1004 Ariola Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Der Vordereingang des Ariola Drive 1004 mit seiner großen Doppeltreppe und der umlaufenden Veranda führt in die offene und geräumige Küche, den Wohn- und Essbereich. Die mit Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattete Küche, viel Vorbereitungsbereich und eine große Frühstücksbar öffnen sich zum Wohn- / Essbereich. Dieser Raum verfügt über drei bequeme Sofas, einen Sessel und einen Esstisch für bis zu 10 Personen.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem Wohnbereich. Dieses Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zum Gulf Side Deck, und das riesige Master-Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken, eine separate Dusche und eine Gartenwanne sowie einen übergroßen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Ein kurzer Flur führt an diesem Schlafzimmer vorbei zu einer großen Waschküche. Über das Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein französisches Bett und einem großen Bad. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten. Hier gibt es einen großen Saal Bad, das auch auf den Wohnbereich Dienstleistungen. Schlafzimmer 4, auch als "Kinderparadies" bekannt, befindet sich die Treppe hinauf auf einer eigenen oberen Ebene. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett, ein weiteres Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein zusätzliches Queensize-Bett. Die Fenster in diesem Zimmer mit Blick auf die Treppe hinunter auf den großen Raum. Das große Bad im Flur verfügt über einen Doppelwaschtisch und die Bogenfenster auf dieser Ebene machen es zu einem einzigartigen Raum.

Das Gulf Side Deck bietet einen großen Esstisch, einen Grill und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt eine Außendusche und der überdachte Bereich unterhalb des Hauses ist groß und offen für viele Parkplätze oder Veranstaltungsflächen.

Very safe (ever present police patrols!), delicious restaurants, lots of shopping options, clean and exquisite beaches, perfect environment for families looking for a relaxing beach vacation! Paradise Beach Homes staff are incomparable, going above and beyond to assist when needed! The only downside was construction noise and traffic congestion of a home being built directly next door; but that is a temporary situation... The home is right on the beach with its own private access. Entire place is well stocked and even the porch furniture is plentiful. Bathrooms are like brand new, appliances all well maintained, layout of the home is great for families, plenty of seating for all, two bedrooms have multiple bunkbeds making it perfect for those with lots of littles! *Rent a golfcart for going out; you won’t regret it!! So much fun riding in the breeze on the way to dinner is hard to beat!

The only thing I can say is that the bunks are not made for grown ups celebrating 70th birthdays. It was a challenge to get up off the floor. And we’re afraid to roll out at this age! lol. I did get to see the executive suite...what a delight! 1004 Ariola Drive is a fantastic spot for a large family whether you’re related or not.

Great location and view

Nice big house with plenty of room for all. Deck is awesome! Not luxurious, but utilitarian. If I were to change anything, it would be to replace the living room sofas; they are old and appear well worn/mismatched (pillows and sofa back and arms). We had a nice stay and there was room for a small event (15 or so people) both on the deck and inside. Pictures are accurate and everything worked just fine, including the outside grill.

Perfect place

This place was exactly as we hoped it would be. The beds were comfortable, the view was gorgeous, the kitchen was fully stocked, the furnishings were comfortable and clean. I loved it here and would recommend booking this home. We were two families with teens and young children and everyone was comfortable.

The house itself could use some attention; the bunk room on the main floor has inadequate air conditioning making that room really uncomfortable. There are a few stains on the carpet (it would be great if hte owners removed the carpet and put tile) also a lot of Palmetto bugs which are coming inside:(. we have rented this house for 2 years and love that its right on the beach; the house fits our family size and again the Management Co. is awesome to work with.

Steps From Gulf, Spacious Common Room & Deck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding location, right on the beach, very close to the water, and terrific views of the Gulf. Well maintained. Great master suite. Ample sleeping accommodations for our complement of 5 adults and 4 grandchildren with room for several more kids, and plenty of room to gather in living room/dining area and on the spacious (largely-covered) water-facing deck. Well-equipped kitchen, including a big array of pots & pans,cooking utensils, glassware & dishes. Only kitchen drawback is a single (albeit fairly large) refrigerator and no ice machine. Covered parking for 4 vehicles. We have re-booked for next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time in three years we have rented this location for family vacation. WE WILL NOT RENT IT AGAIN. House is in a great location, but we had roaches on the porch and then drain fly’s. A exterminator (who was very nice) was sent out and sprayed for the roaches which meant we just spent the next 3 days sweeping up dead roaches. That is better than them crawling on us as we sat on the porch at night, which happened the first two nights. He also sprayed drain fly's as he called them. Those are little black fly's that were all in the master bathroom shower. They left the shower and were all on the walls and towels and sink area. It got worse as we were leaving. Feel sorry for the next people who stay at house. There is also mold all over the master bathroom ceiling. The other problem was the bedroom downstairs with the bunk beds could not be used as was too hot and could not get it to cool down. So, the bedroom and bathroom went unused. As I said we stayed at this house two years ago and had no issues. House needs some attention. Den furniture looks like something from a thrift store as nothing matches.

House great! Wonderful dining & seating area on porch for family meals. Beautiful deck area. Blessed great weather, crystal clear water. Son said surfing good!! Don't Stay Here If The Weather Is COLD!!

The house is nice, bedrooms are set up a little wonky. Unfortunately, the weather was unusually cold this December when we visited. The fireplace did not light, the furnace didn't get warmer than 64 degrees, the two bedroom on the side of the kitchen on the main floor had no heat at all and we could see our breath at night. There were extra blankets in the closet and one space heater for the entire house so we put it in the room where the kids were. We spent two days with coats on in the house. Because it was Christmas we didn't see it as an "emergency" to contact the property management company. We didn't want to take them away from their families. I left a note with the keys when we dropped them off. Hopefully they have the furnace serviced and supply more space heaters for the future renters. The view is beautiful and the house has all the kitchen items you can prossibly need. No other complaints.

There is an interior stairway from the parking area under the house which was nice when it was raining. Access to the beach was an easy walk. Great views from the back balcony. Would not hesitate to stay there the next time we are in town. The only downfall to the house was it had roaches, not bad but we did see at least one every day.
