Schlaf 6 + Kind. Die Villa Marina ist eine atemberaubende, freistehende Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern, die sich in einer ruhigen Sackgasse in einer Wohnanlage befindet. Es ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum besten Sandstrand in Coral Bay und zu Fuß zu allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Alle Gäste erhalten ein kostenloses Willkommenspaket. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert und im Preis inbegriffen. Strandtücher sowie Innentücher werden ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt. WIFI ist auf Anfrage erhältlich. Wir können unseren Gästen auch eine Reihe von Massage- und Schönheitsbehandlungen im Komfort der Villa sowie einen mobilen Friseur und ein Gourmet-Catering für diesen besonderen Anlass anbieten. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet Luxus und Komfort, wobei auf jedes Detail geachtet wird, um den perfekten Urlaub zu gewährleisten. Das offene Wohn- / Esszimmer ist hell und geräumig und verfügt über einen Flachbild-Sat-TV (mit allen wichtigen britischen Sendern) und einen DVD-Player. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zu Hause erwarten würden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein luxuriöses Bad und einen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, um den fantastischen Meerblick zu genießen. Wenn Sie mit Kleinkindern reisen, erhalten Sie kostenlos ein Kinderbett, einen Hochstuhl und einen Sterilisator von Avent.

Der tropische Garten der Villa zeichnet sie aus. Es ist besonders groß, da es auf einem kühnen Eckgrundstück liegt und sehr privat und abgeschieden mit hohen Hibiskus-Hecken um den Umfang ist. Hier können Sie auf bequemen Sonnenliegen mit extra dicken Kissen entspannen und sich entspannen, während Ihre Kinder auf der großen Rasenfläche oder im privaten Pool spielen (kostenloses Spielzeug und Schlauchboote sind ebenfalls erhältlich). Der Pool ist immer in einwandfreiem Zustand und hat ein flaches und tiefes Ende, um allen Schwimmfähigkeiten gerecht zu werden. In das flache Ende des Pools sind Stufen eingebaut, die es kleinen Kindern erleichtern, sicher einzutreten. Es gibt 2 große Terrassen mit bequemen Möbeln für Mahlzeiten im Freien und einen traditionellen Steingrill für die warmen Sommerabende. Da sich die Villa in einer Sackgasse befindet, gibt es keinen Durchgangsverkehr, sodass Sie Ihren Kindern erlauben können, im Garten wild zu laufen, da sie wissen, dass sie sicher sind.

Coral Bay ist perfekt für Familien, da die Strände sicher und sauber sind und warmes, flaches Wasser haben. Alle nahe gelegenen Restaurants sind einladend und sehr kinderfreundlich. Das 5-Sterne-Coral Beach Hotel und das Thalassa Hotel sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt, wo Sie sich mit wunderbaren Wellnessanwendungen verwöhnen lassen können. Reiten, Angeln, Go-Karing, Tennis, Tauchen und andere Wassersportarten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Drei ausgezeichnete Golfplätze sind innerhalb von 20 Autominuten zu erreichen und der Hafen von Paphos und das Stadtzentrum mit seinem historischen Hafen und Museen sind weniger als 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Flughafen Paphos ist 25 Autominuten entfernt. Ein Mietwagen ist daher nur erforderlich, wenn Sie mehr von der Insel erkunden möchten. Mietwagen können auf Anfrage arrangiert werden. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber dem Eingang der Siedlung mit regelmäßigen Verbindungen ins Stadtzentrum von Paphos und in den Aphrodites Water Park. Thank you for your review. Having had excellent communication throughout the booking process, it was very disappointing that you decided to complain directly to VRBO rather than to me directly, thereby denying me the opportunity to address your concerns much more quickly. All my guests know, most of which are repeat guests, that if there is an issue, I will fix it immediately. Your photos were taken almost 2 weeks into your stay so the stains in the toilet are after use and were not present on arrival. It was raining throughout your stay, so the BBQ area and outdoor soft furnishings were closed off/put away, therefore it is confusing that you have taken photos of items which you were not using and which you knew we were intending to clean, ready for when the weather improved. As such, it is unfair and disingenuous to highlight this. My property manager held her hand up to the ironing board cover. She had brought a new one with her but completely forgot to change it on the turnaround clean but then immediately returned to replace it. The issue with the light fitting was only visible when switched on at night time and the clean is done during the day. Again, an apology was made and the light was cleaned immediately. The crack in the sink has absolutely no bearing on the enjoyment of the villa and the lack of a shaver point, which seems a little petty to mention, is easily rectified by plugging in an adaptor to the socket in the bedroom just 2 meters away. The kitchen is as well equipped as most travellers' home kitchen and certainly more than most holiday homes but you demanded additional items, including, a weighing scale, measuring jug, plastic serving spoons etc... the list was long. I agreed to all of these purchases without question as I wanted you to be as comfortable as possible. I did not receive any thanks from you and instead you continued to make demands. As your behaviour became more unreasonable, it was clear that there was nothing I could do to make you happy. You even tried to get a refund which highlighted a potential motive to your complaint. I have high standards for my guests, I want everything to be perfect for them. Sometimes, rarely, an oversight will occur but these will be fixed immediately as the happiness of my guests is of the upmost importance to me. To provide a more realistic perspective on this review, I would ask all travellers to look at the hundreds of 5 star reviews that I have received over the last 20 years and in particular, the 5 star reviews from the travellers immediately before and after this stay.

