We loved the house. A great fit for my family of 12. 6 grands and 6 adults. Easy access to the beach. Loved Having the pool for backup to the beach. Except we could not use it for 2 days due to equipment failure. Friendly people to work with.The bad was 1. piles of hair coming out from under the furniture.2. floor plugs exposed (not child safe)3. black hairs in master bedroom and bathroom.

This property is in need of serious service as well as updating. I expected nicer but got leaks, mold and rickety. Pool was great. That’s about all. Rest was dated and in need of repair. Seems like owner is doing everything on the cheap.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’d previously rented from Paradise Beach Homes and have stayed at other properties in the area and continue to have a great time. You are a VERY short walk from great beach access. Our only two tips for future guests are: 1) The pool is in direct sunlight until about 4-5pm when the sun starts to set behind the house. We had a beach tent we could set up to be able to have shaded spots during the day, but in case you have sunburn-prone guests (like we did!) I think it’s helpful to know. And 2) there is a TON of natural light throughout the house with blinds but no curtains so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep in!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both the beach and the sound, and the dock was perfect for fishing — a huge hit for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made the whole trip feel relaxing.The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. We were also impressed by how well‐stocked the home was. I’ve never stayed in a rental with a kitchen so fully supplied — every utensil, pan, and gadget we needed was already there. The extra linens were appreciated, and the kids were thrilled to find pool floats and beach toys waiting for them. We even added a few beach balls and pool noodles to pay it forward.The pool and multiple decks were great gathering spots, and the kids didn’t mind the unheated pool at all. The adults would have enjoyed a heated option, but it didn’t take away from the experience.A couple of small notes for future guests: the coffee maker requires you to hold the pot up slightly for it to drip properly, and while the ice maker produces ice, it doesn’t dispense. Also, the walk to the beach includes a steep step down, which could be challenging for anyone with knee issues.Overall, this was a comfortable, well‐equipped home in a great spot. We’d happily stay again.

Home location is great. Kitchen well equipped. Wi-Fi was great as this was a working vacation. But, there were many disappointments and would not return to this property: pool fencing was falling down, loose brick around pool, roaches inside the house, not very clean, additional items needing replacement/updating (stove light, blinds). Property manager willing to rectify quickly but not convenient during your stay. These things should be done before I arrive.

Old and mildew smelling, filthy furniture, carpet and handrails. Exposed screws around door. Furniture was covered with blankets to hide the filth. Exterior banister was not attached to house. The management company tried to remedy and sent out cleaners and repair people.We left early because the house was so terrible. This rental cost of over 6400 so a high-end experience was expected - however, this was the worst VBRO rental we have ever had.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and convenient for those looking to bring a boat. Location is close to many great restaurants (Flounders & McGuire's our favs). Property was clean; however in need of repair to doors & wish back porches were designed to sit during rain. Overall, it was an awesome set-up & would like to return soon.

Perfect spot to vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental (inside) was a bit run down and in need of TLC but in the right location-right next to the beach. The outdoor amenities were perfect for relaxing and forgetting the real world. Inside needs a makeover and a deep cleaning. Regardless, we are willing to come next year and make more memories!

2025 Beach Vaca

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Florida lots of times over the years. This year was our first time to not be beach front. While I wasn't sure if we would like not being ON the beach, the location was perfect. The walk to the beach access was not far at all. The pool is a huge plus, and looking out back at the canal was great. The house itself was older than houses we normally stay in, and it could use some updating, but I would stay there again. Kids rented bikes and would go to town daily. Being close to everything was great. We had a great time.

Pensacola Beach Home w LaFitte Cove Canal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home and small pool, but second bedroom was minimally decorated, and floors and carpet very dirty. Kitchen was well equipped.

Great House

The property is in a perfect location with quick and easy access to the Gulf and Sound. The pool was spotless and was a wonderful addition to the property. In addition, the house was supplied with an abundance of outside chairs and picnic tables as well as a grill. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of bath towels were supplied. The management company Paradise Rentals made the check-in and check-out process was seamless. Overall a great rental property.
