Freshly refurbished steps from the Harbour, this lovely one-bedroom villa is on the ground floor of Ketch Court II in the Sea Pines Resort right in Harbour Town at 2 Lighthouse Lane, Hilton Head Island. Click on location and see the actual location.

This vacation retreat is a delightful Harbour Town option, in the heart of an abundance of shopping, dining and recreational amenities.

You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, 1.5 miles away which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available.
Amenities include:
• Outdoor showers and foot wash stations
• Family restrooms
• Ample space for bikes with an increased number of bike racks
• Parking is for home owners only. Rental guests will park in designated parking areas and be shuttled to the beach in season, or take the complimentary trolley right from the Harbour Town pool across the street.

Trolley everywhere in season inside Sea Pines for free, just steps from the villa. The Sea Pines Trolley provides transportation for all guests to Sea Pines Center Shops and Restaurants, the new Sea Pines Beach Club from Mid-March thru Labor Day Weekend.

A pool pass for unlimited use to the Heated Harbour Town Pool (just steps from the villa) is provided, and the pool is open year-round and available for your use for unlimited guests during your stay. Please note, the pool is heated mid March-April 30 and mid October- November 30.

The living room is cheerfully decorated in sunny hues, offering a wall-mounted large 65” flat screen Smart/TV and queen size sleeper sofa. A spacious private patio is found just outside the living room, with al fresco seating for four, an umbrella for shade and a gas grill. Flowing from the living room is the dining area comfortably seating four. Adjacent to that is a well stocked full kitchen complete with dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. A washer and dryer is featured across the hall and is complementary for all first floor guests.

In soothing hues of gray, the master bedroom features a king size bed, ample walk-in closet space, a desk and a flat screen TV. The bathroom showcases a newly remodeled vanity and walk-in shower only.

Ketch Court is delightfully located near the best of Harbour Town, and makes vacationing island-style both effortless and convenient.

You are welcome to utilize the Sea Pines Fitness Center, nearby, for $18 per day/$80 per week. A photo of the charges is listed on the site in our photos.

We do not provide beach equipment for this property. Beach equipment can be rented by the day, half day or hour on the beach at the Sea Pines Beach Club.

The purchase of a Sea Pines gate pass is required for this property. Rates are currently $9 per day or $20 per week. Price may change without notice.
We cannot be held responsible for any unscheduled closures of the amenities managed by the regime.

A female or male Massage Therapist ($80 per hour) is available to come to the villa upon request.

Perfect location for a weeklong stay

A short walk to the lighthouse, and nearby restaurants. The property was as described. The king bed was very comfortable, and all kitchen necessities were provided.The property could use some updating, it was clean, no problem. A little paint touchup, and the vinyl flooring needs a little work. One other thing, we didn't realize it didn't have a washer/dryer, which was down the hall but shared with all other units. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Prime location

Great location near pool and shuttle stop. 3 min walk to lighthouse. Enjoyed a 30 mile bike ride all around the island from front door. Bike paths, bike lane or sharrows whole way.

We loved the location of this 1st floor condo. Walking distance to Harbour town, shops and restaurants was 5 minutes. Pool & tennis courts across the street. Championship golf course 5 minute walk. Ideal condo for Harbourtown visit

This is a great rental for a couple visiting Harbourtown. Pristine and clean; ideal location; well stocked with kitchen items; nice patio w/ grill; excellent TV options; easy access with keyless entry. We typically stay in a big house on the beach with family but really enjoyed our stay here b/c we treated it like a resort with access to restaurants, bars, coffee shop, stores, etc. in Harbourtown. Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for 2

The condo is clean, updated, and relaxing. The kitchen was as fully outfitted as expected, with a little more. The furniture is clean and comfortable. And we had everything we needed. The access to Harbor town cannot be beat. And the outdoor patio area was very nice. This is a spot we would absolutely rent again, and I hope we do.

Ideal location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It’s the perfect location right in Harbortown with a 3 minute walk to everything. The condo is comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. Checkin is contact-free and communicating with the owner/manager was easy; he responded promptly to my texts. All in all it was a great experience and I would rent there again.

Stay was great but the check out was what I will remember.

I didn't have anything bad to say until check out. It was just me and my 5 year old twins so it was stressful enough to have to load the car by myself. It was 940am and was mostly done as I had to get to my sisters rental before they also checked out. I was approached by the cleaning staff in the parking lot (0940) if I was in this unit. I stated yes. She went back to her car. At 0955am while I was at my van all 3 of them walked inside toward the condo (my 2 kids are inside). I went back in and all 3 of them were standing right next to the door. Again this was 0955. I stated I had a couple more trips and that was it. They asked if they could come in then and start cleaning the bathroom. I stated NO. I made the 2 last trips with my kids in the car (locked and running) as they told me they had walked in already while they were in there. I finally told them they could come in while I was checking for anything I could have left. They came in. They didnt even wait for me to leave while one of them was peeing in the bathroom with the door open. This was ridiculous and not necessary. I ended up leaving at 10:07. I have never been stalked before on check out. I got message from the property owner at 12:15 (2 hours later) asking me to let them know if I was checking out early. I did go back at 10:30 as I was rushed to just see if I forgot anything. They were already gone ....cleaning could not have been all that through but who knows there were 3 of them. The dryer was out of order when we got there and still when we left. They did finally come and fix the smoke detector in the lobby after I called them directly.
