Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor unit, centrally located close to shops and restaurants! Beautiful reclaimed hardwood floors as well as a full kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Prepare perfect grilled meals with the new infrared grill and smoker! Enjoy a 55" flat screen TV and sound system in the living room while you lounge on the comfortable sofas enjoying the warmth and crackling from the pellet stove. The unit also offers HDTV, WiFi as well as a Blue Ray player. The master bedroom features a king bed and TV, with a sofa sleeper in the living room and has a TV with streaming capabilities. The complex offers laundry facilities, Jacuzzi, tennis court, outside parking, sauna, and Outdoor pool and BBQ gas grill (Summer only). Located on the green line shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly and can sleep a max of 4. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Filtered water, hooks for hanging jackets, benches at front door to sit and take off your shoes, first aid kit with bandaids. The large windows and the fire place were a definite plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Was a great place ! Had everything I needed. Location is in a good spot too, walking distance of some nice places to eat. We got there when the sun went down so it was a bit tricky to find but other than that everything was great. My wife was amazed at how clean the place was. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic accommodation. Loved it!

We have rented many times in Mammoth Lakes. This is the very best accommodation. Extremely comfortable. Everything is provided,. Plowing and cleaning of snow during blizzard conditions was excellent. And you have cable TV!!! Love this condo. We look forward to staying here again.

Best Mammoth Condo

This was the best condo we've ever stayed at. Plenty of space, three beds, and all the amenities you could ever ask for and brand new appliances. I can't say enough how perfect this place was. It is really close to all the best restaurants and a short drive to the ski resort. We actually partaked in the athletic club, which is a real bonus. They have all the workout equipment you could ever want, spa, trampolines, basketball court and pool tables. What an enjoyable winter vacation.

A very decent place in a good location

The place was perfect for my wife and my getaway to Mammoth for a couple days. The rental office for the key was close as was shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is there is there is nowhere to hang your clothes in the bedroom. A small hanging rack would easily fit in the corner of the bedroom. Other than that this place was excellent.

Nice and quiet. We have found our "forever" rental.

Close to town so we could walk. Would like to have a manual to operate the TV with all the remotes. They also have a ton of DVDs so lots of movie options. The bedroom lamp was broken and the lights did not work but they were going to send someone to fix it but we said how about after we leave.

Lovely place in a great location

This was our 2nd stay at this place. The place was fine once our initial problem was corrected. The management company (Mammoth Rentals) put the wrong keys in our late night pickup envelope. The keys were for the unit next door to us. Since we got there at 11:30 pm we decided we'd just stay in the other place and call in the morning. We were told the next morning we could call the emergency number on the envelope, but we were exhausted and didn't bother to read that far. They gave us the correct key to the place we actually wanted to stay and we transferred our stuff next door and everything was fine after that.

Great Condo

The property was tucked away in a quiet community, it is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop (green line to Eagle lodge maybe 5-10 min with the kiddos) it is also walking distance to the red line and night trolley. There were plenty of pots and pans and extra blankets for snuggling on the couches. The property management company was very responsive to our questions. I also did not enjoy the app they have you use. The company says to refer to the app for different information, and it is really not in the app. There was no information in the unit on the heating or pellet stove. It would have been very helpful, but we did eventually figure it all out.
