa so well.

HI Much of the below wasnt mentioned during your stay and plenty was ie one quilt tooo thick one too thin and one too heavy! all very strange as no quilt was right. The oven was perfectly clean, you showed Nicky who did your mid let behind the runners the shelves run on being marked. it is impossible to do these as with any over as shelf runners dont come out., however the actual shelves shelves, oven base etc were all spotlessly clean, You say the blind was missing? we have never had a blind at the kitchen window and don't understand no privacy a sits a large enclosed private garden to the rear of the property! all windows are cleaned at the beginning of the month and in between any marks wiped off, however during your stay there was rain which as we get sandy rain will mark the window. You also showed her the barbecue followed by " we dont intend barbecuing but,!!!" and proceeded to lift the perfectly clean barbecue grill and fresh tinfoil too show some coal dust, all barbecues are cleaned between lets , grills cleaned and fresh foil put in, however being a barbecue with coal you will get coal dust unless we buy a new barbecue for every let! this does not affect the use or cleaniness in any way., You met Felix a couple of times doing your pool and had his number for any issues and never phoned to say a lightbulb had popped. this will happen and we always carry a supply but of the guest doesnt let us know we cant replace.

Hi We are so had a great stay with us and liked the villa, its location etc. The pool will be cold at the end of October as it is not heated, the sea is still quite warm. Your pool was cleaned on arrival day and then mid week at 6am, thank you for looking after the villa so well. kind regards Lisa

The villa is exactly as the photos portray, we redo photos regularly so that guests get the property exactly as it’s seen on the photos. HI thank you for your review, we are pleased you had a great holiday, the outside dining furniture chairs have cushions on and in addition we have outside settees for lounging on that was added last year. People tend to relax on these than sitting at the dining table. the pool was fully refurbished this year with new liner and the addition of roman steps for ease of access that has been greatly received. the villa is as exactly as the photos , obviously updating with a new kitchen etc would considerably increase the price of rental. kind regards Lisa

Hi We are responding to your very inaccurate and scathing review. mostly your " issues " were because you refuse to text as you" dont like it" and will only email through the vrbo system! The guests who departed the day before you arrived left a lovely 5 * review. In all our years of letting villas we have never come across a guest like this! Messaging ensures anything will be dealt with quickly and efficiently as I am out at work so only access email sometimes once a day. You can look at the hundreds of reviews we have for our various villas and no one has ever said poorly managed and poor communication, these two things are what we are praised on! f Firstly you claim not to have had your directions with the key safe I sent you a screen shot proving these were sent early august. you have booked car hire through the company we recommended so we assume you are sorted for an a stress free arrival. Its very strange you turn up at midnight with no means of access to the villa and didnt ask prior to leaving the uk ? The lack of Communication is clearly on your side as we would not know you didnt have the directions. You reported the ac in the master on email again we had an engineer within a couple of hours and you emailed to thank us and say it was lovely and cool. You now claim it only worked for a day and the next 5 it didnt but you chose to only mention this on departure again on email so we saw after you had left! we went to the villa on receiving the email and had it on for 4 hours whilst the girls cleaned the villa and it worked fine . you had also changed the mode from cool ( icicle symbol). The shower you never mentioned til departure but again we checked and its working perfectly well? we even recorded it being on to show this. The pool was cleaned as it always is , had it not been in our temperatures it would have turned green! just because you were not up and met the pool man who is often out and about prior to 6am due to the heat It is a shame that neither you or your children who are in their twenties chose not to communicate anymore during your stay after something was fixed?! but chose to complain as you departed regards Lisa and Felix
