Villa Graziana is a big house in the countryside with swimming pool and every modern accessories. The holiday home is in Manduria, 2 kilometers away from the city centre. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are allowed.
The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool, porch, parking area, swings and swing seat in the garden, barbecue and outdoor shower, while inside it is equipped with air conditioning, Internet, washing machine, microwave oven, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, heating system and television.

The
outdoor area of the villa with swimming pool is well equipped,
furnished with beach beds where you can relax after swimming in the
pool, under the Apulian sun. Moreover, there are porch and gazebo where you can relax, have lunch or dinner.
Villa Graziana is bright and spacious. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed for two guests and fireplace and a well-equipped fireplace. The corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Every room is air conditioned. Moreover, there are two bathroom with shower.

Graziana is in Manduria, famous for its Messapian origins and its wine.
The centre with its beautiful old town centre is 2 kilometers away from
the villa. The closest beaches are the ones on the Ionian coast, 15
kilometers away, such as Campomarino and San Pietro in Bevagna.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the bedrooms.
