The Space:

Settle into an open, inviting 3rd-floor villa with the largest 2-bedroom floor plan in Bluff Villas. The cathedral-ceiling living room offers a Smart TV, a full-size sleeper sofa, and sliding doors to a private balcony with outdoor seating and a slight peek of Calibogue Sound.



The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, granite counters, a Keurig, drip coffee maker, and bar seating for three. Share meals at the dining table for six, then head out for a stroll to the marina or unwind on the balcony. When it’s time to turn in, two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms make it easy for your group to spread out. A laundry closet with a washer and dryer off the foyer adds everyday convenience.

Important Things to Note:

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in any open space. The entry fee is $35 per vehicle and must be paid for at the Sea Pines Gate. Parking passes must be placed on the dashboard inside the vehicle or vehicles will be towed.

• This villa is on the 3rd floor—stairs are required to access the villa.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• Guests are welcome to enjoy the South Beach Marina pool. The pool is not associated with Bluff Villas therefore guests are expected to pay pool entry fees. Pool entry fee has not yet been posted. ***Please note the pool is open on Memorial Day through Labor Day***

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
