Diese Luxusvilla liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsackgasse, aber nur wenige Autominuten vom Hauptresort Coral Bay und dem wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss der Villa befinden sich eine große Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnbereich sowie ein Gäste-WC. Im Obergeschoss gibt es drei geräumige Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Bad, sowie ein Familienbadezimmer; von den Balkonen im Obergeschoss hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Sie verfügt über einen großen, privaten, gepflegten Garten mit einem privaten Pool, einer Terrasse zum Sonnenbaden, einem überdachten Essbereich im Freien sowie einem überdachten Tischtennisbereich. Der Pool ist 10 m lang und kann gegen eine Gebühr von 40 Euro pro Tag (außer von Januar bis Mitte März) beheizt werden. Auf der Insel arbeiten wir mit einer ausgezeichneten lokalen Autovermietung zusammen, die wir für dich nutzen. Kinderbetten, Hochstühle usw. können bei „Kidstravellite“, einem lokalen Unternehmen, gemietet werden. Solarbetriebenes Warmwassersystem mit Hochdruckpumpe. Willkommenspaket inklusive. Sept 2026 2 weeks.We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful villa, honestly cannot fault it, clean spacious and very nice, very good wifi and nice veiws,close to restaurants and beaches however i would say car is still essential however everything in a 5/10min drive away. The hosts Lisa and Felix are exceptional,unfortunately our flight was cancelled and Lisa was so helpful in trying to find alternative flights for us, we managed to get out the following day so all was not lost. We would fully recommend this villa. Lisa gave us a car hire contact that was equally good. The best hosts we have had in all the years of going to villas totally professional and helpful, thank you for letting us stay at this wonderful place.

We had a wonderful holiday at the villa. The spacious open plan living downstairs space worked well with doors out onto the patio and pool. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. Bedrooms were comfortable and cool with access to the balcony which was ideal for morning coffee.The location is great. Being on the edge of Peyia meant it was quiet and calm but only a few minutes to drive into town or down into Coral Bay. We enjoyed a number of local restaurants, particularly Elisaveta, and had a brilliant day hiring a boat in Latchi. We would definitely recommend the villa to other families looking for a relaxing summer break.

We had such a lovely stay. The host was quick to respond and left a helpful welcome book with lots of restaurant suggestions etc. The villa was better than expected and such a bonus having the ability to heat the pool in late October.

Overall impression of the location of villa was excellent and the villa itself was lovely.However the major issue i had was the lack of cleanliness of the pool it appeared lovely and clear blue water until my children got out of it after swimming in it with severe rashes that was i found out was down to a lack of chlorine in the pool by the time they decided to rectify my 7 year old daughters skin on legs had severe burns thus we had to keep them out pool for safety. I have escalated this to Vrbo for refund as it is clear helath and safety breach from the owners and the owners communication was awful one of them telling me pool levels are ok the other saying there was no chlorine in pool hence the damage to skins.An expensive holiday paid for that was ruined for us as a family by the owners Lisa and Felix lack of care and maintenance of their amenity.Needless to say we wont be coming back to that villa or the other ones they own in the area.

The guest applied for a full refund for his 12 day villa stay claiming a lack of cleanliness of the pool. You can see from one of the photos that he has posted that the pool is immaculate. Almost something you would use in an advertising picture.! The problem he has had is that he has changed his story from the actual communication we had to embellish the truth . Prior to his arrival a family with children had stayed in the villa for 2 weeks with no complaints or issues with the pool. the guests had given a 10/10 review , On day 4 I was contacted by this guest TELLING me that the chlorine levels were too high following some google research!. Not sure how he knew this or measured it. As it was around 3pm I said I would come in the morning to check things. I came the next morning to check the pool. Obviously if you thought there was a big problem you would be there to speak with me about it - but no he had gone out. I checked the levels and found that the chlorine level was actually low. Later in his tale to VRBO he says that I said ‘absolutely no chlorine’. Now I’m not sure how this works but his original claim of mild irritation which then lead to sever rashes and then to Sever Burns - how do you get this from water that has low or no chlorine. Unfortunately if you try it on for a full refund but you get caught out lying it does not hold any credibility. The guest says he would not stay here or any of our other properties but as he will be able to see from our rating we have said he would not be welcome at any of the villas. We are so lucky this is the first time we have experienced such a guest and have lovely guests who we welcome back year after year.

