Inside, the villa’s modern interior design is complemented by elegant stone elements. The open-plan layout includes a living room with a cozy sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and seamless access to the veranda. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, while the indoor dining area creates an inviting space for shared meals. Two airy bedrooms with high-quality COCO-MAT double beds, linens, and towels ensure a restful stay, while the spacious bathroom offers modern amenities and a washing machine for added convenience.

The outdoor area is a private oasis, featuring a large 50sqm swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Greek sun. The veranda includes a dining area and barbecue facilities, offering a serene setting to enjoy meals while admiring the magnificent sea view. The villa also provides ample shaded areas to relax and unwind in complete privacy.

Villa Nemesis benefits from its prime location, just a short drive from the famous sandy beaches of Falassarna and close to local taverns and shops. Recently renovated, it combines modern comforts with a tranquil ambiance, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.

The property can host 6 people if needed at the extra cost of €25 per person per night after the 4th guest.