You explained that you intended to add to the review and correct the rating but accidentally submitted it before you had finished and was then unable to amend it. You were very sorry about this. Therefore, for the benefit of the readers, I would like to paste the lovely comments you wrote in the guest book: 'Dear Marina and Family, thank you for a lovely Christmas stay at your villa. There is everything you need and from contacting you before we came, I knew it would be good. Terry and Rebecca were great in helping us sort out the things we needed to know so thank you to them too. The little Christmas touches were a special surprise. See you again, Best wishes' As I knew you would have to isolate until your test results came back, I wanted to ensure that you had enough food to last a couple of days. Marina's villa is excellent for a wonderful, relaxing family holiday. Situated close to the wonderful Corallia beach and also witnin less than 10 minutes walk to Coral bay beach and town centre.The villa is very spacious, extremely clean and well presented. There is absolutely everything to make your stay a home from home experience.The pool is a very good size, situated in a good garden area and very well maintained.The communication with Marina throughout was excellent and she was extremely helpful. In addition to the welcome pack, Marina wonderful gesture for my daughter and my birthday was very much appreciated. We will definitely return.in.tje future and I would highly recommend Marina's villa for a family holiday.

A fantastic stay

A great villa, immaculately presented and really well located for immediate amenities. We used the villa as a base and went off exploring some of the days with rest days in between at the pool. A superb holiday and I hope it won’t be the last time at Villa Marina

Fantastic Villa

We have stayed in quite a few villas but I have to say this one tops the list. Lovely location, quiet but everything within walking distance. Restaurants, Shops and beach on your doorstep. Weather was kind to us so we made good use of the pool. Host was very helpful.

A sunny week in Cyprus

Lovely villa set in a small, quiet development. Spacious garden with lots of sitting areas. Large variety of restaurants, although the main strip was closed when we were there. Very good bus service, and an excellent supermarket nearby.

Great location, lovely villa and very private garden pool area

Lovely villa, very happy with our choice. Fully equipt kitchen with everything you need, 3 great sized bedrooms, although the sea veiw from the master bedroom is obscured by the trees from neighbouring garden. The pool and garden were fabulous and very happy with how secluded the garden is, very private and no one overlooking. Everything you need is catered for, good location, would definitely book this villa again

Ideal villa

Beautiful villa

The Villa is set in a lovely area with a homely overall feel. There are many good restaurants nearby and a fantastic supermarket for supplies if you prefer to cook at the Villa. Avakas Gorge is well worth a visit, wear sturdy footwear and be prepared for climbing! We had a minor issue which we reported to the owner and it was swiftly dealt with and it in no way affected our holiday and our group hope to return again next year.

Great winter break

We had a great holiday and the villa was just as we had hoped. The welcome pack was very good and helpful as we arrived late in the evening. A nice villa in a great location, very attractive gardens and plenty to enjoy both locally and with the hire car. Mikka was helpful and kept in touch during our visit. It was very helpful to be able to check out early in the afternoon as our flight was not until 21.30, so this made the last day more relaxing.

