Eine wunderschöne Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmern in der Nähe des hübschen Dorfes Peyia, Paphos, Coral Bay District. Zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet und in einem kleinen Komplex von Villen gelegen, befindet sich die Villa auf einem eigenen, eingezäunten Grundstück mit einem gepflegten Garten mit Zitronen- und Obstbäumen zum parken fahren. Wir haben jetzt auch kostenloses WLAN und alle englischen TV-Kanäle über eine Android-Box. Klimaanlagen sind in allen Zimmern vorhanden und kostenlos. Die Villa liegt 3 km von Coral Bay entfernt, wo es 2 schöne Sandstrände gibt. Der Corallia Beach befindet sich neben dem Hotel und der Bushaltestelle. Er verfügt über einen Wellenbrecher und ist ideal für Kinder. Es gibt auch einen Bootssteg für Bootsfahrten und Wasserski und andere Wassersportarten. Coral Bay bietet auch eine große Auswahl an Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Ein Willkommenspaket ist gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Bitte teilen Sie uns dies bei der Buchung mit, falls Sie dies wünschen. Der Eintritt erfolgt über ein Hauptschloss an der Tür. villa was lovely, we had 7 days there really enjoyed the stay ,from the photos the pool look shadowed but it was a sun trap and was really warm,the bushes gave great privacy,would definitely recommend staying here,had a great time

Home from home

The communications from the owners was excellent. The overall property was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were even some unexpected touches with drinking water, a couple of bottles of wine as well as some food items. There was also some buckets,spades and other items for the beach, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone 10 out of 10 brilliant

Perfect place to be

We have spent 12 days in this villa and had a real good time. Everything was as described in the ad. It was clean and spacious. We liked our days at the pool that was well maintained by a local pool service. There is a huge collection of DVDs for your entertainement. The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbours helpful. There is a good supermarket in a distance of 2 km at Coral Bay where you find everything you need. The villa is ideally situated for trips to the Akamas peninsula, Paphos or even to other interesting places nearby like the Seacaves and the shipwreck with a nice bar. The owners were very friendly and helpful. So all together we can highly recommend this villa.

Charmante villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. À notre arrivée, un panier de bienvenue soigneusement préparé selon nos préférences nous attendait, ce qui a été très apprécié. La maison est propre, bien entretenue et très bien équipée : C'est comme à la maison.La climatisation est un véritable atout, surtout pendant les fortes chaleurs estivales.La piscine, naturellement chauffée durant notre séjour, a rendu les moments de baignade particulièrement agréables. À noter également, la présence de certains équipements non mentionnés dans l’annonce, comme Netflix ou encore Alexa, qui ont été de vrais petits plus.Le logement est parfaitement adapté aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Mon plus jeune fils, âgé d’un an, a pu se déplacer librement et en toute sécurité dans l’espace de vie. L’accès à la piscine est également bien sécurisé grâce aux baies vitrées et à leur système de fermeture que seul un adulte peut ouvrir/fermer.Enfin, un grand merci à Cliff pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité : au moindre souci, il était là pour nous aider. N’hésitez pas à le contacter directement en cas de besoin, il répond très rapidement !Encore merci pour ce beau séjour...

Over-promised and under-delivered

There were numerous issues which meant that this villa did not live up to the 'luxury' villa standard promised. There was insufficient bedding and towels, not enough kitchen crockery/glassware etc for 6 people. Only one bedside lamp for 3 bedrooms as well as only 1 fan in the house. Air conditioning units are on timers of 20, 40 or 60 minutes. The house was very hot at night and needed a more effective fan for the bedroom, and in each room. As there are no flyscreens and we had only 1 mosquito plug with us, we were reluctant to have several windows open across the landing to get a through draft. We had problems with one of the timer switches for the water heater blowing the fuses and it was not clear where the fuse box was located (on the street between 2 villas). The furniture in the main bedroom is of poor quality and very badly worn. There were sharp damaged corners on the foot of the bed. The pool needs attention as there is cement dust coming through the lining, despite twice weekly cleaning. The garden was quite bare as all the promised bushes/fruit trees etc had been cut right back, so nothing was in flower. We have raised all these issues and others with the owners. It is a spacious villa in a quiet neighbourhood where most other villas are empty. Therefore very private. A little bit of additional expenditure and thought would have made this a good place to stay, but it was disappointing for how basic it was.

Thank you Graeme for your feedback we do care about the condition of the Villa and our priority is that you enjoy your stay, before we respond may I point out that our Maintenance man John, sadly, had to retire due to ill health suddenly and without notice. Regards Linen; we have beds made up for the amount of guests not all beds are made up due to laundry charges which is common. You mention that there's insufficient crockery and glassware which we deny also there is a dishwasher provided. The air conditioning is free this is why we have timers fitted as people have abused them in the past. One bed has a small part of the laminate peeling on the corner and we will have this repaired thanks for pointing this out. The dust in the pool was from the palm tree which has since been pruned at the additional cost of 100 euros. The pool is metal lined and it is impossible for cement dust to penetrate the liner. Unfortunately due to the maintenance providers sudden retirement the garden had to be pruned at the wrong time of the year hence fewer flowers but this has been rectified now thanks to mother nature. Overall the Villa is immaculately clean as you mentioned to us previously and you complemented our new maintenance team-Thank you. We did respond quickly to your requests and we will always do our best in being helpful to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing as I think we showed by allowing you an extra days stay as you had a late flight home.

