Summary:
Ideally located in the heart of old Paris in an elegant and charming district, close to many museums (Rodin, Orsay, Louvres, Invalides) and all political institutions (Prime Minister's office, ministries and National Assembly). All the main tourist attractions are within walking distance (Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysées , Grand Palais, Louvre, St Germain, Ile de la Cité, etc.).
The apartment is completely renovated by an architect, very elegant and hyper functional.
Shops, restaurants and metro in the immediate vicinity.

The Space:
Beautifully decorated and fully furnished.
The flat is composed of one separate bedroom with an elevated queen size bed, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and a beautiful bathroom.

Guest Access:
The flat is fully independent however there is another flat next door which can be rented and combined if you wish to have a larger space or come with more people.
Some equipments may be shared between both flats (vacuum cleaner, baby cot, drying rack, etc.)

The Neighborhood:
This is one of the most prestigious neighborhood in Paris. You will find there lots of Museums, monuments with a very authentic and homogeneous architectural style typical of Paris. You'll be near the National Assembly and the Prime Minister's Palace but also very near the Museum Orsay (second largest Museum in Paris, house of the Impressionists), Rodin (beautiful garden with sculpturs made by Rodin including the famous "Thinker"), Invalides (Army Museum and Napoleon's Tomb), etc.
The flat is right in the middle between the Eiffel Tower (almost isible from the street), St Germain and the Louvres.
Right outside the flat, you will find an excellent bakery, restaurants and grocery store.

Getting Around:
Three metro stations nearby (Assemblée Nationale, Varennes and Invalides) so it's quite easy to get anywhere in Paris from there!

What a perfect spot! I visit Paris fairly often to see family, and this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever rented. Very spacious, very quiet and safe, and lots of little touches that made my stay great.Loved the floor heaters in each room and the towel warmer in the bathroom. And there was so much counter space in the bathroom -- very easy to arrange my things. There was ample space to store clothing, the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed for simple breakfasts and the occasional apéro dînatoire. The attention to detail was so nice, especially in a small space. The coat rack by the entrance made it easy to keep things tidy, and it was such a treat to have a combo washer/dryer.Check in and check out were super easy and the apartment was quite convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. The bakery around the corner (Boulangerie du Musée) is quite good. I got my daily baguette there and also really liked their cannelés.I'll definitely be back!

This is a lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The Musee Rodin and Les Invalides were practically right next door, and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. The Louvre and Musee D'Orsay are also within walking distance. Everything was very comfortable. Communication with the manager was quick and easy. We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip, so we made good use of the washing machine! We did not do any cooking, because Paris, but the kitchen looked well stocked. There is a nice cafe right across the street, as well as a pharmacy and a small market. The one tiny thing worth mentioning is that the bed, though quite comfortable, is raised about four feet. Though there is a small staircase for it, it could be awkward for anyone with mobility issues. It did not bother us and we would definitely stay here again, but something to be aware of. I've attached a photo for reference. Overall a fantastic property!

Eight Days in Paris

We enjoyed our stay in Paris. Like most things in Paris you need to get used to small. It would have been nice if there had been a clothes dryer given there was no place outside to hang clothes and very little space inside the flat. Also would have been nice to have a dish washer but given breakfast was the only meal it was not much trouble washing the dishes.Our only complaint was the bed. As it says in the description the bed is elevated. The bed was much like a bunkbed with one way in and one way out. For older people this might present a problem. There is a pull out couch bed if you find it hard to negotiate the three steps up to climb into bed or your partner hates being awakened if you are on the inside and need to get up.The host was very responsive to every issue. All and all given the price the flat worked out fine.

Great place and location

Very clean and well appointed. Timely communication and seamless check in process. The host checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. Great location with bus stop right opposite the property. Metro station is 10 mins away. Had a great experience overall
