Hi Freda, So pleased you found everything you needed in the villa, we do ensure we provide everything possible for our guests to ensure they have a great holiday. The villa is in a great location for all amenities and the beautiful Corallia blue flagged beach. There is a manual now in the villa for all appliances, I can only presume it had gone missing! The garden has been completely renovated, with more outside seating areas, with a contemporary finish, no gravel, more shade and umbrellas with more fencing! Dear Penny, Thank you for choosing Villa Kristiana and for your review. Firstly, we were truly disheartened when you informed us there had been a burglary. It was good to know that the support we provided was very helpful. While such occurrences are exceptionally rare, especially, as in this case, where there was no sign of any break in. The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of diligently locking all doors and windows when leaving the villa and also at night. As discussed, the door and window locks had been upgraded at the beginning of the season before your visit and, in light of your experience, we immediately implemented enhancements to provide an additional layer of security. We must also say that your immediate claim for unquantified compensation was disconcerting. I also appreciate your feedback on the ledge of the patio. I want to clarify that this feature is clearly visible in my Villa photographs and it represents a small drop, easily noticeable when in the villa. We have for many years had families happily spending their holidays at my villa (as can be seen from previous reviews) and they have let me know that they prefer my villa to many other local villas as the outside space at the back of the villa is more private. Thanks for your feedback that you enjoyed your holiday at our villa and you appreciated the arrangements we put in place for your birthday. It was great that you were able to continue your birthday celebrations after the incident. I was also pleased you found my villa very clean and well stocked and enjoyed its great location opposite the beach. Hi Lyn, Thank you for your review. It was great to read your positive views on the location and the development – all our guests love being close to the beach and amenities, but in a beautiful quiet area. We have had great feedback on the villa itself which is modern and contemporary and is further enhanced by the refurbishment we did of the garden this year (see new villa photographs). Regarding the glasses, I have purchased several more as it appears some were broken over the summer. Thanks again, for your review.

Hello Margaret Thank you for your review and your comments, we appreciate you taking the time. I was a bit surprised at some of your comments, as you only told me what a great time you had at the villa on your return. Regarding your review, it is one the hottest times of the year to visit Cyprus at the beginning of September, the fact that the villa is so near to the beach means that you can easily take advantage of any sea breezes by the sea. We are pleased that you found the villa had everything you needed, we do our best to make you feel welcome and ensure you have everything for a great holiday. There is a manual in the villa for all appliances, so I am not sure if this had been removed. I have since been to Cyprus and there is a full manual in the kitchen. The dishwasher has also been replaced with a brand new one! Every year we replace the pillows with new ones, I buy a selection to try and accommodate everyone’s preference and they are put out on all the beds, even if there is only 4 people staying in the villa, they then have the option to change them around. As you know we offered you a choice of several welcome packs and you choose not to have one. I also offered you the opportunity to select your own items and let you know the cost, but you didn’t take up this option. We would have been more than happy to arrange to purchase any items you wanted. We were pleased you liked the location of our villa and the area of Coral Bay, especially with the beach only a few minutes’ walk away and local transport. Once again thank you for your review.
