Unsere saubere, moderne, gerĂ€umige oberen Einheit Eigentumswohnung hat gewölbte Decken eine automatische Pelletofen dich warm an kalten Abenden nach einem langen Tag auf der Piste oder in der Wildnis zu halten. Im Erdgeschoss hat es eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit einem großen, kalten KĂŒhlschrank, um Ihre Lieblings-aprĂšs frostigen halten Ski-GetrĂ€nk. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei große Liegen und eine Couch mit zwei "faulen Jungen" Sitze eingebaut, perfekt fĂŒr die Anzeige der 51-Zoll-HDTV oder Nickerchen. Beide Badezimmer wurden kĂŒrzlich mit neuen Duschen, Waschtischen, Fußböden und Toiletten renoviert. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein komfortables Kingsize-Bett, ein großes Fenster mit schönen Blitzen und eine große Kommode fĂŒr alle Ihre Sachen. Draußen auf dem Balkon können Sie in der Sonne von der Ausrichtung nach SĂŒden und Grill Ihr Lieblingsessen genießen können. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Etagenbetten, TV, Xbox 360 und einige Spiele fĂŒr die Kinder zum abhĂ€ngen, Filme anschauen oder spielen.

Im Winter, wenn es Zeit zum Erholen und Entspannen gibt es einen Jacuzzi nur aus der TĂŒr und die Treppe hinunter. Und wĂ€hrend der spektakulĂ€ren Sommer gibt es einen Tennisplatz, Pool, Hufeisen und Picknickplatz nur wenige Schritte entfernt von dem GerĂ€t.

Skifahrer werden die "GrĂŒne Linie" Shuttle, dass Sie ein erhöhtes Eagle Lodge und auf den Pisten in nur wenigen Minuten zu schĂ€tzen wissen. Clean spacious and well decorated

Mammoth Condo

We had a wonderful time in Mammoth and enjoyed our stay at the Shockley condo. It was a convenient location and easily accommodated our family of 5. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. The only problem is we found a few dishes in the cupboard that weren't clean so we ran an extra load of dishes. We also could have used a second set of towels for 2 nights. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay in Mammoth.

Nice location, comfortable place

This was a nice condo with a well appointed kitchen. There is a pool/hot tub available, but if you think you will use it make sure to get the code at the beginning of your stay, as it was not on the fridge were it was supposed to be (it apparently changes monthly). And the hot tub was a little sketchy, we did not use it, but the water was cloudy and too low to properly circulate (we did notice the complex maintenance folks come the next day, I guess for their weekly cleaning, so maybe it would have been better after that) Also be careful of the digital door lock, it if slams (which it accidentally did on us a couple of times due to a breeze) it will screech for about a minute. Upstairs room with a queen and a bunk bed was great for our two young adult kids, but I think it would be a bit crowded if you actually put 4 people in it. Nice that there was a full bath upstairs for that room, and the bath on the main level was nice size, with plenty of counter space.

Comfortable, spacious, with some maintenance/cleaning issues

The space itself was as described and functional -- 2 bed, 2 bath, and full kitchen with a sit-down bar for 6 persons as the dining space. The beds were comfortable and the blackout shades effective for a good night's sleep. When we arrived the space was very cold. The kitchen heater was broken and the pellet grill took a looong time to get going, so it was a chilly first few hours upon arrival. Overall the place worked for just 2 nights, but there were definitely some elements that felt sub-par as well: we found long black hairs in a couple of the bed sheets, on a plate, and in a glass. The sponge in the kitchen was old, not a clean/packaged one. There was no shampoo or bath gel provided anywhere, which I've never encountered in other rental properties; I'm lucky I randomly had some with me. The pellet grill was basically the main source of heat, but the pellets provided were so few we ran out on the second (our last) evening. All in all, it worked for our very brief stay and the hosts seemed pleasant enough and responsive. Not sure they've got the best management/maintenance or cleaning company, though.

Quick escape

The location of the property was the best. On the slopes in about 20 min. Also, back inside within 20 min. We enjoyed the fire place each day and my wife enjoyed sitting out on the porch. The upstairs area was the best. The space allow our to group to our separate space. We will returning!

Family weekend getaway

This property was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and comfortable and is a great location for snowboarding, xc skiing, dinners out, shopping, etc. Communication with home owners is easy and they are very professional and friendly. We loved everything about our stay!

Amazing Place

The was a great place to stay. The location of the condo was convenient and made navigating Mammoth very easy. The condo itself was very comfortable and spacious. One thing that was really nice was the amount of cookware as this made cooking so much easier. The owners were very friendly, helpful and accommodating as our check in time changed due to an incoming storm. They communicated quickly which made the situation so much easier. I cannot wait to come back with my family.

Just right for the 3 children and 3 adults

It was very convenient to all the activities in Mammoth and the stores. The condo had all that was necessary for home. Only a few recommendations: The entry door knob would scrape our hands as we opened the door due to closeness to doorway; need a screen door to one of the sliders to enjoy the outside air and beauty; and it would be great to have a TV in the Master bedroom. We would definitely stay at this place again! Thank you!

We would like you to you know the following about our family: After years of growing up with tremendous childhood family experiences in Mammoth, we decided to purchase the condo in 2007 and share that experience with our children. Our goal is to continue that tradition of family fun and outdoor adventure with our children, and to provide the same experience for all our friends and acquaintances, with a low cost, cozy, and inviting place for all to enjoy year round.

Our comfortable place is walking distance to local restaurants bars and grocery stores. You can drink a local brew a Rafters and watch your favorite team, or enjoy a margarita and some great Mexican food at Roberto’s or several other local favorite places. If you prefer a home cooked meal, Von’s grocery is only a block or two away and you can prepare any of your favorite meals in our nicely equipped kitchen. You can do it your way!
