This place was amazing. We had 20 familymembers descend on this place for a long weekend. The place was spacious enough for us all to have dinner together, while also providing space to get away for quiet time. The pool was a hit with the toddlers and beach access for perfect.

Great Beach house

Beach view and access was excellent. Pool was nice, heated but small. Elevator was a must for handicapped guest. Excellent location.

Fantastic Property

I stayed at this location with a group of friends. The location was amazing and the hosts were very responsive. 10/10 and would recommend for anyone looking to come to Hilton head and stay by the beach!

Great house on the beach!

Ladies Trip

We had 16 women from 6 different states. This house is amazing! I travel a lot and this is hands down the nicest vacation rentalnI’ve had for a large group. The bathrooms are gorgeous, the space has everything you need for a beach trip for a large group. We loved it and hope to be back!

Fantastic family home

This property was amazing! We stayed here for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for our large group. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom and the bunk room was perfect for kids. The property management company was very responsive to questions or concerns that we had. We loved walking the beach everyday and sitting on the pool deck. Would highly recommend for a large family or group.

We recently stayed at this incredible beachfront property for a golf trip with seven couples, and it exceeded every expectation. Finding a home that comfortably accommodates 14 adults while maintaining a sense of space and luxury can be a challenge, but this house handled it perfectly. From the moment we walked in, the house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It has that high-end coastal feel while still being incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was exceptionally well-organized and fully stocked with all the supplies, cookware, and gadgets we needed. One of the best features was the layout. There were plenty of places for everyone to sit and socialize together in both the living room and the kitchen area. We never felt cramped, which is rare for a group of 14.The pool was sparkling clean and offered a perfect spot to relax after a long day on the golf course. Being right on the beach provided stunning views and easy access to the sand.Whether you are here for the golf, the beach, or just a large family getaway, this home is a premier choice in Hilton Head. We would definitely return!

Family Birthday Celebration

The layout of the home was perfect with the young people staying upstairs in the bunk room. And the view of the ocean out the back every morning was wonderful with steps right to the beach. Having the elevator certainly helped get all of our belongings up to the various floors. I would highly recommend this rental company in this particular home, which was gorgeous.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at 3 Singleton Beach Place (8 adults and 6 kids under 7). I chose this house as it was new construction and we had stayed on same street 6 years ago. The house is in a great location. The kids loved the bunk room (called it the kids club). But the furnishings, kitchenware etc was mediocre. Oven did not work(but we didn’t need it anyway), dishwasher broke but was fixed pretty pronto , knives not sharp, the sheets in the master bedroom were too small and came off whenever you got in bed and 1 of the sinks in the master was very slow draining. Definitely could have been cleaner, but I think that of most rental homes. Disappointing was that I had to call 3 times to have someone pick up trash and recycling. Trying not to be too picky as we all had a great time Just trying to point out things that would make it even better
