Pura Vida - Ferienwohnungen von Five Star Properties

Pura Vida, in North Forest Beach gelegen ist das perfekte Luxus-Ferienhaus in Hilton Head für den Urlaub Ihrer Familie in den niedrigen Land. Nur 1 Reihe zurück vom Strand und schlafen insgesamt 19, werden Sie sich hier keine Sorgen machen.

Beim Betreten des Hauses finden Sie einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit HDTV, Wet-Bar mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Eismaschine und Zugang zu den ersten fünf Schlafzimmern. Die Glasschiebetüren öffnen sich auf die herrliche Terrasse mit privatem Pool und übersprudelndem Spa. Sie werden die Außendusche lieben, die nach einem langen, sandigen Tag am Strand zur Terrasse führt.

Die Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock sind mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer, einem Kingsize-Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, 2 volle Betten im dritten Schlafzimmer, 2 Doppelstockbetten im vierten Schlafzimmer und einem König und Zweibettzimmer im fünften Schlafzimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über HD-Fernseher und ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Nehmen Sie die Treppe zur Hauptebene oder nehmen Sie den Hausaufzug. Auf der Hauptebene finden Sie eine geräumige Küche mit viel Ablagefläche, 2 Geschirrspülern, 2 Waschbecken und einem großen Kühlschrank. Sie werden froh sein, einen formellen Essbereich für Familienabendessen außerhalb der Küche sowie einen informellen, offen gestalteten Essbereich neben dem Hauptwohnbereich zu finden. Der Balkon des Wohnbereiches bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik. Genießen Sie die entspannte Sitzecke neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Meerblick und Zugang zum Balkon.

Sie werden das sechste Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett, HDTV, eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Balkon finden.

Im Obergeschoss auf der dritten Etage finden Sie das Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon mit dem am meisten amazing Meerblick. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem HD-TV und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet.

Walkable to the beach. Fun and clean house. Be sure to bring your own essentials though. No salt/pepper, shampoo, etc.

Best vacation in years!

Amazing property! We had 14 people at times and it never felt crowded! Everyone had their own private, quiet space and their own bathroom! Just a fantastic place!

AWESOME Location and very nice house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is fantastic and wonderfully convenient. Overall the house is very nice and comfortable. It is awesome having so many of the bedrooms on the bottom floor which really gave the kids a place to hang out. We had several little challenges but the maintenance team was prompt in addressing them. Definitely a place that we would stay again!!

Great House for 5 Families!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home after Christmas. We had five families with 10 adults and 8 children (all 7 and under). There was plenty of room and the 5 bedrooms for the adults were all comparable. The bunk beds were great for the boys and the girls stayed in the other room. The children had a lot of room to play and the heated pool was perfect. The beach is close and accessible, and the location is great too. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the location. Only one complaint is the pool turned hair green and bathing suits. Pool service man tried fix but did not help. Otherwise, we loved our stay at this beautiful home and totally exceeded our needs.

Best 2nd Row house in HH

This was the 7th time that we have stayed here since 2008. Easy walk to the beach, huge house with lots to do. The management company was the best that we have ever had. I sent an email letting them know that the broom that we had was broken @ 9:00pm one night and had a new broom with dust pan by 10:00am the next day. Answered every question very quickly!! JUST A GREAT VACATION!!!

House was excellent. House was clean and had everything that we needed to make our birthday weekend a success. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool deck area. We were expecting a bigger area for us all to enjoy the pool. We did have an issue with plumbing, but the property management company sent someone over right away and fixed it so all in all I give this review of five star

Great Winter Retreat!!

Celebrated a belated Christmas with our family of 16. The house was ample to sleep our family plus more! No airbed or sofa sleeping!! The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach - no busy road to cross!! We lacked for almost nothing on our stay. Management company responded quickly and fairly to a question/issue we encountered. The elevator was nice for grandpa's knees and for luggage/grocery movement. This house has a perfect location, was clean and well stocked, and is a great choice for large families looking to relax and enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer!!

Susan, We were in communication with you throughout your stay. The oven has been replaced and maintenance was sent for the toilets. They are not "broken", they are low flow toilets. All issues have been addressed.

Good House, Great location, Shoddy Hottub

Based on reviews and pics, I knew the house would be a little outdated. However, the space and location was great! I only complaint, and after SEVERAL attempts, the hottub was never beyond lukewarm. The property mgmt team was super responsive each time, but the problem was never resolved. This was very unfortunate considering we paid for it to be heated and it was a chilly weekend.

Mold was the biggest issue with this home. The elevator was marked out of order. But on the other side of the door was incredible mold. This needs to be reported to the Health dept. unfortunately the rental agency didn’t respond to our calls nor our emails regarding the mold issue and our vacation ended July 13. We deserve a refund

Awesome propery

My family and I loved this house and the location. Due to Covid, we all quarantined 2 weeks before arriving and only traveled outside to take walks on the beach which was within a block of the house. Meredith, with 5 Star Properties, responded quickly and assisted when we needed help with the operation of the pool and Spa, which were well used over our stay. There was a problem with the operation of the elevator, which in all fairness was out of the control of the Property Management, but did cause a concern for one of our party who had mobility issues. However, this issue was addressed and resolved in a manner that was as fair as possible given the circumstances. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent another property with this Management Company. We had a great time!

Unfortunately, our experience during our stay was disappointing. While the location was perfect, the home itself required significant maintenance.The microwave was not working from the day we arrived and, although it was removed, it was never replaced during our stay. The pool filter also was not functioning properly, and despite calling maintenance on three separate occasions, the issue kept happening.Additionally, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms and the ice maker were both non-functional. Maintenance informed us that these were outdated and would not be replaced. They did respond to unclog the bathtub, which was overflowing, but overall, the response to the other issues was lacking.Given the cost of the rental, we were surprised and disappointed by the lack of attention to these basic amenities.

No Pool or Spa

Everything was very dingy and worn. We were not notified about heating the pool until the day before check in and then we were told we had to ask 7 days in advance. A little late for that. The Wifi password was wrong and my son found a password on another router and we used that. If you are cooking a big family meal, you might want to bring big bowls and hand mixer with you. We really did enjoy ourselves, Because our goal was to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. But for what I paid I guess i was expecting a little more. Our son is a Marine and we invited people from his base that didn't have family close by to hang out with.

Fall getaway

This was our first time renting from5 star properties. We appreciate their quick response to questions and needs. However, the property was definitely in need of several things. For a property that can sleep 19 it was poorly equipped with dishes. We also had several non working/missing amenities such as sink knobs, a missing toilet seat, sluggish drains, and the elevator. The house is perfect for a large group and is located with a great view of the ocean but is in great need of some TLC in the way of upgrades, especially in the kitchen.

Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. The homeowner is working with the elevator manufacturer to repair the unit, we were not made aware of any issues with toilet seats or sink knobs during your stay. Maintenance replaced a toilet seat on the 9th on the top floor, someone from your party was already in the home prior to 4:00 when it was replaced. We appreciate your suggestions and will replenish some kitchen items. Thank you!

Great Place for a Great Vacation

Nice house with a great location, spacious enough for everybody. Pool lights didn't work as well as some wall switches, remote controls and could use some updates here and there but overall the house was perfect for our stay. Right off the beach as well as walking distance to the stores and restaurants.

Great house, excellent location

This house was beautiful and able to fit our large group. The location was perfect and everything was very clean. There were a few pieces of furniture that clearly had some issues, but nothing that impacts the stay. Overall fantastic home and would certainly return!
