great location

The location is absolutely excellent. You can't beat a beachfront for maximizing your time. The convenience of being right at the beach saves so much time and creates more opportunities to make memories. The view is constant and breathtaking! We did have a small repair issue, but it was handled quickly. The only bad thing we experienced was groups of loud young people gathering after midnight in the street, and one night there was a gathering of young people on bikes and in trucks accessing the nearby beach access setting off fireworks after midnight.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thankfully, I rented this house in early May. I would have been disappointed if I had paid peak rates. The house next door is undergoing major construction. As this was a working get away for us, this was a problem. Taking conference calls with pounding and sawing was a big issue. This house needs some cosmetic work (paint, carpet, cushions outside). First floor is nice. 3 stories of windows in living room is amazing. Location is awesome. Have stayed at many houses in Singleton, this was not the best, but adequate for early season pricing. Vacation Homes of HHI staff was awesome as always.

Service Recovery is Important!

Our second year renting this property, and it's great. Our family loves it and wants to come back every year. A big thank you and shout out to Andi for solving a computer glitch with their billing system and giving us complete assurance there would be no issues when we arrived, including giving me her direct number to call if there were any problems. And there were none!

Wonderful!

Excellent property for a family

We had a family group of 14. Worked out well us. It is located in a private community so the beach was fairly uncrowded. Had a few minor issues and we were pleased with the quick response of the property manager.

Awesome house and awesome location

We wanted to be away from the crowds and this location was perfect! There is a folly where the tide comes in and during high tide, it can't be crossed. So it was like having your own private beach. The house itself has been re-done and all the bedrooms are beautiful. There are updated bathrooms as well. April is a great time to visit HHI as is the fall. We will be returning to this house in the fall as it suited our family perfectly.

Great stay for Spring break

We had a wonderful time at HHI. We never had to leave this beautiful space! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. The adults loved the safety of the location and the large kitchen and dining room to gather. Will definitely come back!

The first morning we saw a pod of dolphin's swimming along the coastline, a first for the kids. The rental was clean and up to date. This was the eight time we have visited Hilton Head.
