Ihre Familie wird dieses helle und entzückende Ferienhaus mit Blick auf den Golf mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern genießen. The Hip * Nautic wurde entsprechend benannt und verfügt über neue Bambusparkettböden in den Wohnbereichen und die reichhaltigen Fenster. Sie bietet den tropischen Strand und den Komfort, den Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts am Strand wünschen. Darüber hinaus ist dieses Haus neu im Mietprogramm, so dass alle Betten und Möbel brandneu sind und nach einem langen Tag perfekt sind.

Um die Sonne und die salzige Luft zu genießen, gibt es auf der Süd- und Ostseite des Hauses große, erhöhte Terrassen sowie große Rasenflächen für den Outdoor-Genuss. Es gibt auch einen gepflasterten Strandweg, der direkt vom Haus aus zum Golf führt, was es für Familien mit Kindern oder einfach nur für das Fahren von Spielzeug und Kühlboxen geeignet macht.

Innerhalb des Hauses befindet sich der Essbereich zu Ihrer Rechten, wenn Sie das Haus betreten. Die gut ausgestattete K��che trennt die Wohnbereiche. Der Familienwohnbereich befindet sich direkt hinter der Küche und bietet sogar eine Wet Bar mit Kühlschrank und Eiswürfelbereiter. Die Einrichtung mit vier Schlafzimmern ist ideal für mehrere Familien oder die Privatsphäre von Erwachsenen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Flachbildfernseher befindet sich in der Westecke des Hauses mit großem Hauptbadezimmer. Es gibt zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer auf jeder Seite des Hauses und die Bäder sind günstig zwischen beiden gelegen. Ein Queen-Schlafzimmer befindet sich in der Nähe des Meisters und hat ein angrenzendes Badezimmer. Das andere Queen-Schlafzimmer fühlt sich wie ein zweiter Meister an, der einen Flachbildschirm umfasst und neben einem Etagenbett mit einem Zweibettzimmer ��ber einem vollen Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten liegt.

Dieses Haus bietet Garagenparkpl��tze und zusätzliche Parkplätze außerhalb der Garage für vier bis sechs Autos auf dem Betonparkpad. Für Unterhaltung im Haus sorgen Smart-TVs und Blu-ray-Player sowie eine Tischtennisplatte für Familienturniere!

Distance to beach is close and beach itself is perfect with very few people. Kitchen is in need of more supplies and yard fence has spots where dog could get out. Air condition went out but the property management team were quick to get someone out to fix it. Front door was hard to open and close as well as the dresser in master bedroom. Grill burners need to be replaced. Loved the pool and it came in handy with rough conditions at the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, open living space and outdoor deck provides plenary of space to spread out, and beds are comfortable. However, the place has some weaknesses: two of three bathroom fans inoperable, pool is not heated (unusable in early April even for kids), not one baking dish, broom but no dustpan to pick up dirt, the only screened windows are not to be opened so the only fresh air coming in is by opening doors which let bugs in.

Good stay and location but noisy beds.

We really liked the location and the interior space. Please note beds are very noisy and sound like laying on plastic. They have box springs. Every time someone moves they make a noise. We checked them all and only the bunk bed was on a hunky board and didn’t s heal. It says it’s sleep 10-12 people but but I would say only 8. They offered roll away. Which I can’t imagine those being comfortable. The layout is great for lots of people.

Easy Location

Reviewer Comments: This layout of this home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. They have definitely been remodeling parts of this home to bring it more up to date. The kitchen/wet bar area worked well. Master bathroom is nicely updated but the other two bathrooms are not. They redid the decking on the wrap around porch and have newer outdoor furniture which is better than the pictures. The kitchen cooking supplies are minimal-one potholder, no crockpot, no 9x13 pan. There are no stocked supplies. We loved having the pool and ping pong table to enjoy our time at the house. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and easy. The beach area is much less crowded than the ones at the ends of the street. Someone had left a beach wagon and a few chairs which were nice to use. Mattresses were not the greatest and very squeaky. Blinds on the windows are paper thin so if light bothers you, we recommend bringing some portable black out shades. Despite a few quirks, I would recommend this home!

Hip*Nautic Awesomeness!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Hip*Nautic was awesome! It was a great location with a little pathway close by that led straight to the beach. The pool was a great addition as well as the furniture around the pool. The ping pong table kept our teenagers busy for hours on the days it rained. The house was clean, the air conditioning and internet worked very well and it was nice to have a tv that had Netflix and other apps so we could watch movies during the rainy days (we've been at other houses where the TV and/or cable did not work). There was plenty of furniture and was in good condition. The ice machine was a nice feature. The kitchen/dining area had plenty of room for all of us (7 in our party). There were plenty of pots/pans, dishes and appliances for use and were all in good condition. There was a trolley stop not far from the house which was convenient to go to the Boardwalk. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Boardwalk including Papa's Pizza which is AWESOME, as well as Hooters and Flounders. We've rented 3 properties over the years and this has been our favorite so far! Paradise Beach Homes is who we always rent through because they have great customer service and are always friendly and professional! Thanks for another great vacation Paradise Beach Homes!

Great Beach House, well equipped.

The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked fine. The pool was OK. The dog had a nice area to roam around free next to the pool. The house was located one street over from a beautiful beach. We saw dolphins swim by one day. Waves were good on one day and tranquil on another depending on the tide and storms offshore. We used the beach chairs daily. The only thing we didn't like was the mildew smell that came up from the garage area. It was not so strong that it effected our allergies, but it did cause all our clothes to smell a bit mildewy. Overall, we had a great experience and if the mildew smell can be resolved I would give the place a 9 out of 10. But it gets an 8.

Electrical Problem

Then the power stayed off more than on . It was a total inconvience especially with kids to have no lights for their room at night .
