You'll find a Harbour Town Pool Pass in your villa to access the Harbour Town Pool located just around the corner from Caravel Court!

1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." The fully-equipped, updated kitchen with granite counters is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a delightful meal in the dining area or outside on the balcony. The open living area makes a great place to enjoy movie night (and we'll provide the popcorn!). I loved the tote bag and view of lighthouse. I think the bedroom could be rearranged to see the lighthouse from the bed. Overall I love the location and would return.

Very clean! Perfect location, quiet, convenient, easy access. Very well equipped, lots of nice touches from host. No cable TV, only streaming, but that seems to be the norm these days. Very comfortable sofa and love seat (not common). Overall, a great rental

Almost perfect

Location was awesome, as we have been to Harbor Town many times we appreciated the short walk to the shops and restaurants.One thing we might suggest is it would be nice to have a few coffee pods and creamer available upon arrival for the first morning. Thought you should know that the bathroom door does not close!

Never gets old looking out at Calibogue Sound! The view of the Lighthouse and the newly renovated Quarterdeck is a Bonus!! The villa is beautiful and fully equipped for your stay! Will definitely return!!

What a View!

Obviously a great location with fantastic view. We spent lots of time on the balcony. Facility decor is somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Sliding door to balcony does not lock but not a concern. Bed and linens could be refreshed..Building public areas in great shape.

Lovely property. Well stocked with everything needed from utensils, pots and pans, kitchen supplies, bath towels and even beach towels. Very comfortable living room furniture. We would definitely return , and have recommended this condo to several friends.

The only issue was our last two days a unit on the same floor (down the hall) had a small dog the owners left in the unit most of the day and it barked/yapped during their absence. Apparently an issue with other unit owners as it was discussed with us. We are outdoor people and found the balcony to be a little congested and could benefit from a ceiling fan and a little less furniture. Great stay overall.

Everything about 1035 and Host to Coast is 5 stars plus!!!!!!I know if I go through Host to Coast for our rental it will be a wonderful experience! This rental company is hands down the best! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the BEST vacation! They give you a really sweet gift and FLOWERS! It’s the the little things! We have rented from them twice now. We had rented from someone else in between and I can tell you we will never rent from anybody else except Host to Coast! The communication with them is the best. We go to HHI once to twice a year, theres nothing like making a payment and trying to find the email reservation. Host to Coast sends several reminders and constantly updates you.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. We have been to SeaPines several times and this was the best location we have experienced overlooking the harbor and shops/restaurants. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Host to Coast was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit highly!
