The description of villa indicates it’s on a cul de sac it is actually accessed from a road that leads to a main road where they have off road buggies roaring past every morning The overall space of the villa is good but around the gardens it’s untidy and at the back overgrown on entering the villa the throws on the settees had chocolate hand prints down the sides and the glazing to the patio door main room were smeared badly not sure when the villa was last used but it was in need of a deep clean , the outside chairs were full of cobwebs also and on the artificial grass other people rubbish bags were under the hedges The pool was nice but needs a refurb as green on side and peeling The outside light didn’t work the bedsheets were duvet covers and the main bedroom the bed creaked so loudly with the slightest movement eventually the bed collapsed on inspection it was thin ply board that completely snapped that’s what was holding up the double mattress. Could be a really nice place but the road noise which is not fault of the host is a problem if you want peace and quiet
