Der Eigentümer ist ein über 25-jähriger Veteran im Gastgewerbe und hat diese Wohnung renoviert, um den High-End-Komfort von zu Hause und Spitzentechnologie zu bieten. Diese modernen Raffinessen machen Ihren Aufenthalt erholsam und unvergesslich: Highspeed-WLAN, ein 65-Zoll-Smart-Samsung-Fernseher und Blu-Ray-DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer, ein 55-Zoll-UHD-Smart-LG-Fernseher im Schlafzimmer, dimmbare LED-Beleuchtung, und alle Küchenutensilien, die Sie benötigen.

Die Wohnung ist eine zweite Etage Endeinheit, die Privatsphäre und eine Aussicht bietet. Wenn Sie Treppen bewerten, beachten Sie bitte, dass die zweite Etage zwei einfache Flüge umfasst - und die Eigentumswohnungen in der ersten Etage auch zwei Flüge (einen nach oben und einen nach unten). Die dritte Etage hat jedoch 4 Flüge - lästig für einige Familien mit kleinen Kindern, viel Ausrüstung oder beides.

Das Kingsize-Bett im Master und das Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind beide hochwertige Gelschaummatratzen. Sie werden tief und fest schlafen - lesen Sie die Bewertungen! Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe im begehbaren Kleiderschrank, für den Fall, dass Sie Wäsche waschen müssen. Viele andere Bluff Villa-Einheiten haben Waschmaschinen und Trockner (laut und heiß) in der Küche gestapelt.

Dieser Standort in South Beach beinhaltet die Nutzung des Gemeinschaftspools (tägliche oder wöchentliche Gebühr) und der Tennisplätze (gegen Reservierung / Gebühr). Am South Beach Marina Inn können Sie den Pool abholen und im South Beach Racquet Club Tennis spielen. Zu den Wassersportmöglichkeiten am South Beach Marina zählen Paddleboards, Kajaks, Angeltouren und Delfinbeobachtungen. We had an absolutely phenomenal stay at this Bluff Villas condo. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. It looked exactly like the photos, if not better. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, pool, and all the fun and charm of the Salty Dog area. It truly doesn’t get more convenient than this.Tom was a dream to work with. He was incredibly responsive and helpful before booking and provided such thorough, thoughtful information before check-in that everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had friends staying in another Bluff Villas unit, and they were in awe of how much nicer and better-equipped this condo was in comparison.The condo came stocked with clean linens, towels, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and even complimentary shower toiletries. Such a nice touch that made us feel right at home.We can’t wait to come back and are already hoping Tom has more units available as our family continues to grow. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation, Tom!

Well stocked rental close to the beach. We really enjoyed being close to the Salty Dog and a beach access path. We were also walking distance from the local bike rental shop which was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and even nicer than the pictures. The owner needs to update the description to specify that the pool is open but is not included in your rental fees. You will need to purchase a pass for pool access.

Tastefully Decorated & Quick Beach Access

The beach cannot be seen from the unit but it’s a 5 minute stroll and you’ll feel your feet in the sand! Walk to Salty Dog in 5 minutes. Bike path is also across the street…we always call Island Bike Rentals; most reasonable on the island! The unit was nicely decorated and had a decent size lanai. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of bathroom counter space for our toiletries. Plenty of counter space in kitchen as well. The microwave and dishwasher (bring pods!) worked well…didn’t use range. Washer & dryer work well, too (bring pods & dryer sheets!). Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas (on lanai). Important note: If you plan on bringing any food or drinks to the beach, bring a cooler and some disposable containers & cups. Would stay here again.

Long weekend

We spent a long weekend in Hilton Head and loved this condo. It was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Please note that the glass sliding door off the living room needs repairs to be able to open it. Was not a major issue as we were able to gain access to the balcony from the bedroom. Great place in Sea Pines

We booked a very last-minute stay at this great condo in Sea Pines. The location was great...walking distance to The Salty Dog. The unit itself was perfect. It was clean, modern and the right size for my husband and me. I can't say enough about our host, Tom. We had very unique circumstances surrounding our visit and he was compassionate and flexible.

Perfect!

This place was beautiful. The most comfortable bed and bedding, exceptionally clean, percent location. Even though our trip was cut short because of Debby we will definitely stay again. Tom was amazing to work with. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of storage and space. There were small areas in the place to put things like keys and jewel or extra stuff this is a big deal to us women. Huge closet. We loved this place. One of the best we have seen in a long time

We love Sea Pines. This was our 4th time to Hilton Head and 3rd time renting from Tom Ives. His place is perfect for my husband and me. He keeps a beautiful place and is wonderful to work with. He goes above and beyond for his renters. We love coming to Hilton Head. It is very relaxing for us. The restaurants are great, shopping is great and the beaches are very nice. We will be back.

Perfect for a couple!

The unit was clean and tidy. Kitchen was very well stocked, and we were very happy to see all the extra pillows for the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the walk-in closet with washer and dryer was greatly appreciated. Location is perfect with easy walk to beach and The Salty Dog. Would definitely stay here again.

I grew up in Solon, Ohio and vacationed on Hilton Head almost every year since 1972...I know, that's a long time! Graduated from Michigan State University's Hotel and Restaurant Management program and moved to DC where I started my career as a hospitality analyst / consultant. Since then I've worked in hotel development, finance, and ownership. And, for the past 25 years, I've worked as a hotel real estate broker selling hotels all over the country.

Having traveled extensively, I can tell you there is no better place to come home to than Hilton Head Island. Even though I still have one foot in Atlanta, Hilton Head is my happy place.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

My parents built a home in Hilton Head Plantation in 1990 and for most of my kid's childhood, we used Folly Beach or Coligny Beach, but pretty much forgot about Sea Pines. Then in 2013, I rediscovered Sea Pines and all of its beauty. Plus, The Riverstone Group has now poured nearly $200 million into new Sea Pines Resort amenities like The Beach Club, The Plantation Club, the new Harbour Town Links Clubhouse and all the new improvements to the Marina.

So the trick was to find a place walking distance to the beach that wouldn't break the bank. And Bluff Villas was the perfect fit. I bought a two-bedroom Bluff Villa condo in 2013 and renovated it top to bottom. Then, in 2016, I renovated another one bedroom in Bluff Villas and followed on the next year with a total renovation of 1685 Bluff Villas.
