The Space:

Located in Mammoth Lakes, this unit is within walking distance to Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Express Chairlift. The Snowcreek Golf course and several hiking and biking trails are a quick car ride away. Head into town for great restaurants and shopping.



Comfortable seating circles the living area and the sofa doubles as a sofa sleeper. Light the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and turn on a movie. A DVD player with BlueRay, CD player, telephone (local calls only), and high-speed internet are offered for your enjoyment. Access the private balcony from this room and catch a breath of fresh air while you take in the views of the surrounding area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances to aide a chef prepare mouthwatering meals. Grab one of the 2 seats at the built-in breakfast bar to keep the conversation going with the chef.



The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King bed, TV, and attached bathroom.



Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer.



Things to Note:

- During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.

- Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time.

- The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