A lovely stay

It was a very nice stay for our family. The house offers a lot of space, coziness and tranquility. The atmosphere in the area was great. Many places are easily accessible by car. An ideal place to relax.

We had an amazing time at the villa, the villa had everything that we needed. Beautiful pool and views. You definitely will need a car as the location is not central but that suited us.

The villa was one of the best we have stayed in around the Coral Bay/Peyia area and was very well equipped and very clean. Views over the mountains were stunning and we enjoyed some lovely sunsets. We had a car to get us out and about which we couldn’t do without. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back !

Fantastic!

Everything was perfect for the 4 of us. Great location if like us, you want a quiet area. The facilities were excellent. It is well maintained with really pretty gardens. We didn’t need for anything. Would definitely hope to stay again.

Wonderful villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 8 Olive Tree Villa. The villa is spacious, well appointed, clean, and in a great location in Peyia - private enough but also close driving distance to local amenities and easy to get around. Lisa and Felix are also very helpful and responsive hosts. Pool heating especially during April was very welcome indeed! Overall value also superb!

Beautiful villa

Superb week of R&R - the villa was perfect for us and very much as described with everything you may need - it’s a nice and quiet area which is what we wanted, but has local shops bars etc a short walk or the main town is a quick 5 mins drive away - careful on the directions especially at night, the final leg up the hill is about 4km up before you turn next left after the newly built “ lithos villas” complex

hi we are so pleased you had stay with us and loved the villa, location etc. thank yoj for looking after it so well. the villa is 1 mile up the road ( 1.6km) not 4km? I hadnt seen they hAve put a lithos villas sign up which is a greAt landmark so i have added it to the directions, thanKs for that tip. kind regards] Lisa

Superb stay

A wonderful holiday at Olive Tree Villa. Slightly away from Coral Bay and Peyia village which was just what we wanted, quiet and secluded but only a few minutes drive from both. A wonderful sized villa, beautiful garden and pool with lovely views. Very comfortable with great amenities and lots of space to relax. Will definitely rebook. Thanks to Lisa and Felix.

Great Villa

Loved the house and pool! You do have drive everywhere but it didn’t matter to us. We loved having the great views. We will be back.

Fantastic property with a great pool and lovely view

The property was clean and spacious, with everything we could possibly need thoughtfully provided. The pool was gorgeous with a shallow end, deeper part, and even pool toys like balls, pool noodles, and donuts. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool, while the adults could chill out on the loungers enjoying the view over the valley and out to sea. The location was great - easy to get to the main road, but in a quiet neighbourhood. An absolutely stunning property - one of the best we have ever stayed in and I highly recommend it to others looking for a holiday house in Cyprus.

Beautiful!

We stayed at this villa to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for us. The location was in a quiet cul de sac, yet close to the village of Peyia which we love. I think our favourite thing was the wide open view with the sunsetting every evening in front of the villa. It’s the perfect spot for sundowners - total relaxation. We also loved the pool and were in it every day. The garden is well maintained and very pretty. All the domestic appliances were great e.g. washing machine, iron, dishwasher. Good washing line and clothes were dry in 15 minutes! We felt very safe here. I would highly recommend a stay.

Excellent service

The whole process was excellent from start to finish, easy to book great communication with hosts and the quality of the villa was superb. We asked for an extra umbrella for the pool area and Lisa and Felix sorted it in a day. Clean tidy and fully kitted out, the kids loved the water cooler saved me a fortune on bottled water and the basketball hoop in the pool. The Air con units were great (when I managed to work them out) and couldn’t fault the standard of anything. Would like to thank the hosts who were a text away and sorry I was out when Felix called! We would recommend this villa to everyone ( well hopefully not same time next year for us!) Thanks for a lovely time The Grouts!

Stunning Villa, in a great location!

Our family had an amazing stay here, the booking process was simple and stress-free. Lisa and Felix kindly provided a complimentary package of essentials, which was much appreciated with us arriving so late in the night, saving me from having to rush out to the local supermarket :) The villa is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea in the distance. It is modern, clean and fully equipped with a large private pool which is not over looked despite their being neighbouring properties. We hired a car, we always do when we visit Cyprus as we like to venture out and explore, the main strip in Coral Bay is only a 5 -7 minute drive from the Villa, where you have a good selection of restaurants and bars which are all family friendly. We have been visiting Cyprus for 7 years and I have to say this is the best villa we have stayed in, we are looking forward to coming back again soon. Thank you so much Lisa and Felix, we really enjoyed our stay!

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
