Fantastic Beach House!

Our family of 12 had a terrific time at 16 Singleton Shores Manor! The home was exquisitely decorated. The kitchen was supplied with an abundance of pots/pans/dishes/coffee pots, etc. We spent our days on the beach and found helpful items in the garage including canopies, beach wagons, toys, etc. Our group included teenagers who enjoyed using the tennis courts located less than 100 yards from our front door for pickle ball games. Basketball courts were located in this area as well. The view of the marsh and ocean were incredible from the master bedroom. When not at the ocean, we spent a lot of family time at the pool which was well taken care of and had plenty of sturdy furniture with different seating areas. Not far from the house, was a fun place called Cocoas where we enjoyed summer drinks and could play volleyball! All in all - we found the place to be the perfect location that met the needs of our diverse family!! Hope to come back!!!

Wonderful Home with Stunning Viewss

This home was our favorite of all homes we've stayed in! It was so spacious and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have private space, yet also enough room at tables to gather for meals. The views out over the marsh and to the ocean were peaceful and beautiful. We loved watching the birds and the tide come and go. This home has a well stocked kitchen, plus two cribs in large walk in closets and two twin mattresses to use on the floor (which we made use of). Plenty of beach chairs and toys are also in the garage closet. We rented bikes which were handy to ride to the beach. The master suite on the top floor was enormous, with its own living room, balcony overlooking the marsh/ocean, and a huge bathroom and walk in closet. The rental company was very very helpful to us before and during our stay.

Great house!

We had a great time staying at 16 Singleton. The house had so much space for all 3 families that stayed. The kids loved having a pool table and pool to play in. The location to the beach was great it was only an easy short walk to what felt like a private beach. We all loved staying here and would definitely book this house again!

Family Reunion

This rental house had ample space for four families. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath which made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool area had plenty of seating for evening visits. There were two tables for dinning and plenty of seating in the living room. If I had to recommend anything I might add a firepit for the pool area. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this rental.

Family vacation

The house was a great size for the 8 adults and 3 kids in our family. Plenty of seating areas on two levels, nice open kitchen that was well stocked, loved bathroom with every bedroom, nice bar area and loved having the pool. We did think that, for the price , there might be access to pool/beach floats/toys. Also, with the house sleeping up to 16 the pool is a bit on the small side. Loved the quiet neighborhood that was close to shopping. We had a great view of the beach/ocean. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

The house is amazing! The rooms were beautiful and there was tons of space to chat, play games, and just relax while enjoying an amazing view. I wish the walk to the beach was a bit more user friendly.

Nice property

We enjoyed our stay. The property was in a great location and was a short drive to outlets, restaurants, etc. It accommodated our family of 10 easily and was well furnished. Pool table and private pool are huge bonuses. This property also has a great few over the marsh and ocean. 10/10 recommend.

January 2022 Stay

We have enjoyed every minute of our stay at 16 Singleton Shores Manor. The house is very comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are new and work well. We especially enjoy the view of the ocean and estuary from the many windows and decks. It is expansive and I believe one of the best vistas on the island.

Beautiful Home - Exactly as described

This is a very nice property and top grade quality for the furniture and appliances. The house was very nice and all furniture and bedding was very comfortable. I love the bottom floor layout and area that leads out to the back patio and pool. There is a beverage fridge and ice maker that makes it conventient to have cold beverages and snacks while hanging out at the pool. The living area was very comfortable with plenty of room and tables for dining with large families / friends. It's a short walk to the beach but a very pleasant one and down a road with very little traffic. All in all, I was very happy with this house.
