Beach Home - Game Room - Private Pool - 5 min walk to beaches - Pet friendly

The BlueSky Beach House is perfectly located on Pensacola Beach near both the Gulf and Sound beaches (about 5-10 minute walk to both). Accommodating up to 8 guests (and your pets) with 3 bedrooms (queen, queen and two twins and a pull-out couch in the living room) and 2 full baths.

The downstairs game room has a ping pong table, arcade game, and lounging area with bean bags and a Roku television. We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room.

The main attraction in the back yard is a private heated pool (heated for up to 6 hours a day with no extra charge) surrounded by pavers. The rest of the back yard is covered in sand and has a firepit with 4 one-person hammock swings and 3 wooden swings. Come and enjoy Pensacola Beach at BlueSky Beach Cottage!

We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask you to do any crazy chores.

Perfect Beach House Getaway for Families with Kids and Pets

We recently spent a weekend this stunning beach house, and it was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Traveling with kids and dogs, we always look for accommodations that are both relaxing and kid and-friendly—and this house checked every box.The HouseThe home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The PoolThe private pool was the highlight for the kids. It has a shallow area that was perfect for our youngest to splash around in. There were plenty of loungers and even a shaded area where we could relax while the kids swam. LocationThe house is just a short walk to the beach—less than 5 minutes away. We’d head out in the mornings when it was cooler, come back for lunch and pool time, and sometimes go back to the beach for sunset. There are also a few great family-friendly restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby.Final ThoughtsIf you're looking for a relaxing, family-oriented beach escape with all the comforts of home—and then some—this beach house is a fantastic choice. We’re already talking about booking again next summer!

Beautiful backyard

Everything was wonderful! The host was very responsive. The heated pool was everything and we even had our own private fenced in “beach”. Perfect!! We turned the downstairs game room into a private room for our teenager who loved it. Walking distance to the boat ramp and to the beach on the other side.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay! There were 4 adults and 3 children. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was perfect. The house came with all the extras needed for a day at the beach, including beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and wagons! The house was clean. Robert was a great host, being very responsive to questions and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is a very short walk to the beach, that was even easy enough for my 4 year old boys, which was great! The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to maybe have a twin bed added downstairs. The sofa bed has a very, very thin mattress that is too uncomfortable to sleep on. I would recommend this home to other families looking to visit Pensacola!

Perfect Getaway

This house was perfect getaway for us to spend our week at. The backyard is paradise. Very well equipped with everything you need. Both queen beds are pretty tall so you may need a stool if youre short like me. Highly recommend! Owner communicates well and answers quickly!

The perfect vacation

This home if the perfect place for a family vacation! It's a short 5 minute walk to the ocean. Right across the street has a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset! Rob was a perfect host! He responds quickly and efficiently. The pool area was out favorite! It's a very large area and our dogs enjoyed running around the yard! This was a perfect vacation! Thank you, Rob!

Great property, easy walk to the beach. House was cleaned, had towels, toys for the pool, and most convenient a push cart to take items to and from the beach. They even has beach chairs for us to use. We vacation to Pensacola every year, and this was the Best house, and property we have ever stayed at. In addition, we had a small issue with the A/c one afternoon. And it was fixed within an hour or so. The owner was great to deal with, and truely cared about our experience! 5 Stars!

Wonderful property! We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. There were so many added amenities like the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It was nice not having to pack and travel with those. We will definitely be planning another stay here!

Fantastic beach oasis!

This was our 3rd consecutive year vacationing to Pensacola Beach and 3rd house we’ve tried out. I believe we’ve found the place we will repeatedly come back to! Perfect Beach House!

Rob's house was ideal for our stay in Pensacola Beach. It was clean, nicely updated and well equipped for guests. We all really enjoyed the pool and the landscaped yard. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the well equpped kitchen and things like usb charging points around the house. The beach (just a 5 minute walk) is spectacular. As advertised!

My family and I were visiting our eldest son who is stationed in Pensicola Fl. We chose this house because it had a swimming pool and it was pet friendly. All of the reviews were raving and we felt that our selection had been made for us. Arriving to the house was easy. Getting in was even easier. Instructions were simple and made available days before we even left our home state. The house was exactly as it was described. My dog instantly fell in love with the back yard. The owner answered text messages the entire trip. We were never left without an answer to our questions. I see why they have a five star review. I recommend this home to anyone.

Jenny and Rob are the owners and hosts of this beach home, which they have enjoyed renovating and using when not rented. Rob grew up on Pensacola Beach, and Jenny and Rob are raising their family in nearby Gulf Breeze. Rob is a retired lawyer that now runs a team of Realtors with Jenny.
