Die Villa hat eine Sackgasse auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück mit 10m beheiztem Pool. Meerblick aus dem ersten Stock. Zehn Gehminuten vom Coral Bay Beach und der Hauptstraße entfernt. Der private Pool mit römischer Treppe ist von einer Terrasse und einem großen angelegten Garten umgeben. Drei große Schlafzimmer, zwei davon en suite im ersten Stock, das dritte Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet, mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Großer Essbereich mit Terrassentüren zum Essen im Freien. Schöne geräumige Lounge mit großen Sofas, TV, DVD, Sat-TV und WLAN. Der gemauerte Grill steht im Garten in der Nähe des überdachten Essens im Freien. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze abseits der Straße sowie eine Pergola für Schatten. Bei einem Aufenthalt bei uns erhalten Sie Ermäßigungen in vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants

Property was fantastic, spacious, comfortable, great facilities. The location was excellent for supermarket and the strip - taxis not required, although there aren’t enough pavements. The pool was fabulous. I cannot fault this villa !

We enjoyed our stay,The house is a great size and place for a family and the size of the pool is well worth it, it’s in a good location,Lisa was very quick to deal with my correspondence and kindly provided us with a welcome package. She also bought us some oven gloves going above and beyond,Our issues were mainly down to the furniture and appliances being rather dated, some appliances didn’t work (coffee filter - but we poured the kettle through it), but mostly the upstairs bathrooms had significant limescale build up and deterioration and the master shower didn’t drain properly. And so whilst it was clean the house it needs some renovation.A big thing also was we didn’t have WiFi when we turned up and for 2.5 days and in turn TV because it’s run off the WiFi. This was hard with two young kids and meant we were charged extra for using our phones abroad. Lisa and Felix were responsive and did get it sorted by replacing the (old) router. I feel as though something should’ve been offered for this (we didn’t ask for anything though). All in all it’s a nice place and base for visiting Cyprus

HI Thanks for your review. we are pleased you had enjoyed your stay with us. Your comments re the brand new coffee machine are very strange! and you didnt mention not being able tow work it when you messaged within an hour of being in the villa requesting oven gloves in addition to the tea towels ( one is a thicker one) the box for the machine was even still at the villa and it was left it full of cold coffee and the coffee in the filter for us to clean on your departure so clearly had been used!. The reference to dated appliances is rather strange as the fridge, washing machine and dishwasher all all still under their 1 year warranty! so hardly dated and obviously all still on perfect working order. All furniture is exactly as the photos and of high quality with solid wood etc.This is why we get so many repeats and 5* reviews. The wifi was tested on your morning of your later arrival and fine and then unfortunately a fault with the router ( its not an old router not fit for purpose , its a cyta one which is the main supplier on the island , the Tuesday was bank holiday wo they wont come out but it was replaced on the Wednesday morning. we always do out upmost to ensure its sorted asap. one day with no wifi we didnt feel someone would be expecting compensation! Your shower became full of someones hair which does affect draining . Our return score was due to the cleanliness of the villa,bins being left full , chocolate on the settee etc. regards Lisa

Great location and ideal for family group

Stayed here with our family in September 2023. Very good location being away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into Coral Bay. The neighbourhood was quiet with the garden and pool both very private.

Great villa in a quiet location. The communication we had with Lisa booking taxis and all information was excellent. Lovely private pool and gardens. Villa was well equipped . Although towels and pool towels were provided only 1 shower towel and one pool towel per person. We did wash them but as cooler nights towards the end of the season they did not dry in time for next day. Very close to Coral Bay but part of busy road did not have pavements and with a pram wasnt possible to walk.

HI We are so pleased you had a great stay and loved the villa, pool and gardens. It is standard practise to supply on bath towel per guest in all villa rentals, we however also provide a pool towel and a hand towel per guest. We also provide washing tablets and on all stays over 14 nights you get them changed after a week. Many people choose to wash them more regularly and if you wash on a morning by the time its lunchtime they are dry . With a pram i would have gone left out of the villa heading down towards the sea rather than right heading up towards the main road as this way is a lovely quiet walk bringing you out at the bottom of the strip. Fabulous relaxing holiday

My wife and I had a glorious 3 days at this beautiful villa in Coral Bay. Only 20 mins drive from Paphos and well located for the beach, shops and dozens of restaurants, it is a great location. Excellent villa in a nice quite place but only a short drive from Coral Bay /Peyia

Lovely villa in a nice quiet location but only a short drive to Coral Bay for all the restaurants, beach etc. Pool was really nice and well maintained by Felix. Will return when next in Cyprus.

Amazing - everything we wanted it to be.

After a very hectic few months - the minute we arrived at the Villa all our worries disappeared. We were delighted that the Villa was exactly as described. We could not have asked for any better accommodation and will definitely be back.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

The villa fulfils every requirement for the perfect holiday any time of year! Its spacious , modern, well built, it has large garden, fully enclosed, 10m pool with the option of pool heating for those colder months. The villa has under floor heating so really can be let 12 months a year.The location is perfect within an easy walk to Coral Bay centre with bars and restaurants, no car needed unless you want to explore.
