La Giada by Perle di Puglia

It`s new, fresh, modern and cozy: this is La Giada, a treasure chest of beauty for rent for holidays in Maruggio, 3 kilometers away from the beaches of Campomarino on the Ionian sea. La Giada accommodates up to 6 guests.
The holiday villa is equipped with accessories such as swimming pool, barbecue, air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, tv, parking area, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed.

La Giada is characterized by Mediterranean, candid and clean lines. The property is entirely fenced, with parking area. In addition to the small swimming pool, there are the solarium, a beautiful furnished porch and a barbecue.
The villa in Puglia is on two floors. On the ground floor there are a large living room with sofas and tv, dining area and super-equipped kitchen. On this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which with exclusive balcony and a bathroom with shower. The air conditioning is in every bedroom and the living room.

The surroundings of La Giada
La Giada is in the outskirts of Maruggio, a town south of Taranto, 3 kilometers away form the beaches of Campomarino di Maruggio, on the Ionian sea. The villa is near the city centre with its amenities.
It is also close to the famous beaches of Porto Cesareo, such as Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione and Torre Lapillo.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May  to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
