NEUER privater Pool !! Wunderschöner Blick auf den Golf, Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern im Ariola Drive 1303 - Seashell Chateau. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 22 Personen und ist ideal für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Die weitläufige Auffahrt bietet Platz für bis zu fünf Autos! Die offenen Decks auf jeder Ebene des Hauses haben einen freien Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko und bieten ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für alle.

Im Erdgeschoss dieses schönen Hauses befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem König und zwei Königinnen und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Beide teilen sich ein Badezimmer. Auf der zweiten Ebene des Hauses befindet sich die Küche mit allen Geräten aus Edelstahl. Das Wohnzimmer und der Essbereich befinden sich ebenfalls auf der zweiten Ebene des Hauses und bieten viele Sitzgelegenheiten für Familienabende! Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf der zweiten Ebene des Hauses und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche. Auf der anderen Seite der Halle ist ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten, die ein volles Bett auf der Unterseite und ein Zwilling auf der Oberseite haben. Auf der dritten Ebene des Loft-Bereichs des Hauses gibt es vier volle Betten und einen privaten Balkon, die einige der besten Aussichten auf den Golf bieten!

Fantastic family time

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Extremely comfortable and close to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Truly have enjoyed our time with our “adult” kiddos. This was just good family hanging out fun! Came in to spend an extended 3 day weekend with our son that is on base in the Navy. This was perfect!

2024 Vacay!!!

It was very nice, the kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels were available for our use. We did experience trouble with the A/C and the washing machine, but Paradise rentals responded and resolved the problems quickly. Great location. No complaints.

The pool was clean, the room housing the pool table was a hit with my grandkids. Front porch provided a wonderful view of the ocean and the bath to the beach was one house down. The only downside was that there was no ice machine and the freezer doesn’t make a lot of ice.

Only negative comments is the washer and dryer need to be replaced. Dryer was rusty on the inside. And the owners also need to replace the can opener and pizza cutter. Both did not work very well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year renting this house. A great place for a family of 21 for our annual family vacation. Short walk to the beach. Wonderful pool. Pool table in the game room. Well supplied kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. Only negatives: ice maker makes ice very slowly. Don’t plan on sleeping two people on sofa bed in living room. It’s really not even comfortable for one. Everything was clean except the main floor. It had been swept but not mopped. We had small children who crawled on the floor upon arrival and it became instantly obvious that floor had not been mopped.

I think grass around the pool/backyard would be a great improvement for outdoor activities other than swimming. The bathrooms could use some general repair/upkeep as we had several towel racks fall down. Although it states that it sleeps 23, we had 21 and still needed 2 air mattresses for sleeping. The quiet beach was a great experience. If the owners would allow small dogs, my family would definitely revisit the property!

Dear Ms. Chreene, Thank you for taking time to post your review. We appreciate the feedback. This home just had the pool put in which is why there isn't anything around the pool as of yet. We wanted to get the pool in as quickly as possible so guests could start using it right away. If I'm not mistaken the owners of the home are having grass laid around the pool area soon. We are sorry to hear about the towel bars falling down. We would have been more than happy to have addressed that if we had known. We always have maintenance on hand to immediately address any problems when guests call. We have discussed this problem with our maintenance staff and the towel bars have been repaired. The home does sleep 23 people. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and one in the queen bedroom sofa upstairs. We certainly don't ever advertise that a home sleeps more than it does. We do not count air mattresses as bedding and those were available to help accommodate any extra people if need be. If we had known that you were unable to locate the sofa sleepers we would have been happy to have shown you where those were located. We want all of our guests to completely enjoy their stay and we are always available to make sure that happens. We hope to see you again in the future! Thank you!

A week at the beach

The property is well located, the pool nice and the house accommodating for sleeping many people.Several things were broken: bathroom doors, oven and microwave unit and there were very few eating utensils and only four wineglasses. Rugs and carpets have not been cleaned for a long time. The weekly routine cleaning was good, but the owner needs to update, repair and replace many things to make this a wonderful place to stay.

The large deck with numerous tables and sitting areas had a view of the gulf that we all appreciated. There was a was a large dining room table and bar stools which provided plenty of seating at meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. There were extra linens provided which is always appreciated. It was a short walk to the beach and easy access. We enjoyed the pool each evening. And on a rainy day the teens enjoyed the pool table. The only complaint would be that the ice maker in the fridge is very slow at making ice. An additional ice maker would be a great addition to this house.

