The Space:

Designed for large-group getaways, this 4,400-square-foot home offers room for 3-4 families, golfers, couples, or friends to spend time together while maintaining comfortable sleeping arrangements. The open main-floor great room connects the kitchen, living area with a 10-person sectional and large TV, dining area, fireplace, and a convenient half bath.



Sleep comfortably across seven bedrooms:



- Four king bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bath

- Two bedrooms with two double beds each, connected by a shared full bath

- One bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and an en-suite full bath



The upstairs TV room provides another place to unwind, with a large sectional, flat-screen TV, and an extra refrigerator. An elevator serves all three floors, making it easier to transport luggage and move throughout the home.



The kitchen is equipped for everything from beach-day meals to holiday gatherings, with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a four-seat island, dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, Keurig, and cooking essentials. Central comforts include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and a Pack 'n Play and high chair.



Make the most of the outdoor setting with a private east-facing pool and hot tub, screened porch, covered sitting and dining areas, outdoor TV, gas grill, outdoor shower, pool-level half bath, refrigerator, and ice machine. Beach chairs, towels, a collapsible wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, and beach essentials are provided for easy days by the shore.

Guest Access:

You'll have private entry via a smart lock for secure self check-in and 24-hour arrival access. Gated private beach access is steps away, with no need to cross North Forest Beach Drive. Free on-site parking accommodates up to six cars, including two in the garage.



The Neighborhood:

3 Sea Hawk Lane sits on a private drive in Forest Beach, one of the few stretches of Hilton Head with no condo or resort towers along the shore — just single-family homes, so the beach in front of the house stays quiet even in season.



Coligny Circle is under a mile away by bike or a short drive, with the island's largest concentration of restaurants, shops, and a full grocery store. Forest Beach also sits close to Sea Pines Plantation and several of the island's golf courses, making the home a natural fit for a golf trip as much as a family beach week.



It's a residential, low-traffic pocket of the island — no high-rises between the house and the water, and no resort crowds on the sand.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head is one of the most bike-friendly islands on the East Coast, with over 60 miles of paved paths connecting Forest Beach to Coligny, Sea Pines, and beyond — many guests don't use a car again once they've settled in. For those driving in, the home offers six parking spaces (two in the garage), so the whole group can arrive separately without a shuffle. Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is the closest option for private and regional flights; Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) handles most major carriers and is roughly and hour and a half away.



Once you're here, Coligny Circle, the beach, and the neighborhood's restaurants are all within easy biking or golf-cart distance — no need to move the car again until checkout.
