Schönes Haus, sehr gute Lage, toller Garten!

Sehr nah an der Coral Bay gelegen, dabei sehr ruhig. Die Außenanlage und der Garten sind das Highlight! Schön war auch: Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles war sauber und einige grundlegende Dinge (Gewürze, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, etc) waren vorhanden. Der Konakt mit Adele und der Agentur vor Ort war prima! Immer hat man sofort reagiert. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Betten und Matratzen sind nicht mehr die besten. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet, der Garten ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Pool… dazu muss man wohl nichts sagen. Es gibt Meerblick, Privatsphäre, einen unglaublich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten facility manager (Phil) vor Ort und eine liebevolle Vermieterin, die schnell antwortet und sehr kulant ist. Wir waren da am Ende unseres Urlaubs und konnten es nicht besser treffen. Absolute Empfehlung!

This Villa is the perfect location for a quiet and relaxing vacation in Cyprus. It is really comfortable and provides both a calm environment and proximity to interesting spots of the island. Property Manager Phil did a really good job taking care of everything - but to be honest we did not need much support because everything was already perfect upon our arrival. Absolutely stunning villa!!I’ve been coming to Cyprus for over 20 years & this beautiful villa is THE best I have stayed in. The location is just right, close enough to bars/amenities & the beach. The villa is well maintained by James the property manager, nothing was too much trouble for james. He sent me an extensive list of places to go & things to see. He even loaned his snorkel mask to me whilst I was there Finally a massive thank you to Adele the owner for allowing us to share her home. This is a beautiful villa with every home comfort you need. Really tastefully decorated. For a 2 bedroom villa there is so much outside space with gorgeous gardens and at night it all lights up. James the property manager was always contactable if needed and friendly and knowledgable same with Simon the pool guy who kept the pool lovely and clean. The view from the garden looking out to sea was an added bonus too. Great welcome pack very much appreciated. We have stayed in villas in Coral Bay several times before but this one was by far the best. So sad to be back in England and missing the Cyprus sun already. Will are hoping to come back to this villa next summer.

We had a fantastic week in this villa, great pool & excellent location - just a short walk to the beach & local shops & restaurants. Perfect space to relax & enjoy the amazing views! The villa was very nice with lots of good points including the swimming pool area and external furniture. The BBQ was rusted through and urgently needs updating. The lights in the spare bedroom didn't work and neither did the fan. The AC in this room was very noisy and was annoying. I'm stopping moaning now because the rest of the villa was great with everything on hand to make the stay enjoyable, its just a bit tired in places. thanks

A Happy Return

So glad we had the chance to come back to this lovely villa. Exactly 1 year on, it felt like we'd never been away. Once again we enjoyed everything the villa and location had to offer. The weather was extremely hot ,so we enjoyed the luxury of our surroundings, pool etc to make the most of our holiday. Many lazy days once again, and we spent a lot more moonlit evenings sat outside this year. It was the perfect holiday, just what we both needed. 4 days into the hols, our little friend turned up (white and ginger cat from last year) she's still going strong and was as friendly and sociable as ever. We still recommend this lovely place, perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. Everything you need is only a short walk away. James was once again on hand with all the useful information. Philippos supermarket provides a friendly, free lift home with all your shopping, a really good service. We will miss the villa next year but promise to return one day. Enjoy. Ian and Keri

Beautiful Villa

Such a beautiful villa inside and out which met our expectations and some. An amazing welcome pack with everything needed for your first day and some lovely additional treats. James, the property manager, was so helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble. The villa is set in a peaceful location but amenities are all close by. We hired a car which enabled us to explore a little further afield which was great; driving in Cypress is just like the UK. We were so lucky with the weather. We had a week of beautiful 23/24 degree sunshine. Just perfect!

La maison est idéalement située, non loin de toutes les commodités (plages, magasins, supermarchés, bars, restaurants). Wonderful!

October 1st - October 14th. Stephen and Victoria Britton - 2 old fogies in their mid 70s We've been renting villas since the 1970s, mostly with family and friends, now we like to holiday with just the two of us, we like peace and quiet and an outdoor lifestyle. Omorfi Thea gave us everything we wanted and needed in spades. Two wonderful weeks of tranquillity, whilst being close to the shops and coast. Coral Bay beach just a ten minute walk away. Great villa, in a great location. In a well kept area. We catered for ourselves. Phillipos supermarket is an amazing shop, the fresh produce is of excellent quality. We ate every meal outside, taking in the beautiful peaceful garden and the scenic views of mountains and the ocean. We've had a wonderful and memorable two weeks. James advice, both personally and on WhatsApp was invaluable. Special thanks to Adele for offering us the whole of our last day, due to us having night flights.

Lovely villa

This is our first time staying at this villa and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Lovely and relaxing, quiet location with wonderful outside space and sea views. Weather was 32 degrees both weeks so we spent most of our time around the pool. We ate out most nights (our favourite restaurant was Corrallo, which we visited on numerous occasions). Adele the owner was brilliant from start to finish and James the property on site manager could not have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this villa.

Quality villa for total relaxation.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with your beautiful villa, it's location, and surroundings. We had the most peaceful, relaxing holiday ever. With the weather being extremely hot and humid, we soon realised we didn't feel the need to venture too far in the blazing August heat to still have the holiday we dreamed of. The villa had everything we needed for a home from home type holiday. We spent many nights in, enjoying the outside sitting area. We loved the beautiful shrubs, which have been superbly positioned for total privacy and loved to see them lit up in the evenings. We often had the company of a friendly ginger and white cat who loved the shaded areas for her afternoon naps. She was so cute. The location was perfect for everything including supermarket and nightlife. We thank you for the welcome pack which was the sign of things to come. Perfection. Such a beautiful villa in a peaceful location with everything you need provided for you. The welcome pack was fantastic and James’ help was great with advice on where to eat/visit as well as booking taxis. Adele was fantastic with the communication from the time of booking to the point of arrival. Rooms furnished to a high standard, en-suite, air con, pool and Wi-Fi was all our teenager required! The stunning outside space with bbq and both sun and shade was great. We will definitely be booking again, it was just what we needed.

I am an Interior designer, a job I absolutely love which has allowed me to enjoy furnishing the villa to a very high standard to give a boutique, luxurious feel that our guests can enjoy.
We strive to constantly update and improve the villa facilities so everything is looking tip top for our guests. The location to numerous sandy beaches just walking distance from the property as well as the many bars and restaurants of Coral Bay made this the perfect choice. Our son has spent most of his holidays at the villa since he was born and thinks it's the best place in the world. We try and visit a couple of times a year but it's never long enough!!
