Diese gemütliche 1 Schlafzimmer + Dachboden, 2 Badezimmer Wohnung ist ideal für Paare oder eine große Familie. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Gewölbedecken, einen großen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player, WLAN und sogar einen Holzkamin. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen und 3 weitere an der Bar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, um ein gutes Essen für die Familie oder eine zusätzliche Gesellschaft zuzubereiten.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit TV und eigenem Waschbecken. Im Obergeschoss des Lofts befinden sich zwei zusätzliche Queensize-Betten mit einem Fernseher und einem Gemeinschaftsbad. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Alle Gäste des Mammoth Sierra erhalten kostenlosen vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein komplettes Fitnesscenter, Yoga, Pilates und ein Fahrradstudio und mehr zu genießen. Diese Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Shuttle-Linie mit einfachem Zugang zu den Aufzügen und bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen.

A real mountain stay

We chose this property because the location is walkable to food and on the shuttle route to the mountain. Aside from the beds being uncomfortable and not having instructions on how to use the fireplace, we really enjoyed our little cabin stay!

Nice place, but bring your own entertainment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fairly well stocked, and clean. Beds were a bit hard. Big problem was the TV. It's not a smart TV, nor could we get the dvd player to work. Then we turned off the TV and the next day we couldn't get any of it to work. We had kids so we wanted to keep them entertained, but we couldn't.

We enjoyed our stay, the location is great and overall the condo was clean with plenty of room for 5 adults. The condo is dated and some items are in need of repair/replacement...the oven cooked at about 100 degrees above the selected temperature, toilet in downstairs bathroom needs to be resealed (unstable), sink faucets in downstairs bedroom leaked and did not turn off easily, basic utensils and appliances were not stocked in the kitchen such as extra silverware, extra mugs, a colander, wooden spoons, small bowls, a blender, etc. Toaster needs to be replaced. Refrigerator rolls out into the kitchen when doors are opened.

Couch was uncomfortable. Kitchen was missing basic tools. Stovetop partially functioned. Fridge would roll out when door pulled. Water heater only good for 2 kid short showers. Bathroom heater downstairs inoperable. Rats nest of wires under TV. Avoid this unit.

Inaccurate description

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations due to several issues that persisted throughout our stay, despite attempts to resolve them. A maintenance technician was sent to address some of the concerns, but the problems remained unresolved. The primary issues included: Inaccurate Listing Information – The listing stated that the unit had three queen-sized beds, but one of the beds was actually a full size. Insufficient Heating – The heater upstairs was not adequate compared to downstairs, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. Sink Malfunction – The sink stopper was never properly installed. While maintenance did attempt to fix it after hours, the replacement part did not match and the issue was left unresolved. Limited Hot Water – The hot water lasted only a few minutes (five at most), preventing all guests from being able to take showers or even had to finish the shower in cold water. Despite contacting maintenance, the problem persisted throughout our stay. These issues significantly impacted our experience and did not align with the quality and standards advertised in your listing. We made multiple attempts to fix it but nothing was solved

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was centrally located as we’ve stayed in this complex for the past 3 decades. Our family attends our annual mammoth trip every summer and we stay in Horizons 4. The condo was somewhat clean, the cleaning crew does not dust, there were cobwebs all over the condo especially upstairs in the loft. The light bulbs in the fan were three different colors which gave me a headache. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable and worn out. It needs to be changed. I woke up with a stiff back every morning. My wife and I ended up sleeping on the couch the last few days due to the constant pain from the bed. We stayed in the condo for 7 nights. The condo was well stocked with dishes and pots as we cooked dinner 6 of the 7 nights and this was very convenient. The dresser upstairs was used as storage for pillows and sheets so we were unable to unpack our children’s suitcases. The towel exchange through the rental company was not convenient at all, we ended up spending an additional $8 to wash and dry our towels. When the exchange of towels was onsite it was much more convenient. The complex bbq’s were broken and did not work accordingly. The lighting in the downstairs bathroom was extremely dim and dark. The toilet seat/toilet itself were loose and uncomfortable. I would rate the condo a 6/10 for the price.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is extremely outdated, original everything, flooring, kitchen, bathroom etc. The condo had a musty smell upon arrival and was very unappealing. When we arrived there was a bag labeled Mammoth Reservations with a bunch of dead roses in it, completely odd. There were zip lock bags on top of the fridge with old food in them and appeared to be moldy. The screen on the master bedroom window was hanging on by a thread and one of the burners on the stove did not work. The lighting in the bathroom was extremely dim and the light where the sink was took multiple flips of the on off switch to turn it on. The Wi-Fi router did not work at all and had no signal. I contacted Mammoth Reservations and they basically told me none of those problems were their issue however they would document the problems so we wouldn’t get charged. Mammoth Reservations did send someone out to confirm the Wi-Fi was not working and it was confirmed however no resolution took place in the 6 days we were there. Is notified them on day 1. The pool, laundry and Recreation room were under construction and we were never notified of the inconvenience. My family has been staying at Horizons 4 since the I was a kid in the 90’s, by far the worst condo experience and lack of care by Mammoth Reservations. It was a huge disappointment.

He was making racist comments towards us and making unfounded claims that we tried to jump in the pool that was covered. Also, they are trying to charge me for a noise complaint, which apparently occurred during the middle of the day on a Saturday.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Handrail to loft has sharp areas that cut my son's hand. Picture of gameroom on website is not accurate. That was a big reason we chose the complex, but it did not have the games as pictured. This was one of the main reasons we stayed there because my grandson loves the gameroom. We thought it would be better than Sunshine Village, but it was not. Pool and jaccuzi opening at 3 is ridiculous. The unit itself was okay, although not equipped with many kitchen things that were needed. Unit is very dated, but was okay. Not enough bbqs and the one gas grill does not work well. Not enough tables and chairs by pool. We were not told there would be roofing and construction going on. It was noisy and made parking difficult. Will not likely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, a little small but good for our needs. Great for bear watching, because the garbage bins are right outside the bedroom window. Saw bears every night. If you don't want to hear bears banging on trash cans at night, might not be the unit for you, but we don't mind at all. Actually, we enjoyed seeing them! Good location in the complex.

Close to everything. Clean. And parking was easy to find.

OK condo but terrible customer service.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No light in the bathroom. Customer service was disappointing. Service guy put in a 40W bulb and light was very dim. He was rude when we asked for a brighter bulb and just left. Had to wait until the next day to get a higher wattage bulb. Sane bulb burned out two days later as we were leaving. Upstairs shower lighting not the best either. I will be staying somewhere else next time.
