The 7-bedroom house was beautiful with great views of the beach and ocean from the balconies. The house was right on the beach, just open the doors and walk right out to it. Plenty of food stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. It was easy to book the house and I had no problem communicating with the staff when I was there. They replied immediately when I called. My only suggestion to the staff would be to leave instructions on the use of the house elevator. Sounds simple but most people are used to elevators at hotels and businesses not house elevator which work a little differently. We really enjoyed our stay at the house and hope to return in 2028.

GREAT Singleton Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is one of the nicer rental beach house on Singleton Beach. The house itself is perfect for multiple families with 2 living areas, football Saturday was good for that. Having an actual pantry area was really nice, with an extra beverage refrigerator and water filling station. We heated the spa and pool, so that added a lot of extra fun for the youngsters. Not many beach homes will allow the spa heat. One very minor suggestion, it would be nice to have a place to rinse the sand off before coming up the steps to the porch, there is a lower shower though. Overall, lovely home and will rent again! Island Time is good to work with as well, very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was well stocked—perfect for our family, since we cook most of our meals. Beach access was easy and convenient, making it simple to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The beachfront view was truly spectacular, especially at sunrise each morning. The pool was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax. Every detail made for a wonderful experience, and we loved every minute of our stay. We would gladly return!

Singleton Beach is amazing!

Ten family members, ranging in age from 8 to infinity, stayed for a week, and the house worked beautifully for everyone. The property is luxurious and thoughtfully appointed, with just about every need anticipated.We did have some trouble with the elevator, which made moving in more difficult, but the team responded and addressed it as quickly as they could.The pool is gorgeous, the walk to the beach is short, and the house is extremely convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and an EV charger. Once inside, it was whisper quiet—no road noise and no beach noise. In fact, the beach was nearly deserted in mid-August, which was a wonderful bonus.It was a fantastic setting for our family vacation, and we made some very special memories there.

Singleton Beach paradise -- with some hiccups

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, the house is beautiful, the views are stunning and the location cannot be beat. I also very much appreciated the ability to have rental equipment (bikes) delivered to the house. This is a really special property in HH. That being said, there were several hiccups, some of which were just sheer luck and were addressed and others which were not and are areas for improvement for future guests: On arrival, the house was found to be spotless, except for a small bathroom upstairs that was not cleaned -- unsightly but understandable -- it's a large house. Unfortunately, we did have problems with smoke alarms going off intermittently and several times overnight, but this was addressed the next day, which we appreciated. There was also a problem with the BBQ grill not functioning and unfortunately this was not addressed during our stay. Additionally, I was a little surprised that there were 3 people that came to the house, one called ahead but two were unannounced visitors (pool cleaner and gas line technician) which posed a privacy issue -- better communication here would have alleviated the problem. I also had some issues getting responses from the team prior to arrival, which was frustrating and time consuming, but the management team was responsive during our stay. Overall, we did have a really nice time and I would go back.
