Enjoy this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor unit, centrally located close to shops and restaurants! Beautiful reclaimed hardwood floors as well as a full kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Prepare perfect grilled meals with the new infrared grill and smoker! Enjoy a 55" flat screen TV and sound system in the living room while you lounge on the comfortable sofas enjoying the warmth and crackling from the pellet stove. The unit also offers HDTV, WiFi as well as a Blue Ray player. The master bedroom features a king bed and TV, with a sofa sleeper in the living room and has a TV with streaming capabilities. The complex offers laundry facilities, Jacuzzi, tennis court, outside parking, sauna, and Outdoor pool and BBQ gas grill (Summer only). Located on the green line shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly and can sleep a max of 4. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the homey decor and cabin feel. There were lots of small details that made our stay comfortable. Filtered water, hooks for hanging jackets, benches at front door to sit and take off your shoes, first aid kit with bandaids. The large windows and the fire place were a definite plus. We would definitely stay there again!

Was a great place ! Had everything I needed. Location is in a good spot too, walking distance of some nice places to eat. We got there when the sun went down so it was a bit tricky to find but other than that everything was great. My wife was amazed at how clean the place was. 10/10 would recommend

Comfortable condo with rustic feel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, pleasant surroundings, quiet. Spacious one bedroom, one bath. Kitchen is generously supplied with all essentials. Comfortable mattress on king bed. One person’s rustic look may not be for everyone as more attention could be paid to replacing tired carpet, worn baseboards, bulky oversized couches. May be modern rustic would be better? But it was still a good place and very convenient. Property management organized for check in and for help when needed.

Great location near restaurants and grocery store. Spacious one bedroom condo. Well stocked kitchen. Easy parking and entrance. Office responsive when we had a problem with the key. Rustic decor is true. Could use a refresh but we don’t live there all the time so it was okay.

Good location, a little old

I know Mammoth in general is pretty expensive, so the price I guess is pretty on par with the place. The location is great, very convenient to Eagle lodge, close to Vons, and many restaurants. We normally like to cook during these trips and the kitchen was kind of meh. Biggest issues, was that i could only run one appliance at a time without breaking a circuit (learned that the hard way). Kitchen was clean ish but EXTREMELY overstuffed with everything. Toilet was also a little finnicky.I wasn’t in love with the check-in/check-out process. I felt like this might be a management company issue. I asked for an early checkin and found out later they were sitting on my key bc one was missing. Then checking out we left early, so the office was closed, left it in the same area we picked up the key and the management company was kind of rude about how I didn’t “leave it in the right place.”I would stay here again if the price was a little lower and if it was dog friendly.

Close to town so we could walk. Would like to have a manual to operate the TV with all the remotes. They also have a ton of DVDs so lots of movie options. The bedroom lamp was broken and the lights did not work but they were going to send someone to fix it but we said how about after we leave.

Great Condo

The property was tucked away in a quiet community, it is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop (green line to Eagle lodge maybe 5-10 min with the kiddos) it is also walking distance to the red line and night trolley. There were plenty of pots and pans and extra blankets for snuggling on the couches. The property management company was very responsive to our questions. I also did not enjoy the app they have you use. The company says to refer to the app for different information, and it is really not in the app. There was no information in the unit on the heating or pellet stove. It would have been very helpful, but we did eventually figure it all out.

Lovely place in a great location

This was our 2nd stay at this place. The place was fine once our initial problem was corrected. The management company (Mammoth Rentals) put the wrong keys in our late night pickup envelope. The keys were for the unit next door to us. Since we got there at 11:30 pm we decided we'd just stay in the other place and call in the morning. We were told the next morning we could call the emergency number on the envelope, but we were exhausted and didn't bother to read that far. They gave us the correct key to the place we actually wanted to stay and we transferred our stuff next door and everything was fine after that.

This year we stayed in Wildflower #39 and had a fabulous time. The unit was clean, accommodating, and to date our favorite. We plan to stay in #39 moving forward. It was cozy and off the beaten path. Nice and quiet. We have found our "forever" rental.

Spacious 1 Bedroom Condo Close to Eagle Lodge

The kitchen was one of the best equipped that I've stayed at in the many years that I've been to Mammoth. I was surprised to see that they had a Ninja blender; I hauled up my Vita Mix to make smoothies, so I could have left that at home. The unit was very quiet, unlike some of the other places that I've stayed in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation. Loved it!

We have rented many times in Mammoth Lakes. This is the very best accommodation. Extremely comfortable. Everything is provided,. Plowing and cleaning of snow during blizzard conditions was excellent. And you have cable TV!!! Love this condo. We look forward to staying here again.

First level made it very nice, and it is very open. The sofa bed was comfortable,Everything was clean and pretty well maintained, and love all the rustic decorator touches. The only thing, is having one bath which obviously the owner can’t control, and we didn’t find any instructions on how to work the fireplace. Otherwise everything was wonderful

A very decent place in a good location

The place was perfect for my wife and my getaway to Mammoth for a couple days. The rental office for the key was close as was shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is there is there is nowhere to hang your clothes in the bedroom. A small hanging rack would easily fit in the corner of the bedroom. Other than that this place was excellent.

The furnishings and layout were comfortable and the location was convenient and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. One glitch is power went out to the microwave and three outlets in the kitchen the final morning.
