Diese Immobilie ist von Sonntag bis Sonntag im Hochsommer zu mieten! Brandneues Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern und fünf Bädern in 209 Ariola Drive mit privatem Pool und einfachem Zugang über eine zweispurige Wohnstraße zum weißen Sandstrand von Pensacola Beach.

209 Ariola Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Die große überdachte Veranda bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen und einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das offene Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche sind ideal für Familienfeiern. Jedes der fünf Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen privaten Eingang von der Veranda. Einfacher Zugang zum Golfstrand, nur 100 Meter von diesem Haus entfernt.

Der Pool befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus und ist von einem Privatschutzzaun umgeben. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool.

This house is absolutely perfect. It’s very close to a beach access, and also has an unobstructed view of the ocean, that most on the same side of the street don’t. The layout is perfect for two families if needed. Recommend highly.