Location is steps to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola beach. A good walk to the shops. Pools was used well by the kids, grill too! It is a quiet spot to stay away from the crowd but be with the crowd if you want to. kudos to The management of the property because they make your stay memorable. This day was slightly rough at first but everything is attended to. I will definitely book again! Thank you! Bonus! Play room for the kids. I noticed that there were more stuff there to use than noted on the description.

SEASHELL CHATEAU WAS MAGNIFICENT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our house. The layout worked well for 4 generations of the Overfield/Roland family. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped (but need a few dish cloths and some more dish towels). We cooked fresh seafood from Joe Patti's and ordered Papa's Pizza. Only ate out at lunch. The decks were wonderful and the view was nice for a block off the beach. Pool and game room were great and much used. [Only complaints: AC in main level had a rattle in the blower that was distracting and living room furniture is terrible, aesthetically and functionally.] Staff at Paradise Beach Homes were very friendly and accomadating. We had a GREAT week and the Seashell Chateau contributed a great deal to the good time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a good home to rent. Across from the beach. You can’t walk to any restaurants but that’s not a problem. There’s plenty of parking everywhere. We had a family of 10 and there’s plenty of room except in the living room. Given the size of the home, the furniture seating only seated 6. The foosball and pool tables are not usable so don’t book and count on these unless they buy new ones and let us know in the posting. Both are unusable and should not be in the listing. Overall this worked for the family over thanksgiving.

We used this house as our guest house for our wedding that was a few houses down and it was more than enough room. It has plenty of rooms, multiple areas to relax, and a pool to cool off in. It is right on the beach and is easy to access the water from where you are staying. The staff was friendly and quickly assisted with all needs.

Family Beach Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The home could use a good cleaning inside and out. The dishes in the kitchen were everywhere. I organized them while I was there. The game room was awful there was no way we could use it. The dining table was sticky and paper plates stuck to it. What ever is on it doesn't wide off, it seemed to be the finish on the table. Window and door tracks were very dirty obviously not cleaned in a while. Bathroom showers need a good bleaching. Other than that we had a great stay. Access to the beach was easy and we enjoyed the pool.

Nice place to stay on the beach.

Good experience at this beach house, lots of towels to use, accommodated our large party and pool was salt water, which was very nice. Kitchen could use more pots and pans and sharp cutlery. Also for the price we paid, would of loved basic toiletries such as Tp, napkins, dish soap to last more than one day. The house would of been great with a second refrigerator as well. Just a few suggestions. But we did enjoy our time and the house is lovely.

Great week

It was rainy a lot so we enjoyed the covered deck facing the beach, the covered area by the pool, and the rec room. Pool was nice and deep enough for adults. Plenty of furniture by the pool but not in the living room! Also no chair in master bedroom. We had no hot water the first day and they came immediately to fix it on Sunday. No other problems. We had a great week! It’s easy to run back and forth to the beach.

I'll never use Paradise Beach Homes again...

Overall, you pay a premium for the location. The property itself was not well maintained, dirty and even had a cockroach. Further, hazards like exposed wiring, leaving construction scrap, non-functional smoke detectors, finding metal in the pool, having clean appliances, etc are something Paradise Beach Homes doesn't even bother to check.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family group of 12 enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and the gas grill worked great. The downstairs game room was fun, although the pool table is quite worn and warped. It’s a quick walk to the board walk down to the beach. We liked the ground floor bedrooms for napping toddlers and especially appreciated the secure coded locks on ground floor doors leading out to the pool. Great safety feature! The neighborhood is very safe and plenty of room on the beach. Location is great... quick drive to restaurants and about 10 minutes over to Gulf Breeze for groceries. There are a few things that made this beach house not quite perfect and hard to recommend to others...Bathrooms: only 3 and no bathroom on the 3rd floor. The bathroom nearest the living room has a sliding barn door which doesn’t close completely. Seating: living room only has seating for 6-7 peopleView: there’s not much of a view from inside, obstructed view from the front porch. No view of the pool except from a small window above the kitchen sink.
