This apartment was ideally located for exploring Paris. We enjoyed the neighborhood shops and cafes. Within 15 minutes, we could walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine and various other sites. The hosts were outstanding to work with before and during our stay.

A great location close to market, bakeries, gelato, and restaurants. The stairway up to the bedrooms were, at first, a little challenging for the three of us who are all over 75 years old. I have been to Paris 10 times, and I loved this place.

Lovely property, excellent location

The location is exceptional, the property lovely and just right for a week or two stay. The manager Genevieve was great for helpful and friendly interactions. We'd stay again and recommend without hesitation

spring break in Paris

We had a wonderful week in Paris and loved the location of this rental! The most quaint neighborhood. It was fabulous to have a washer/dryer and refrigerator during our stay, and plenty of space. The only minor issue is that the lighting upstairs is not great so adding some stronger lamps may be helpful.

Wonderful apartment and location

Excellent stay

We had a a very comfortable stay. We are a mother, daughter, and granddaughter. Communication was prompt and informative. The apartment is entered through a locked courtyard and feels very secure. The street is quiet for Paris. The entire apartment has been updated. The windows are dual pane -though we generally left them open due to unseasonal heat. The appliances, refrigerator, range, dishwasher and washer/dryer, are all new. The bathroom and water closet are new and modern. The neighborhood is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the apartment for a comfortable base in Paris.

Great stay on rue Jacob

My friend and I had a wonderful 13 night stay. The apartment location is the biggest consideration. Easy walking to all the museums and adjacent to the rue de Buci. Lots of restaurants, lots of shopping, and just a very fun experience. The apartment was well appointed, lots of storage, the kitchen was new and clean, all the appliances were great. The bedrooms were large and the living area great for two people. I would rent this apartment again if I needed two bedrooms.

Amazing Apartment in the Heart of St. Germain des Pres

This was an incredible apartment for 2 adults and 2 teens. The beds were comfortable, the apartment a pleasant place for relaxing, well stocked. Geneveive was an amazing hostess. The amenities were perfect for a week. The apartment is centrally located and surrounded by wonderful restaurants and stores (we ate out and in). Metro is a short walk. While the windows are on the street, they are so well insulated you don't hear anything. A perfect place to stay.

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location

Geneveive was a wonderful host. We were late in arriving due to a train delay and she gladly adjusted her work schedule to be there when we arrived. She took the time to walk us through all the house details. The home was well equipped, very clean, and stylish. The location was perfect for accessing nearby restaurants, shopping, metro, and several museums. If we ever come back to Paris we would stay here again.

A Parisien Gem

The location was great - walkable to just about everything (Louvre, D’Orsay, Pantheon, St. Chapelle, Norte Dame, Jardin de Luxembourg and more) as well as walkable to several metro stops. The hosts were great, they were friendly, and they clearly explained everything and they also had great suggestions. The apartment was very clean and it had everything our family of four needed. The two sinks in the shower room and the toilet in a separate closet made it easier to navigate with two teen girls. The neighborhood is quiet but only a block away from restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back and this is where we will want to stay again.

Don’t hesitate to look anywhere else.

I cannot express how PERFECT this location is. We just spent 12 days there and felt like home immediately. The beds are large and new. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures are all newer. Water pressure and hot water availability is good too. It did take 30 minutes to wash and 2 hours to dry using their modern equipment. But if you don’t t like the convenience, go around the corner to Rue Seine and use the laundromat. There is a lockable mailbox to lock the keys away, like we did when our adult sons left off on their own for the day/night. It is just off the bustling street of St Germain and 2 minutes from everything you could want or need, including metro station(s), grocery stores, small quick food, world class bistros, designer shops. Too many choices to list. The 2 floor unit is above a gallery and there are numerous others nearby. The host Genevieve is wonderful and very very helpful too.

This is the second time I have stayed at this apartment. The location is the best. It is an easy walk to Notre Dame, The Louvre, a longer flat walk to every other attraction in Paris. There are many fun restaurants and bars on the rue Buci just around the corner. In the other direction on the rue Jacob you are at the most famous cafés and the Lipp. I went this time with my husband and two 19 year old grandsons. The bakery and the super market are also just around the corner. Everyone was very comfortable. I will return.

This property is located in a great part of Paris in St Germain de Pres. It is very central and easy to get to many major sites including the Louvre, Tulleries Gardens, Museum D’Orsey. There are great transit options all around. This is an ideal location for families. Many great restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Remember to bring you own soap and shampoo. Stairs are narrow so it may be tough to bring luggage up, but the apartment is on the ground floor which is a huge plus. We stayed with our 2 year old and were provided a pack and play.

We rented this place for our two daughters. We were staying just a 6 minute walk from there. They enjoyed the place. We had appetizers there. It was lovely. They enjoyed the facilities, but there is only one key, and that became an issue on the second night there as one of our daughters got locked out while the other was sound asleep inside. Fortunately, after a bit of screaming in the courtyard at 2:00am she realized she could come to our place. No reflection on the lovely place or hosts. But another key might be a good idea
