"Perfect!!" "Will for sure stay again!" "This property is way better than the photos! The location was perfect. We were a walk away from Salty Dog Cafe and the beach cove to watch the sunset. We rented bikes and rode them to beach marker 15 to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach. The cleanliness of the property was amazing. I was amazed how great this place was. Can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!!"

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom villa is perfect for guests who love ending the day on the balcony with a gorgeous sunset view. This villa is located on the 2nd floor, featuring a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers spacious seating to enjoy the view, and the den offers a quiet place to relax from a long day at the beach. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and an attached updated bathroom with plenty of storage. Be steps aways from the beach and all the excitement that the South Beach Marina Village has to offer.

PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
* 1709 Bluff Villa is located in Building 2, 2nd Floor, Stairwell A. Please note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Fantastic stay in every way. Very nice unit directly across the street from the beach with a beautiful view. We have stayed here before and loved it!!Great location to restaurants, pickleball/tennis, marina and the beach!!

Amazing location

This property was in an amazing location and very clean. I could walk to the Salty Dog Cafe in 2 minutes and the beach in 2-3 minutes as well. I could even see the ocean from my room…I highly recommend staying here

Stunning view

We’ve stayed on Hilton Head many times before and several times in various Bluff Villa units. The view from this unit was breathtaking overlooking the path to the ocean and being able to see the ocean in the distance. The unit was the perfect size for two. Kitchen layout was unique and spacious. It was a fabulous visit. We would stay again!

Great stay!

My daughter and I spent several days at Bluff Villas and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The villa was well-furnished, clean and comfortable. There were a lot of jellyfish on the shore which made it challenging when taking a walk on the beach. My only suggestion is to upgrade the tv so that streaming is available. Hope to return next year!

September Retreat

Host2coast has to be one of the best property management companies we have dealt with in coming to Hilton Head for over 30 years. Villa was well - appointed; had everything we needed and more The only comments were there were no tissues and the top of the refrigerator needed a good cleaning (I am very tall 🙂). Great place for a couple to get away from it all. Balcony provided a great water and sunset view.

Perfection

The view of the sound, the close proximity of the beach, the food and nightlife of South Beach and Harbortown make the location ourstanding. No convenience or detail was spared in the outfitting of the unit from comfortable furnishings to kitchen tools and appliances to puzzles and playing cards. Loved!!

We loved the villa. It was a great location to the trolley and had a beautiful view. The villa was well equipped and the Hostess bag was the best!!! My only drawback was the mattress in the master. It was very hard and not comfortable. I guess I’m just use to a pillow top mattress. Otherwise we loved everything else about it!!!!!

Wonderful quiet location

We had a wonderful stay here! We loved being in the Sea Pines community. It was beautiful and definitely had a resort feel that just made you feel relaxed. The condo was just as advertised. We had a great view of the ocean through the pines. It was a quick walk to the beach and wow what a spot on the beach it was. This side of the island doesn’t have the large open shoreline but it had warmer waters and we saw dolphins every day while at the beach. In the condo we had plenty of room for our family of 4. It had all the amenities we needed. It was missing a few kitchen items such as a measuring cup and a baking sheet but we got creative and made it work. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was described well in the overview. The location was ideal. Beautiful beach area with a short walk from the condo. Please note that the use of the pool is not included. This was clear on the description but since the pool was listed as an amenity when doing a search and an amenity fee was charged in the total price, I do feel that it should have been included in the total cost. We would stay here again but without expecting to go to the pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love it here and everything is wonderful (especially the view!) Of the 3 times we have stayed here we only have one complaint and it was just this last visit. The mattress cover and fitted sheet do not fit this mattress (or the elastic is shot) and every time we rolled over we would have a lump of bedding. We'll be back but this needs correction. Thanks host2coact!
