MOTOCROSS 2024 - Sherwin Villas implements the following restrictions during Motocross. Failure to comply will result in a call to the police department and immediate group removal from the premise.
1. No equipment is allowed off/out of trailers. Absolutely no bike work or cleaning is to be done whatsoever on site (including within trailers).
2. Absolutely NO FUEL deliveries will be accepted.
3. If traveling with a trailer, you must check in with the Sherwin Villas front office.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom provides easy access to the entire town, whether you choose to get to your location by driving, walking, or bus line. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are rolled into one providing a simple yet functional layout. Large sliding glass doors open to the patio where you can view Mother Nature at her finest.

The unit includes a sizable, fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and amenities for full-scale cooking. The adjacent dining area seats four for either eat-in or take-out from nearby restaurants. Smart, flatscreen TVs are located in the living room and bedroom. Each TV has a DVD player with over 50 DVDs in the unit. The living room is equipped with a cozy pellet stove (fireplace), mobile phone charging station and TV linked to a video game console with several games. The unit hosts a range of board games, books, DVDs and children's toys. The bedroom includes a desk with a lamp, modest-sized computer monitor (HDMI cable), two external keyboards (USB connection) and a USB printer for home-office work.

The bedroom has an en-suite sink, allowing a little extra privacy for the bathroom occupant. The kitchen has all the fixings to create your typical at-home meal. The community offers app-operated laundry, jacuzzi, rec room and a pool (summers only). Live locally and stay here today!

Conveniently located adjacent (all within walking distance) to shopping, dining, grocery store, movie theater and is next to shuttle bus stops (red line and green line) to Mammoth Mountain destinations. It is a 5-minute drive to the Village Gondola or Eagle Lodge and 15-20 minutes to the Main Lodge. The unit is 40 miles from the east gate of Yosemite National Park, about a 50 minute drive in the summer months, pending traffic and road conditions.

NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.