Very relaxing holiday in lovely Peyia

The villa is located in a quiet residential area . Spacious , added bonus of WIFI . Villa itself is perfect and well maintained . It has everything you could want. . Outside the pool is a good size but does need some attention . John does a great job at trying to maintain it . If the pool was relined then the villa would be 5 star !

The villa was just as in the pictures shown, spacious and very comfortable. The outside space was great, we loved the pool and the whole area was very private, not overlooked at all. We would recommend this villa for a great holiday.

Fantastic Villa with private garden and pool

This was our first visit to Cyprus and first time staying in a villa. We absolutely loved it and are looking at returning again next year. The villa is in a fantastic location, very quiet and gets the sun all day. We loved the garden and pool area and apart from when we were out for the day sightseeing we were always outside in the garden area. The villa itself is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the owners were fantastic at communicating during the booking process and sending us detailed directions etc. There is air cionditioning and balconies to all bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. You would need a car to enjoy this villa but everything you need or want to visit us within easy reach. There are so many historical sites and attractions to visit and you will never be lost for something to do. That's why we plan to return as we couldn't fit everything in. We also found everywhere we went to eat the local ware extremely friendly and went out of their way to provide a great service. Would definitely recommend a visit to Cyprus.

You Will Not Find Better!

No one could have asked for a better villa or for better hosts! This villa has been well taken care of and it shows by the standard that it has been kept. I especially enjoyed that the air-conditioner cooled the entire room in a matter of seconds! In the heat of the Cyprus weather, that was an absolute godsend. The best part of my stay was definitely the swimming pool! It was definitely the most wonderful way to end my day. I throughly enjoyed chilling by the poolside over a cold glass of cider. It was splendid! It is also noteworthy to mention that I found the bedroom very comfortable and was able to get a good night's rest after a long day. The bedroom was spacious enough for me to put my clothes and make-up away without leaving an unsightly mess! The entire villa is overall a magnificent place to stay at for a comfortable and peaceful holiday. Thank you so much Cliff and Marie for giving me the opportunity to stay in your villa. You have made my summer! I can't wait to stay there again next summer!

Excellent Villa

We have been holidaying in Cyprus annually since 1986 and over the years we have come to know the Peyia/Paphos area particularly well. This was our fourth stay at Cliff and Marie's villa and we have thoroughly enjoyed every one. The villa is very well appointed and presented and the local Mangers, John and Liz, maintain both it and the pool exceptionally well - they also willingly provide help and advice regarding the locality should you need it. It really is like a home from home with everything provided to make your stay a relaxing, refreshing and happy time. The pool gets the sun all day but there is a lovely covered area to the side where you can escape the sun and while away your time! There are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the Peyia/Coral Bay area with enough "activities" to keep every member of the family happy! Neo's sports club is close by too where you can eat, drink and even play flat green bowls should you wish. If you are looking for an action-packed holiday or just to re-charge your batteries this area can provide it all and this villa will certainly help you to do just that. Thoroughly recommend you give it a try - we don't think you will be disappointed. Enjoy!

Gateshill Villa paphos

Villa as described - absolutely spotless. It's a home from home. The pool is a welcome luxury in the hot sun. Lots of restaurants only a five minute drive away. Visits to the harbour and water park are a must, but for those days you just want to chill out the villa is in the perfect location. A day on the beach at Coral Bay, having a cocktail or two is bliss! We had a quiet evening having a BBQ at the side of the pool which was a good way to wind down after a day shopping. Would definitely go again and would recommend this villa to family and friends. Nothing is a bother for Marie and Cliff and their villa really does do them justice. Thank you for our perfect holiday xxxx

We bought the Villa as an investment for our future as we intend to retire to Cyprus within the next five years and have furnished the Villa accordingly as it will become our home. We love Cyprus and the village of Peyia that we are nearest to. The Cypriot people really are friendly and they love you to speak a little of their language. Coral bay with its large selection of shops restaurants and bars is within 20 mins walk and it has 2 beautiful sandy beaches we spend a lot of time there relaxing. There are many things to explore from the Troodos Mountains to many beautiful Villages and Wineries

We chose Cyprus as there are a lot of Brits on the island and particularly the area of Peyia for its peacefulness.
Cypriots are very friendly and welcoming. The Villa is in a quiet complex of about 30 detached similar properties, it is in an affluent area of Paphos,just 2 minutes off the coast road, it is easily accessible.

Being in its own fenced gardens it has lots of privacy with the pool and garden south facing, creating a Sun trap you get the beautiful sunshine all day from 7a.m.'till 7p.m. Alfresco Dining is very relaxing and private. We’ve recently added new (2025) outside comfortable furniture.
Btw we do not have a hot tub
