Morgens nach dem Aufstehen die Balkontür zu öffnen und das Meeresrauschen zu hören war einfach klasse. Sonnenliegen, die zum verweilen einladen und ein liebevoll renoviertes Haus machen Lust auf ,,Meer“. Die Einrichtung und die Küche hatten alles was ein Urlauberherz sich nur wünschen vermag. Gut ausgestattet und sehr stilvoll. Wir empfehlen die Urlaubslocation an Freunde und Familie weiter, Daumen hoch. Vielen Dank an Lisa und Felix

Ein Traumhaus mit wundervollem Ausblick

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super, wir haben sie sehr genossen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und der Blick auf das Meer unbeschreiblich. Lisa & Felix waren immer erreichbar und haben uns bei Problemen sehr schnell geholfen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Lage mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit allem wie beschrieben. Leider, im Erdgeschoss mit Schiebefenstern ohne Sicherheitsvorrichtung. Während wir auf der Terrasse saßen, wurde im Schlafzimmer eingebrochen (Fenster offen zum Lüften). Täter auf frischer Tat ertappt aber entwischt. Fast 300 Euro geklaut. Ab dann wurde nicht mehr gelüftet (Tags 30 Grad, nachts 20 Grad) Schade !!! Wir fühlten uns ab dann nicht mehr sicher. Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

Verbesserungswürdig: Check-in und Kommunikation

Spitzen Objekt in außergewöhnlicher Lage mit kleinen Schwächen

zum Haus: wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Leider keine Ablagen in den Bädern (ein Spiegelschrank statt nur Spiegel wäre gut), wir haben uns mit Pappkartons als Ablagefläche vor den Bädern geholfen. Das kleine Bad ist wirklich klein - geht aber. Besser geeignet für Familie mit Kindern statt zwei Paaren. Aber Haus war sehr sauber! Garten war ungepflegt mit Unkraut, dass aus dem Kunstrasen spross und ringsherum wucherte. Gärtner kam auf unseren umgehenden Hinweis am 8. Tag unseres Aufenthalts, aber dann sah der Garten aus wie auf dem Foto. Der Bereich um den Pool war mehr als staubig - wir haben ihn gereinigt. Ebenso die Dachterrasse, Vogelschiß auch auf den Lounge-Möbeln - wir haben es gereinigt! Aber warum: die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Alex sollte per SMS erfolgen, er bekam meine nicht, ich seine schon (auch auf "Antworten" hin nicht). Leider fand auch keine persönliche Einweisung statt, so erfuhren wir erst nach einer Woche von der Alarmanlage. Wie diese funktioniert??? Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche: ein Handtuchset war gelblich statt weiß mit Flecken, roch zwar sauber - aber wir haben es nochmals in die Waschmaschine. Bei der "state of the art" Eingangstür fiel die innere Türklinke ab, da die Feststellschraube nur minimal auf dem Vierkant hielt. Wurde aber nach 2 Tagen repariert. Unserer Meinung nach könnte bei diesem wirklich schönen Objekt (traumhafte Lage) einiges optimiert werden: die Eingangstür hat unten einen 2 cm-Spalt, durch den Würmer und leider auch größeres Ungeziefer hereinschlüpfte - einfach schließen. Die Geschirrmenge sollte erweitert werden, so dass man wegen ein paar Tassen/Tellern nicht gleich den Geschirrspüler (modernes Gerät wie Waschmaschine) anmachen müßte. Unser Eindruck: die Verwaltung/Hausmeister hatte offensichtlich viel zu tun mit anderen Objekten, so dass unser Haus/Grundstück nicht in dem Zustand war, den wir erwartet hatten (bei dem Preis). Das erklärt vielleicht auch die schlechte Erreichbarkeit. Aber, ich will nicht meckern: wir hatten bei 4 vorigen Objekten im Süden Europas noch nie eine solch beeindruckende Aussicht.

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we enquired about the villa, Lisa was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and that continued throughout our stay when we needed advice on supermarkets and how to combat local bugs! As soon as we arrived we were struck by the stunning views and the tranquillity that surrounded the property. The fridge was already stocked with essentials (which was amazing) and the villa itself was very clean and well equipped with all the modern amenities. Each room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was fantastic, really clean and warm and there was plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and shade. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to the nearby beach (and local town by car). I can't recommend this villa enough for a family.

Truly fabulous!

We have stayed in several different villas in Cyprus but this was by far the best. From the moment you opened the front door and were greeted by the amazing view, the lovely welcome pack, beautiful finishes and decor to the balcony watching the sunset over the sea everything was just perfect. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully clean and has a super comfy bed. The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. Lisa and Felix were super hosts and we can't wait to go back next year!

Lovely stay

My husband & myself stayed at this villa for 10 days. We celebrated our wedding anniversary & my husband’s 60th birthday. This was our first time visiting Cyprus. The Villa was the right size for us we used the extra bedroom to dress in & keep our luggage. The view & the pool was the highlight for us we were especially grateful for the pool as there was a rise in the temperature. There is bench at the end of the garden on a communal pathway leading to the beach which people sit on and take in the view so not as private as we would have liked. The handbook was very useful & we visited some of the restaurants recommended. We rented a car and drove up the mountains & enjoyed exploring Paphos. We especially liked the harbour area. The bed was very comfortable & the air con very useful & cool. We ate out & also in. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. I was pleased to have a bathtub in the main bathroom. The smaller bathroom is tiny. A clock in the villa would be useful. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay which went by too quickly. The host communicated well & was going to give us a late checkout which we didn’t need in the end.

