My daughter and I stayed here for eights nights for our recent first trip to Barcelona. Look no further, as this Villa de Gracia apartment is in an incredible and quiet part of the city but steps away from fantastic restaurants, fun shops, courtyard squares, and easy walking and metro access to everywhere wanted to visit in and out of the city. We really appreciated having our own outdoor private terrace, the AC (not everywhere has this!), and elevator to this stylish, safe, comfortable, and clean apartment to return home to every day. We appreciated the kind and helpful communication with the onsite manager, who allowed my daughter to store her luggage after check out but before her evening flight. I would not hesitate to say, stop looking and book this charming attic apartment f it is available for your dates! Highly, highly recommend.

Vicente the manager was helpful and patient with us when we both checked in and checked out. You can't beat this place for anything else in the best are of Gracia & Diagonal.

Cute attic apartment with great views in a nice neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay at la Vila de Gracia. The apartment looks exactly as it is pictured, not huge but more than adequate for my husband, teenage daughter, and myself. Check in was very easy and the apartment was easily accessed throughout our stay. Although the weather was a little chilly during our stay we really appreciated the expansive rooftop patio and large windows. The apartment is close enough to the metro and bigger tourist areas but also just enough off the main streets that it felt quiet and quaint. There were a few good restaurants just down the street, a grocery store 3-4 blocks away, and a parking garage 2 blocks away. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this unit for a couple or small family.

We really enjoyed our stay in the "attic" unit with the private rooftop terrace. The property was clean, quiet and well appointed and the AC worked great which was appreciated during the July 2026 heat wave! The location could not be beat - a block away from the Metro and walkable to Casa Mia, Casa Batllo and even Sagrada Familia. While there are many nearby restaurants, we took advantage of the kitchenette and cooked two dinners in the unit during our week stay! This was a great short-term rental and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in Barcelona.

This apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The balcony is huge, and the windows into the sitting room made the room nice and bright. The check-in process was great, and Daniel was so helpful and informative about things to do, restaurants to try, places to go, and places to avoid. Having never visited Barcelona, I was nervous about choosing an apartment, but we were so happy with our stay. With the high temperatures the week we stayed, we were very happy with the air conditioning! The neighborhood is a quiet area, with plenty of great restaurants and shops very close, and a very manageable walk to the subway, or even down to the Gothic Quarter.

Two weeks while working

I needed a spot to work from for two weeks, and this was perfect. In La Gracia. Close to a main street with plenty of taxis. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Had everything I needed...except instructions. I could not figure out how to work the washing machine or dishwasher. A simple, laminated, 1-2-3 list of steps would be very helpful to foreign visitors. That said, it didn't spoil my stay. Checkin was a breeze, and they met me at the apartment as planned. The staff is very helpful and responds quickly. I will definitely be back.

Loved it. Great location close to metro and local shops and cafe/bars. We stayed in the attic, huge balcony and very well equipped kitchen; coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Iron and washer/dryer were an added bonus. (Pre check-in details were excellent but we could not contact the rep from the airport which caused some frustration; probably our inadequacy)
