Spectacular Beach Front ome

This home is located right on a beautiful stretch of beach in Hilton Head. The home is immaculate and well stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, etc. The property managers are responsive and easy to get in touch with if needed. We have been staying here annually for 9 years and plan to keep returning as long as we can!! I highly recommend this location.

Really nice home, very comfortable. Very well appointed, very well laid out, nice and spacious and high quality all around. The pool was terrific for our grand kids and the front patio space surrounding it is really nice. Our hosting rental company took good care of us. This location is great - very close to food shopping and more. And the beach here is wide and beautiful. All-in-all a really special place and a great stay.

Wonderful Family Birthday Celebration

We had a wonderful stay. The house felt like it was designed for our family. We had a family with the youngest and most lively group on the top floor. The next floor was for those who were a bit quieter and the main floor bedroom with the greatest privacy. We had one problem with the coffee maker not having a pot but that was replaced very quickly. The other minor things, a leaky freezer related to the ice maker and some falling paint, that we reported did not influence our stay and we were told they would be addressed after our stay. We found the entire process very smooth.

Very nice place

We arrived and the first impression is that it is a really great house. It was right it is a really great house. There was a few problems but they were quickly addressed by the rental agency. Love the garage being so deep that it could accommodate all of the cars we had. The one issue was the third floor bedroom facing the marsh. The window in the bathroom could use a window treatment or something on the glass for privacy. Other than that its a fantastic house for a large group.

Annual Family Vacation

Our family of 12 enjoys being under one roof. This house was perfect with plenty of room for gathering together and bedrooms with baths for all to have their privacy. The close walk to beach and view of the ocean from the kitchen and living area created a peaceful view.

Exceptional Waterfront Experience

Impressive property with a serene color palette and exceptional ocean views through a wall of windows. Short walk to the water's edge. Also love that there are 3 king suites oceanfront.We had some maintenance issues with the pool, however the property management was very professional in their handling of it. I do think the propane tanks should have been filled/checked before our arrival though as we did ask for pool heat. All in all though, the management company was very responsive and our group very satisfied. Thanks for another great stay!

Great house in great location

Our 9 adult, 9 children family vacation party comfortably fit very well in this large house, right on the beach. The pool is tiny, but our kids still loved it, swimming as many as 7 at a time. And the real value is being directly on the ocean, seeing and hearing the ocean from your bedroom, and easily walking to and from the beach multiple times a day, including with young children. The house is spacious and new. The garage refrigerator was broke when we arrived, and was not fixed during our stay, but the proper managers were easy to talk with over text, if unable to provide a time when the fridge would be fixed. (With 18 people, it is hard to keep both food and drinks cold with just one normal fridge in the kitchen , but there is a wine cooler too.) Overall, highly recommended

We called Kate @ management office to inquire about coming. She reviewed the house, called us back @ 1:00pm and we departed for beach about 2:30pm. The house was clean, a little water in garage, the elevator needed inspection and pool needed checked. This house is spectacular in every way. Decor, floor plan, beach accessibility, location and condition were top notch. Many thanks to the management staff for getting us in the property so quickly. Will make plans to return to this fine home!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental house with a perfect location. This house was perfect for our beach trip with 15 people. All the amenities that you would need and in a great location. Only complaint is that on the morning of check-out (which is 10am) the cleaning staff started knocking on the door at 8am to start cleaning. I completely understand that they need to get these houses flipped for the next family coming in so it was not a huge deal but we felt pressured to get out quickly when we thought we had some more time. They were not at all rude or pushy but waited in the driveway until we left. We will definitely be back and rent with Vacation Homes of Hilton Head again. This was our 5th year renting with this company and they are always a pleasure to deal with and accommodating.