Fantastic

Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq. It’s been a nice week in Cyprus. We’ve been going to different places during the day, exploring the island. The location of the accommodation is a great base. And it was always nice “coming home” to our accomodation by the end of the days and sit a bit outside until bedtime. The sound of the waves and the view during daylight are super relaxing.

Spectacular villa with AMAZING views

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay, communication with Lisa on the run up to our holiday was fabulous, she even organised taxi's to take us to and from the airport! Upon walking into the Villa, the sea view hits you square in the face, it was marvelous and spectacular. The villa had pretty much everything you could need to truly make it a home from home. The views from the roof terrace were amazing, I sat out on the roof terrace every morning with my coffee and book (I'd read if I could tear my eyes away from the view!) Shops and cafes are short walk away, and I would highly recommend Sonny's restaurant at the top of the road, the food was absolutely delicious, very reasonably priced and staff were so friendly, special shout out to Chris! Villa is at the end of the coastal path, and it's a very lovely and beautiful walk. Should you wish to venture into Paphos, you can get the bus nearby. It's 6.50 for a day ticket and takes around 10-15 mins All in all, I would absolutely return to this villa, the area was peaceful, relaxing and just perfect. Thanks again Lisa.

Exceptional.

Had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect & it had all the facilities we required. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a god send after arriving late. We hired a car through the car company the hosts recommended and it was an excellent service from those to. I would highly recommend an automatic car if you stay at this villa as the road down is very steep and we’d of struggled in a manual car. Would definitely return.

Best villa in Kissonerga

We spent February/March 2024 at the villa. Wonderful stay!! The villa exceeded our expectations. It's even more beautiful than in the pictures. The view is to die for! It was clean, well equipped, with parking besides the villa. The location is perfect, close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, historical sites, museums, with easy access to main roads that allow you to explore more of the island. Our daughter and grandson (9yrs) visited for 2 weeks and there was lots to do for a kid (zoo, minigolf, castle, beach etc.) Lisa and Felix were hosts "extraordinaires", so pleasant, always available, quick to answer our queries, helping with recommendations etc. Communication was so easy. . Thank you so much Lisa and Felix for making our stay in beautiful Cyprus a real success. We just LOVED the island and your villa. It was the BEST. You were the BEST! We'd love to come back. Yamas!

Very nice villa at fantastic location

We had a wonderful two-week vacation in this lovely villa that is compact but has everything you need. You are literally feeling the sea that is only 20 meters away from the property. As always Lisa de property manager was very attentive to our needs. From all the villas we've rented in Paphos this is our favourite. We're sure we will come back.

Great villa & location

Good communication with Lisa leading up to our vacation, it took no more than a couple of hours to get a response. The villa itself, location and views are fantastic. Fully air conditioned with a nice cold pool to cool off in, barbecue with a nice roof terrace to relax on in the evening. Location was great for if you do or don’t hire a car. Phillipos supermarket which sells almost everything you can imagine, with great fresh meat and fish for the bbq is only a 5-10 minute drive or €1.50 on the bus. If you don’t want to catch the bus there is a local British butcher and 3 good supermarkets within a 10 minute walk. Great local restaurants too, we visited Pizzeria Calliano for a decent pizza but really nice pasta dishes, the Souvlaki grill house is a great family run restaurant giving generous portion sizes with great food and service, and our favourite was Sonnys restaurant where the food was the next level to other local restaurants but not much more expensive with an extensive choice. This was our second visit (we stayed in 2019 for our wedding) and we would definitely visit again. Great vacation, great value! Thanks Lisa & Felix.

Absolutely Fabulous!

As soon as I opened the door to the Villa, the 4 of us (husband, 2 daughters and myself) all said WOW! The view was just beautiful. The villa was very well equipment, the bedrooms lovely and spacious and the air conditioning was a god send. The patio and pool fantastic too and this is where we spent most of our days, the roof terrace for watching the sunset with a drink was just lovely. Everything about this villa was just perfect for our 2 week holiday. There is a short but quiet costal path at the end of the garden which leads to a pebble beach, where you will also find the “Sea You” bar which is great for food, cocktails/drinks and watching the sunsets too. We hired a car purely for our own convenience but you don’t need one, as there are bus stops at the top of the road going to both coral bay and Paphos. We ate out at some of the recommended restaurants in Coral Bay and Paphos and we were not disappointed. From my initial booking right through to our last day in the villa both Lisa & Felix were great, if we had any questions or queries they would get back to us straight away but also left us alone to enjoy our holiday. THANK YOU for a wonderful 2 weeks. Hopefully be back next year! xx

Perfect

Stayed here door our Sins wedding. Could not fault anything. All perfect as described. We had a car but also used buses and taxis. Perfect location for both Paphos and Coral Bay. Great communication from Lisa! Loads of bars and restaurants locally. Pool and outside areas well tended. Thanks for making our stay great.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
