Summary:
Aspen Creek #316 is within walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Express Chairlift.
The Space:
The location is close to a variety of other activities too. Restaurants, shopping, the Snowcreek Golf Course, and numerous hiking or biking paths are just a quick car ride away.
A stone fireplace is centered in the living room. This will create a cozy and warm atmosphere on a chilly night. Several seating options gather around the flat screen TV. The TV is also hooked up with a Blue-Ray player. A stereo is provided. The couch may function as a sofa sleeper for further space. At the end of the living room, walk through the sliding glass doors to a private atrium balcony. Take a breath of fresh air and relish in the gorgeous mountain views.
The unit is furnished with true cabin inspired decor throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances any chef could need to prepare delicious meals. Steps away is a wooden dining table with seating for 4 guests. Near the front of the home, there is a mud room perfect for storing skis, snowboards, and all your winter equipment.
The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed and another flat screen TV. The bathroom is attached to this bedroom.
Underground parking is available for 1 car (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round.
Things to Note:
- The HOA will be redoing the roofs/siding starting 9/2 through 11/15. The work will be very noisy and you will need to park in the overflow areas instead of the garage.
- During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.
- Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time.
- The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period
Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
