The Space:

Step outside and let the gentle calm of the lagoon pull you in. At 1591 Lagoon Villa, mornings start slow - coffee in hand on the back deck, the water catching the early light. By day, the beach is a short walk away; by evening, you're back on the patio watching the lagoon settle into quiet.



Living space

The living area is bright and airy, with natural light pouring through the windows and coastal-inspired seating arranged to face the lagoon views. The layout flows easily between the living and dining areas, giving the whole group room to unwind together after a day out. Step through to the back deck - spacious enough for the whole group - where the lagoon view sets the backdrop for every meal, every evening.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, whether you're packing snacks for the beach or cooking a proper dinner. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, and seasoning. Dishes, silverware, and a dining table round it all out.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 4 guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and plenty of storage. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own private bathroom, making it a comfortable and self-contained space for family or friends.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-appointed and include a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water. After a day at the beach, you'll also love the outdoor shower - rinse off before stepping back inside.



In-unit extras

A washer and dryer are available in the villa, along with essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper. Hangers, bed linens, and an iron are also provided. The villa features a dedicated workspace, smart lock for self check-in, and a private entrance.



Location

1591 Lagoon Villa sits in Sea Pines, one of Hilton Head Island's most sought-after communities. The beach is an easy walk from the villa. Right nearby is South Beach Marina Village, home to the beloved Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is packed with activities - natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, biking trails, and more.

As a guest of 1591 Lagoon Villa, you'll also receive a complimentary tennis package, including 1 hour of free tennis per day. Please note that proper tennis shoes are required for the clay courts.

IMPORTANT: Guests must register and pay before their arrival to use the South Beach Marina Pool. All passes are digital and check-in is required upon entry. A link to apply will be sent with your Pre-Arrival Guidebook.

- Daily Pass: $20 individual, $15 additional guest, $50 for up to 5 people

- Weekly Pass (up to 6 days): $50 individual, $25 additional guest, $125 for up to 5 people



PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
