Cosy Studio in the Heart of Ile Saint Louis

Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the Île Saint-Louis with this cosy studio apartment located on the ground floor of a secure residential building (without an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

This is a charming studio on one of the most sought-after addresses in all of Paris. The sleeping area features a comfortable sofa-bed with a superior quality mattress and faces the interior courtyard. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink and is located within the studio. A flat-screen Smart TV and a well-thought-out layout make the space feel welcoming and practical. The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and Cookworks coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is also available. The studio is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The building has no lift, and the apartment is on the ground floor. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:

The Quai d'Anjou runs along the eastern edge of the Île Saint-Louis, one of the most romantic and distinctive addresses in Paris. This small island in the Seine sits just behind Notre-Dame and has remained remarkably unchanged for centuries, its broad quayside offering sweeping views over the river and the rooftops of the Right Bank. The island is home to the legendary Berthillon ice cream salon, a pilgrimage site for Parisians and visitors alike, along with a handful of excellent bistros, wine bars and galleries that line the main street, Rue Saint-Louis-en-l'Île.



Despite the island's tranquil, almost village-like atmosphere, everything is within easy reach. Notre-Dame de Paris, currently undergoing its restoration, is a two-minute walk across the bridge. The Marais, with its museums, galleries and vibrant restaurant scene, is just over the Pont Marie. The Latin Quarter, the Panthéon and the Jardin des Plantes are all a pleasant walk away through some of the most beautiful streets in the city. For a place that feels genuinely removed from the pace of modern Paris, yet central to absolutely everything, the Île Saint-Louis is hard to beat.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
