Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable ONLINE by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
