Im Herzen von Paris eine schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Licht im 3. Stock mit Aufzug und Sicherheitseingang gefüllt.
Geeignet für Paare, Familien mit 2/3 Kindern oder Freunde, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in der berühmten Oper / Montmartre zu verbringen.
Komfortables Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Sofa und Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen mit Heizung und Klimaanlage.
Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei besonders bequeme Kingsize-Betten, bei denen es sich um Einzelbetten handeln kann, mit Seitenlampen, Ventilatoren und Heizung.(Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden)
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche und ein Waschbecken und es gibt eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen 4-Ceranherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Auch Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Boiler und alles was man zum einfachen Kochen benötigt.

Mitten in den meistbesuchten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris, neben Bushaltestellen und 4 U-Bahnstationen.
Vor dem Gebäude befindet sich der Eingang der schönen Arkaden.
Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien und interessante Boutiquen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In der Nähe der Oper, des Louvre, des Wachsmuseums Grevin, der größten Verkaufsgeschäfte der Pariser Galeries Lafayette, der öffentlichen Auktionsräume Drouot und Montmartre.
Auch in der Nähe von Kunstgalerien, Restaurants, Live-Theatern. Nicht weit vom Express-Bahnhof nach Disney-Land.

Great Location, Excellent Hosts

We were 5 girls for a long weekend. The location was excellent, could walk to so many places and also close to multiple subway lines. The neighbourhood is lovely. The place itself was great. The only thing is that it's only 1 bathroom split over two rooms- ie. one room has the tub/shower and a sink, the other bathroom has a toilet and sink. Hosts were lovely to work with and check in/check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great centrally located apartment for a couple or small family's trip to Paris. The owners are kind and responsive and the building manager lives there and was able to help us with anything we needed. We had a great time.

Charming Parisian Apartment

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this charming apartment! We were within a five minute walk to several metro stops, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Right across the street is the entrance to the covered passages, which was a nice option on the rainy days to get to a metro. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and attentive owner/manager

This apartment was in a great location! Walkable to many sites and with great access to metro/bus. The apartment is quaint but worked well with our family. It was clean and had what we needed. Just to clarify there is a portable ac unit which was a bit tricky to work and didn’t cool much but fortunately despite the warm temps during our visit the evenings were not too bad so was just a bit warm in the apartment. A couple of standing fans helped. Lots of restaurants outside the apartment but can be a bit noisy at night and be prepared to be awaken by the recycle/garbage trucks in the early morning for daily pick up. However, we really enjoyed our stay and the owners and manager were readily available as needed.

Fantastic location. Really convenient for access to all areas of Paris by foot,bus or metro. Great selection of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Livio always responded quickly to my emails and accomodated all our requests. Would recommend .

Wonderful lively spot to visit Paris from

The apartment had everything we could need and the hosts were kind and showed us around. We were able to walk to the Seine by the Louvre in about 30 mins (going slowly and taking photos) and also easily catch metro trains to the Eiffel tower or the Sacre Coeur. Plenty of places to buy food to eat or out nearby.

Ideal location for Paris holiday

Very easy and good contact with the owners. Beautiful Parisian apartment in fabulous central location. The street is noisy at night so take ear plugs for the front bedroom.

Great apartment made for a wonderful holiday

We had a good stay- 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is in a convenient location. The accommodations are comfortable and were just what we needed to spend quality time together as a family. In the listing I mistakenly read two bathrooms to mean two toilets; note there is one water closet with a sink and toilet and one shower room with a tub/shower combo and sink. Having a washer and dryer was a nice perk. The communication with the owners and property manager was great. We look forward to returning soon!

Location! Location was great surrounded by shops, markets, boulangeries, restaurants, bus and entry to the famous passage right across. The cafe across the street is open late at night so we even had late night crepes and shakes at midnight! The property is clean, everything in good working condition, bit outdated but has everything you need to be comfortable. Toilet tip - hold the flusher for at least 5 seconds to completely flush! Took me few tries to figure that out. Luckily, no heat waves during our stay but if you get hit by one, those AC units will not cool the room. To use the AC, you have to open the entire backdoor to run the exhaust pipe so all the heat will still flow into the room negating the cool air from the AC. I did notice the street noise some reviewers mentioned but it didn't bother us. Overall, we had a great stay. Property owners were very communicative even before we arrived and check-in was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Lively neighborhood

My adult daughter and I stayed at this apartment for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed the location and environs. The neighborhood was lively and vibrant with stores, shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc to meet anyone’s needs. Two metro stops were just a few blocks away. The owners were frequently in touch and always readily available.

Great Location

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. The apartment was in the heart of Paris making traveling on the trains very easy and accessible. The train station was maybe a 2 minute walk and the Opera House was a 15 minute walk. In only 15 minutes, you were in central Paris. There were also so many cafes, grocery stores, and pharmacy all located on the same street as the apartment. One thing to note, is that this apartment is on the third floor which means you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but it is very small and can only fit one person at time. Overall, this apartment was good for what we needed during our trip to Paris.

The apartment is in a busy and bustling area with many shops and restaurants nearby. Whether you are in need of basic essentials, a patisserie, quick meal, or fine dining it is all a convenient walk away. The multiple Metro lines are easily accessible as well.It is on the third floor of a very secure building with an elevator that is VERY small (one person with their luggage is all that it fits) It's location on a smaller, fairly busy neighborhood street is ideal for anyone who wants to feel like they are in a real neighborhood in Paris, away from the larger, busier boulevards. The apartment was large enough for 3 people comfortably, with very little noise from the street; the kitchen had the necessary, basic essentials. Unfortunately, we could not rate the apartment more highly because, while clean and functional it definitely needs updating, especially the towels and linens provided.The beds were comfortable, but one of the bedroom sheets had small holes in them - a sign of old bedding that should have been noticed and replaced. As well, the bathroom towels, while clean, were old, rough and some showed staining; these should have been replaced withnew towels a long time ago.The marble bathroom was nice but for the safety of future guests, it needs to have both a rubber mat in the bathtub/shower to present slipping, as well as a good cloth bathmat provided on the marble floor.Issues we had with plumbing and a heater were resolved by the management.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was lovely; so very homey. It was all that we thought it would be for a Paris apartment. Communication was wonderful, with every need we had met. The caretaker, Emmanuele was so friendly and helpful. Very close to Metro and wonderful restaurants. An excellent location.

Delightful

We enjoyed our seven night stay. The apartment was wonderfully located and walking distance from many attractions, and so great shopping. It was perfect for my friend and me. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front bedroom could get somewhat noisy in the evening, but nothing a pair of earplugs could not take care of. Definitely recommend this apartment.