Beautiful Villa with kindest host's

I could not have asked for more, this villa is one of the nicest villa's we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. The villa is spotless and well looked after. The host Marina could not have done more for us, from the start untill the end. She made sure we had everything we needed, including information about the area. Marina is the most loveliest host and does her very best to make sure we have everything we to have a lovely holiday. We have come home with lots of lovely memories and will definitely be returning.

Lovely Villa

Our stay in Paphos was a last minute booking and we were very lucky to find such a high quality villa at such short notice (this was due to a cancellation). We received great support from Marina during planning and booking and this was duplicated when we arrived by the management team - Elaine and Barry. The villa is tastefully and comfortably decorated and has everything you will need. The pool and gardens are wonderful and very private which is a real bonus. Lovely Villa, superb location.

We had a great time at Villa Marina. The check in info was good. The Villa was superb with a really private pool area. Very clean and modern. A home from home. Great location. For those who don’t mind a brisk walk you don’t need a car. Although Maria at Nestor Maria rentals in Coral bay is a very cheap option for those who prefer a 3 minute drive to the Coral Bay Strip. Denise the contact in Cyprus is very accessible and was on hand to advise on an issue we had. We have been to Coral Bay on 6 other occasions and this is the best villa for overall package we have stayed in. We will be back.

Can we move in?

We loved our stay at Villa Marina. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that well behaved, but we still managed time in and around the pool. Very private pool area. We didn’t have a car this time as we wanted to relax, so if you don’t mind walking, everything is on your doorstep (sort of). Marina - you are one of a kind, have honestly never had such a wonderful host. Andrea is a great addition to your team, always available to help and advise. Attractive villa in quiet location near to beach

The villa is in a nice location within easy reach of local amenities and only 5 mins walk to Corallia Beach. The garden has lovely floral hedges which give privacy whilst you are in the pool. We were visited most days by a very friendly cat. In fact we noticed that there were an awful lot of cats on the island. The villa had all the facilities we needed and was in good condition. The owner, Marina was very helpful during the booking process and in the run up to our holiday. We were particularly pleased with welcome pack of bread, cheese, milk, wine etc as we arrived very late in the evening after local supermarkets were closed. There is much to see and do in Cyprus and we are already planning a further visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa as a couple with four teenagers!Firstly, the communication with the host was exceptionally good. From the booking, and throughout our stay, Marina was the perfect host. She also gave us excellent suggestions for transfers, restaurants and things to do during our holiday.We arrived late at night and there were a few thoughtful items in the fridge to tide us over before we could venture out to the supermarket (5 minutes walk) to stock up on supplies.The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. The bedrooms suited our party, with a double en suite for us, and two twin rooms for the four teenagers. The Aircon was efficient in all areas of the villa.The pool was clean and some inflatables were provided. It was very helpful to have pool and beach towels provided, as well as bathroom towels.We tended to take a walk to the café on the beach (5 minutes) for breakfast, lunch in the villa, and go to a restaurant at night. There are some fabulous places to eat nearby, with many of the more commercial places on the Coral Bay Strip a short walk away. The location was brilliant for us. The teens were able to easily explore independently by catching the regular bus into Paphos. One day we visited the waterpark. A must do with four energetic teens!We loved the area, and plan to be back soon.Many thanks to Marina for hosting us!

What a fab villa!

My friends and I had a wonderful week of post-university relaxation at Villa Marina. The villa is situated in the perfect location, only a short walk to two beautiful beaches and also in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets- ideal for not having a hire-car. The inside of the villa is well presented and well equipped. We were especially fans of the filtered tap water, so there was no fuss buying huge containers of bottled water. The outside space is also wonderful. There is plenty of furniture to choose from in the evenings. The sunbeds were also very comfortable and the pool was a great temperature for a refreshing dip. The villa managers Elaine and Barry were also super helpful. They were willing to advise in person and via text, big thanks to them as well as the lovely Marina. Great holiday all round, thank you very much!

Wonderful week away

Had a wonderful week in Cyprus, and this villa was just the perfect base. The villa had everything we needed to create an extremely comfortable home-from-home experience, and the location couldn't be better especially with only a 5-10 minute walk to the local beach. Marina was the perfect host, and provided everything you could possibly need in advance, information wise, to make the whole experience from check-in to check-out as stress free as possible. The abundance of balconies and the outside pool/garden space were a particular highlight for us; and I am already missing those chilled morning cups of coffee sat outside in the warmth especially when the UK is so particularly miserable at the moment weather wise. You don't need a car to enjoy your visit as Coral Bay and its numerous bars and restaurants is only a 25 minute stroll away; but as driving in Cyprus is so easy (being we are from the UK) and we love to explore this is something to consider especially if you want to discover the 'real' Cyprus and don't want to use Public Transport. Highly recommend the villa and would not hesitate to stay here again if we were ever visiting the beautiful island of Cyprus.

