The first living level includes a master bedroom with Gulf views and a king bed, plus a bunk bedroom with built-in queen bunks and a full trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, the expansive master suite includes a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, luxurious ensuite bath, and private balcony with sound views. Two additional king bedrooms (one Gulf-facing, one Sound-facing) each offer ensuite bathrooms, and a separate bunk room with extended-length twin bunks ensures a fun and comfortable space for children.

Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

Pet-Friendly with Approval:
Peachy Queen welcomes up to two non-shedding, well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A $200 fee per pet applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 charge for cleaning and flea treatment. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive wear or mess.
