Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday in this villa. Peaceful location with amazing sea views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to any queries we had.

Great view

It’s been a nice week in Cyprus. We’ve been going to different places during the day, exploring the island. The location of the accommodation is a great base. And it was always nice “coming home” to our accomodation by the end of the days and sit a bit outside until bedtime. The sound of the waves and the view during daylight are super relaxing.

Truly fabulous!

We have stayed in several different villas in Cyprus but this was by far the best. From the moment you opened the front door and were greeted by the amazing view, the lovely welcome pack, beautiful finishes and decor to the balcony watching the sunset over the sea everything was just perfect. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully clean and has a super comfy bed. The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. Lisa and Felix were super hosts and we can't wait to go back next year!

Perfect stay

The location of the villa is perfect. It’s a lovely mix of a quiet, tranquil location in easy reach of amenities. Lisa has put a lot of thought and care into the decor and guest comfort. The welcome pack and information on local activities and restaurants is really great. Would fully recommend.

A fine villa. Car required, but hosts able to recommend. With a little research it is possible to escape the tourist traps and see real Cyprus.

Fantastic

Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq. Very nice villa at fantastic location

We had a wonderful two-week vacation in this lovely villa that is compact but has everything you need. You are literally feeling the sea that is only 20 meters away from the property. As always Lisa de property manager was very attentive to our needs. From all the villas we've rented in Paphos this is our favourite. We're sure we will come back.

Another amazing holiday

This is the second time we have stayed in this stunning villa & we had an absolutely amazing holiday. The villa is a perfect home from home with everything you could possibly need. We hired a car & visited lots of beautiful places & some amazing restaurants. We loved floating around in the beautiful pool & relaxing on the sun loungers. Watching the sun go down over the sea every night is stunning, we will definitely be back again!!

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we enquired about the villa, Lisa was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and that continued throughout our stay when we needed advice on supermarkets and how to combat local bugs! As soon as we arrived we were struck by the stunning views and the tranquillity that surrounded the property. The fridge was already stocked with essentials (which was amazing) and the villa itself was very clean and well equipped with all the modern amenities. Each room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was fantastic, really clean and warm and there was plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and shade. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to the nearby beach (and local town by car). I can't recommend this villa enough for a family.

Outstanding property & location

I don't think you can appreciate the beauty of this property & it's location from photographs alone - it was all stunning! Plenty of places to eat & drink within walking distance, plus many more if you hire a car/use local transport. Owners were a delight to deal with, completely efficient & offered sound advice. I would absolutely recommend.

Great little villa in quiet location

Lovely welcome pack left by owners. Villa was comfortable and the pool and garden were a great place to relax. The TV and Android box were great when relaxing at night. I didn't feel the villa was overlooked. Would highly recommend the local See You at the Beach bar only 10 mins walk away.

Perfect

Stayed here door our Sins wedding. Could not fault anything. All perfect as described. We had a car but also used buses and taxis. Perfect location for both Paphos and Coral Bay. Great communication from Lisa! Loads of bars and restaurants locally. Pool and outside areas well tended. Thanks for making our stay great.

Exceptional.

Had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect & it had all the facilities we required. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a god send after arriving late. We hired a car through the car company the hosts recommended and it was an excellent service from those to. I would highly recommend an automatic car if you stay at this villa as the road down is very steep and we’d of struggled in a manual car. Would definitely return.

Fantastic villa and exactly as described in the listing. Peaceful and quiet with wonderful views and a short distance to all amenities. Clean and tidy with a much appreciated welcome pack when we arrived. After a nightmare journey of cancelled flights and hastily re-booked airline and route, it was a huge relief to finally arrive at the perfect location and relax. Thank you Lisa 😁

Wonderful villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it’s was a perfect location with everything we needed. The best by the sea !

Beautiful property right by the sea . Quiet, clean . Good functioning kitchen . Close to grocery stores .Close to attractions. Owner very helpful and prompt to respond . Beach right next door . Amazing Stay

We have just had a fabulous weeks stay at this amazing villa. The view was out of this world. Lisa was absolutely fantastic answering all our questions and directing us to the villa perfectly. We also used the car hire recommended by Lisa and again we couldn’t fault them, Michael was helpful and the price was very reasonable. All in all a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be rebooking. Family trip to Cyprus for a wedding

Great location, clean & well equipped villa. Beautiful views from back garden. Pool was a little cool but not surprising this early in the year. Arrived late at night to a lovely welcome supply of basic provisions. Lisa also recommended a great local car hire company who collected us from the airport & had our car waiting at the villa. Perfect stay - would highly recommend 😊

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