It is a really big advantage having Corallia Beach (our preferred beach) just a 3-5 minute walk away and the main and slightly busier Coral Bay Beach about a 10 minute walk from the villa. I hope you also took advantage of the restaurants and bars which are within minutes of the villa. Some of the best restaurants are no more than a 10 minute walk so a longer trip is not essential and as you mention, car hire is not necessary unless you wish to travel further afield. I'm also pleased to read that you enjoyed the garden and found it peaceful and relaxing. Great villa, great location

My husband and I stayed at the villa the month of February. We chose it based not only on the lovely photos and the ideal location in Coral Bay, but also based on the positive comments by past guests. They were right! Rather than repeat the many assets the villa boasts, I would add that one of our favourite was the ample natural light. Many large patio doors and windows allow not only access to the various sides of the villa (shade/sun), but allow the glorious sunshine in. The quietness of the neighbourhood was welcome as we spent time sitting outside on the various patios. Bus routes were so convenient that we made good use of them to explore the island. The few times we required assistance with a small problem it was quickly and pleasantly attended to by either the owner or her property manager. There are many other reviews listing the things to do and restaurants which we found to be reliable. We would highly recommend a stay at this lovely villa. John & Lynn British Columbia, Canada

Hello! We are the Davies family and the owners of this lovely villa. My name is Marina and myself and my husband Huw, (Welsh spelling!), live in Surrey with our two children. We spent many wonderful holidays in Coral Bay before deciding to buy a villa and as I am half Cypriot, I have always had a close connection with Cyprus. I am a stay at home Mum, so aside from looking after my family, I devote my time to looking after our guests to ensure that they have the perfect holiday. I do this by providing a very personal service, catering to individual needs and requests. I want every guest to feel really special so nothing is too much trouble. When guests book our villa, I give them a very comprehensive guide to the area including restaurant recommendations and places to visit which is particularly useful if it is your first trip to Cyprus. We bought a villa in Coral Bay because it's perfect for families and has everything you could want from a holiday. The beaches are clean and sandy with warm shallow water making them perfectly safe for children. It is peaceful and relaxing, yet it's also a lively resort so offers the best of both worlds. If you like being active there are numerous water sports, scuba diving, tennis, golf, cycling etc, to name but a few or you can relax in one of the nearby spas. We also love Coral Bay because it retains the traditional characteristics of Cyprus with its grape vined tavernas and fishing villages but there are also more contemporary restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. Coral Bay is also very accessible as Paphos Airport is just a 25 minute drive away. Coral Bay is our haven!

Our villa is special for the following reasons. Firstly, the location is fantastic. It is situated on a very quiet and secluded cul de sac which is safe and traffic free. The fabulous sandy beach is directly opposite (3 mins walk) and the restaurants and cafes are also within walking distance so there is no need to hire a car. We have equipped the villa so that it feels like a real home from home with every comfort you could wish for and this is what my guests will often comment on.

The garden is a really special feature of the villa as it is larger than most and mainly laid to lawn which is ideal for children. It is also very private as we have mature hibiscus hedging all around. We have very comfortable garden furniture for you to relax on and as the garden is so peaceful, you will soon be drifting off to sleep, just make sure you are wearing sun cream! There are, however, plenty of areas of shade, either under the umbrellas or palm trees.

Our property managers are one in a million. They keep our villa in an immaculate condition and are so caring and attentive to our guests, nothing is too much trouble. They will be on hand to offer general help and advice while you are in Cyprus and have a 24 hour emergency help service. The guest file which is left in the villa also gives emergency phone numbers for all the hospitals, clinics, on-call doctors and 24 hour pharmacies in the area.

We have many Wedding parties and honeymooners staying with us due to our close proximity to the Coral Beach Hotel (3 mins walk) and we ensure that their stay with us is extra special with lovely treats! We can also offer a range of massage and beauty treatments which are available on request within the comfort of the villa as well as a mobile hairstylist and gourmet catering for that special occasion.
