Das charmante 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (45 qm) liegt im 7. Arrondissement, Rue de Bourgogne in der 6. Etage (mit Aufzug) eines Gebäude des 18. Jahrhunderts. Es hat einen spektakulären Blick auf den Eiffelturm und die Dächer von Paris.
Vollständig vom Architekten renoviert, diese Wohnung hat große Aussicht auf Paris und seine wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Unterstützer können wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über der Hauptstadt genießen. In der obersten Etage befindet sich der Raum wirklich ruhig (der Aufzug geht den ganzen Weg bis zum sechsten Stock). Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonette mit AC im Schlafzimmer. Es ist der perfekte Ort für einen Reisenden, der in den besten und elegant "Arrondissements" der schönsten Stadt der Welt bleiben wollen. Zu Fuß von den Champs-Elysées, Saint Germain, Montparnasse, Orsay Museum, Grand Palais und dem Eiffelturm.

Very clean top-floor apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood and a quick walk into St. Germain. Host communication was flawless. We were greeted upon arrival and received great instructions on accessing the apartment and amenities were pointed out nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Paris just for fun

The apartment was just as described with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. It is a great location close to the tower, the river and several other attractions. We walked the area day and night. It is a very safe area. We loved it!

Perfect place/location for two!

We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The Eiffel Tower is framed beautifully from the windows. Watching it sparkle every night was a dream! The amenities made staying here for a week easy and we were a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops. There was also an elevator for us tired tourists. Dom was a wonderful host and was very communicative before and during our stay! We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wonderful apartment that is perfectly situated for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The view of the Eiffel Tower and the city is awesome! Communication with Dom was clear and easy. Made Paris a home for me

It was homey yet modern chic and private yet looking out at much of Paris. I would love to come back and think of having again a friend or 2 over for drinks. It sports privacy, as well as, togetherness. It is quiet and lovely. Even as you enter the building, the gate opens by itself and you enter the Paris that hides behind its beautiful facades. Couldn't have stayed in a better place

The place is amazing. The listing pictures do not do the view justice. Great location triangulated between the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and the Latin Quarter. Could walk/bike just about everywhere, with the added bonus of a good number of cafes & grocery shops within a few minutes' walking distance. Only downside was that the place was little cramped with a lot of (in my opinion, unnecessary) furniture. We moved that out of the way once we got there and had an amazing time. The place is small and quaint and perfect for a newly-wed couple.

Charming left bank hideaway

The view cannot be beat! We loved our stay in this charming loft. Walking distance to the Musée D'Orsay and Ivalides. Lovely neighborhood spots to eat and drink. Dan was always in close communication if we needed something. We let him know we'd be arriving early on a Sunday and got into the apartment no problem. We didn't meet him but the concierge service he uses was also great. Julie was very attentive and nice, great communication as well. Wonderful place!

Excellent location

When you walk in, be prepared to say bonjour to the Eiffel Tour, because it’s right in front of you! Dan is an excellent host and even though we didn’t get to meet, he was super responsive on email or any other form of communication. Julie who greeted me was also super responsive and available for anything I could have needed. The elevator is tiny, but me and my luggage made it! The apartment is great for one or two people….the bed is very comfortable and bathroom and kitchen are stocked with everything a person needs. Thanks Dan for a wonderful stay!

Jaw Dropping View of the Eiffel Tower!

The photos in the VRBO listing did not due the view justice! Our jaws literally dropped when we the view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The place was spotless. Our host even left snacks and a bottle of wine for us! Flawless check-in, even though our French was very weak. Dan was highly responsive, and the neighborhood was convenient to Metro lines, shopping, and the local cafes were awesome! I highly, highly, highly recommend this listing!

Romantic First Visit to Paris

We enjoyed our first visit to Paris in this well appointed apartment with a romantic view of the Eiffel Tower. Julie greeted us and showed us around. We walked the city and over almost all the neighborhoods, and fell in love with Paris. The flat is perfect for a couple. It is serviced by a small elevator (typical in Paris), but we used the lovely stairway that got us to the penthouse apartment. (We took photos of this artistic staircase.).
