- There is a double sofa bed 120x200 in this open-planned layout. A puff can become a small bed 70x200 for a child between 4-14 years of age.
- There is access to your own private toilet room with a sink through a shared entrance hall. You have access to shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.
- Linen and towels are all included.
- Use of shared dryer and a washing machine in toilet room are included.
- There is no parking available at the property.

House Rules:
Suitable for max two adults and one child.
- Check-in time is after 16PM & Check-out time is no later than 9AM.
- One shower per person per day is included in the price.
-More showers than that or use of the bathtub can be purchased at an extra fee.  
- Max 1 hour a day use of fan and garden heater allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Please note that the rest of the house is occupied by the owners and they have two cats and two tortoises that use the garden in the spring, summer and autumn month.
- Please keep cats out of your rooms by keeping the door closed also for toiletvisits. Please be mindful to not let the animals out into the street.
- Kindly ensure that the property is left in the same condition as it was found.
